What a little gem, from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a big smile. The food is delicious, we had the sexy chief and the fried rice, twice cooked pork belly.which was so yummy. Must give this place a go

This place has all the good, all the perfect, and all the tasty stuff a restaurant can have. the Vietnamese-Thai take on their plate is amazing and unique. We tried a bunch of plates including the classic Bun. all of them were better than the last. Dumplings were amazing too. 10/10 would come back

Some of the most delicious Vietnamese meals I’ve had. Great atmosphere and awesome service. Highly recommend the Squid - it was by far the stand out. We also ordered the pork belly and spring rolls - they were also fantastic! The fried rice was out of this world!

Still one of the best Thai Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Richmond. It always packed with people. We ordered a numbered of dishes. The lighting upstairs is a bit dim, but apart from that the waiter who is hosting was quite friendly and accommodating.

Great place to eat. Highly recommended. It might be a little smaller but very good food, great service and good location. I highly recommend them. Had a table of 6 and we each were happy with our choice. Rice pepper rolls, sexy chef (dish) and the curry laksa. Just Devine

From the outside and the name we always thought it was a Vietnamese joint but the cuisine they are selling is Asian food with heavy influence from Vietnam and Thai. The lalot and the Peking duck were okay. The wok fried noodles are generous in portion, missing the wok hei flavour while being sweet and salty with crunchy carrot and long beans. The star was the crazy Chicken that had these great coatings and seasoned nicely. Food - 8 Service - 8 Vibe - 7 Price - $

The food was good, but a baby cockroach fell from the ceiling, rather inopportunely onto the menu while ordering. In a strange way, its a credit to the food that 2 stars is an appropriate review for my experience here

I went to Minh Minh with some friends and we all shared a meat banquet together, except for 1 of our party who was vegetarian. The service was outstanding, friendly, welcoming and attentive and personable. The food was fantastic, with every dish fresh, extremely tasty and spicy. The vegetarian dishes were equally as good and well catered for. Everything was easy, nothing was a problem and it was a great night. I am not sure why I havent been here for so long. This is one of the best restuarants in Victoria Street and its a must visit!! Previous review - July 2018 I visited Minh Minh on a bloggers night recently to try their new winter warmer menu, so I won't comment on the service. But the food was excellent, and we started w the gluten free (GF) lalot which is signature grilled beef wrapped in vine leaves. They were really tasty, the meat was soft, and I liked the vine leaves for a change. Then we tried some GF "Sexy Crispy Quail" hahaha not I'm not making that name up. It was all legs 11 and they were absolutely amazing. I haven't eaten quail in too long. Wow I've been missing out. Full of meat, well seasoned, a yummy sauce. Perfect. It was a cold night so we ordered the "Sexy Chef" haha but alas it wasn't the man or woman but some crispy beef and veggies w Peking Sauce and it was a flambé at our table. The meat and veggies were great, a bit heavily coated w the sauce and the coating but still moorish. Then we tried some South East Asia Prawns (GF) again and these were a winner. Large meaty prawns, a nice garlic and ginger accompanying sauce. Happy days. Previous review 2018 I was lucky enough to have a delicious Vietnamese dinner delivered last night. The service was great, and it was delivered on a bike. We had some delicious food. Everything from duck rice paper rolls yummo. Vegetarian spring rollls, great then onto THE best dim sims I’ve ever tried. Def a 5/5 for those. And the vegetarian fried rice was delicious too! Who knew rice could be so flavoursome? My combination laska was delicious and delivered hot and well packaged so it didn’t spill everywhere. With thx. What a perfect night in early t/a yay! If you like good quality (but not too cheap) Vietnamese this place is definitely worth a try.

Yelp
Minh Minh Saigon Soul at Richmond. Recently changed under the second generation management. Thanks for the invite and we did have a nice lunch there. Love the steamed prawn dumplings and insane barramundi fish. Beef salad is a bit strong and salty but good combination with the rice provided. It is high value and good ambience with new decorations. It is a must try Vietnamese restaurant should go in Richmond. Highly recommended

Yelp
Wonderful! a true hidden gem. I don't know what to expect but this place is a no frills and doesn't waste time or money with aesthetic. Could not rate the food higher. not to miss, and do discounts for take away!

Yelp
Minh Minh is the perfect restaurant for a dinner with a large group of friends. There's a really nice and welcoming atmosphere about the place, and at nighttime Minh Minh can really heat up with a lot of hungry Melbournians all looking for some good Vietnamese food. I change my favourites every time I go there, but last time I shared some pretty delicious dishes. You can't go wrong with spring rolls, and I also recommend the lemon chicken and Mongolian duck. They were super tasty and perfect for sharing amongst the four of us. The service is really good, its fast and efficient and I like the playfulness of the waiters - although this may be a little abrasive to others. Minh Minh isn't amazing cuisine, nor is it a spectacular dining experience. It is simple flavours at really reasonable prices ($15-$20 per main), in a great location. A word of warning: Minh Minh is not really the ideal setting for a romantic or intimate dinner. It gets loud and busy and you won't have much of an opportunity for a deep and meaningful.

Yelp
I've been to Minh Minh on a couple of occasions now and on each time have left pretty happy with a cheap eat of tasty Vietnamese food. One of the guys I used to work with suggested it as the setting for a work social outing during lunch. He'd been going there for years and the hostess was really pleased to see him and gave the lot of us the gold treatment. Not only was it a really fun outing but the food also measured up to the standards you expect with so much Vietnamese food on Victoria Street. I'll be back soon as long as I don't get sucked in by the million and one other great cheap eats along the road.

Yelp
I used to love this place. I LOVE my Vietnamese. But on a recent outing I wasnt as impressed. I'm not sure what it was....rubbery cold rolls and my Vietnamese Coleslaw had more onion in it than anything else. I'm not totally put off....maybe it jus wasnt a good night.

Yelp
Minh Minhs has been our favourite Vietnamese restaurant since 1998. The food is always great and Sandy is a wonderful host, she never forgets anyone's name. Service is always fast and efficient, we have never had a bad experience here. 5 Stars for sure.
