The coffee is good and the cookies are delicious. I had really been looking forward to the opening of this bigger Minicafé, and it truly is a lovely spot, on a nice little street close to the Seine.
The staff is generally very nice, but I must say I’m a little disappointed by the service from one lady (one of the owners I believe), who often seems annoyed and impatient. This was already the case in the first shop and had made me stop coming. I decided to give it another try, but unfortunately the experience with her hasn’t improved this time.
I genuinely wish her hospitality and patience were better, as it does affect the overall atmosphere. I understand that working in hospitality can be stressful and overstimulating, but it’s also a job centered around creating a warm and pleasant moment for customers who appreciate the place and contribute to its success.
I hope things improve, because the café itself has so much potential and I love everything else about it, like many more people do!
