"A retail tinned-seafood shop from the same group selling packaged sardines, mussels, cod liver and even landlubber snails to take home." - Matthew Schneier

The two staff working on Friday early afternoon were so wonderful. I had been to every other children's store on King Street to find an outfit for my newborn, and no one else was as willing to help. These ladies brought out all the size-appropriate options, and helped me find the perfect thing. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I will be back. Thank you so much to the owner for thoughtfully picking employees and the staff for being so kind.

I bought a bathing suit online and it was mis-stitched and the seam is showing. I emailed and Taylor was absolutely no help.

Worst customer service experience I can remember. We've bought a bunch of items from them in the past. They shipped an order, it got lost in the mail (said delivered but wasn't) and Minnow absolutely refused to help and said it was between us and the post office. Of course the post office said work with Minnow. Amex covered the loss in the end but I would strongly advise avoiding Minnow.
