Minotel Barsam Suites

I booked this stay ahead of time. Internet has not been working the entire time I’ve been here. I have informed the receptionist several time and all they say is that they are not the owner and that their hands are tied. I was working remotely and have had to miss several days of work because of my obligation to stay at this hotel. breakfast missing many basic amenities and I have to beg housekeeping to clean my room. You can pay slightly more or even the same and fine much better.

Compared to other hotels in the Central Yerevan this is best suite and value for money. Big spacious room with conditioner, fridge, microwave and kettle and neat wash area. Bed is also very comfortable. Only cons is there is no proper wardrobe for people like me who stays for a month period.

Awful. staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, even got ripped off by the hotel bar selling us two glasses of wine at double the price of anything listed on the menu without telling us the wine was not one of those listed on the menu. If I was Armenian fair enough but as a tourist how could I know? Shameful.

Average hotel, hard bed, seemed clean enough and a good location. They allowed me to check in early however upon checkout they made me pay a charge almost as much as the room rate. I probably would have been ok with this if I was told in the beginning. Not cool.

We get a very good price for this hotel. Clean, friendly staff and basic breakfast included. The neighbours are needs a bit getting used to :-) Seriously it is very central, quite and good located.

Decent hotel with all the basics. Location is good, parking is on-site. Breakfast could be better.

Not a 4 star grade, Rooms are spacious, Staff are helpful but very poor maintenance, carpets are in very bad conditions will never stay in this hotel again.

"2-bedroom" room is Huge. Breakfast decent. "Location great. Best Price.
