An Exceptional Dining Experience – Highly Recommended! We visited this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation and were absolutely delighted! Although the space is small, it’s beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. From the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, everything was handled with care and a smile. Special thanks to Liu and Fabrizio, who made our evening even more enjoyable with their friendliness and attention. The food was outstanding – not only was it delicious, but the presentation was also exquisite. Each dish was a small work of art, with perfectly balanced flavors that truly impressed us. We will definitely be coming back and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

My wife and I ate here on 29 May. We had an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Polignano. We also ate at an overpriced restaurant in a cave, and I would recommend this place over that one in a heartbeat. The chef greeted us afterwards too, which I thought was a nice touch at the end of a very delicious meal. Portions were big, but quality was not sacrificed. Would recommend to book in advance, as the place was fully booked while we were there on a weekday. The owners, which were a couple (I believe) turned away many people while we were enjoying our meal.

Really nice place, small and ran purely by a believe a couple. Menu is small so food is good quality and comes out quickly. Lady is really nice and chef is also great and he comes out at the end of what we saw most people's sitting and thanks them for coming in.

Amazing experience to finish out our last night in Polignano a Mare. We loved the vibe of the restaurant from the decor, the music, the host and the chef who comes out to greet each guest. The food was stunning and we loved every bite. Couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you very much MINT Cucina Fresca for a fabulous experience!

Everything about this place was a 10/10. The food was fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was cosy and inviting, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Easily the best dinner we’ve had in the region. Highly recommend - and they even had two vegan dessert options!

With a unique menu, husband and wife team makes everything in house and host every guest personally. A 12 year old restaurant right in the centre of Polignano a Mare that is filled to the brim with kitschy knick knacks. We were craving a non meat and non pasta lunch and it certainly hit the spot. Fresh salads and mains were on offer. My couscous salad had pops of fresh fruits with mixed leaves and the potato fritters were delightful. Finished off with a vegan creme brulee and a decadent choc brownie with ice cream. Can only seat 16-18 patrons, so book ahead or arrive early to nab a table to try the inventive plates.

The food is insanely fresh and creative — not just better than other places, but on a whole different level. Every dish was a total knockout. Amazing wine. I wish i could move to the town to have it every week 🙏🏾

Make reservations!! Hands down the freshest, most delicious meal we had in Puglia. I couldn't get over it and I wish I could go back right now!!!

A true gem among a lot of touristic mediocracy. We had lunch here during a walking tour of the city. There are relatively few tables so expect a more intimate experience. The menu offers several vegetarian and vegan items, as well as some fish but no meat. The service is well-paced and careful. The food is excellent, both fresh and flavorful. The vegan items were a refreshing change from the cheese-heavy meals we were having elsewhere.

The best dining experience we've had in three weeks of travel. This is a charming, intimate restaurant for about a dozen diners. Vegetarian and seafood selections are beautiful, creative, and delicious. The cheesecake was lighter than air. Lovely wine. Charming owners--host and chef. The tuna main course was superb. Selections are filling. Do read the menu carefully; the pictures portray accurately the dishes served. Reservations via what's app. We got a last minute reservation, and so glad we did.

The hosts are fantastic, Brazilian and Italian mix- it is mostly vegetarian, with some fish... Was amazing. I made up my own coffee drink and it's fantastic! Rice milk with Tumerick, cocoa and a shot of espresso :-). If you go, ask for Dee's coffee!!! Our favorite-Tonna sandwich and carrot soup- so much we had to come back the next evening again! Prosecco and mint spritz! Contro bottle of wine at only €18. The decorations are amazing. And WOW! Don't miss dessert- we had both meringues- pistachio and citrus- and seriously the best EVER!

A truly wonderful, veg-forward place. Thoughtful, well-seasoned dishes. Worth a trip out of your way for this spot. Would gladly return. The piatto detox and tuna burger were excellent

I've been to the south of Italy with my girlfriend and we were totally lost trying to find a good restaurant.. We founded this amazing place and we had an outstanding afternoon there! The chef and the team are amazing!! The place itself brings you a great good energy and we just loved!! The food was from heaven!!! I asked for a vegi burger and my girlfriend ask for a salad with Frisch.. AMAZING!!! We asked for a lemon pie for a desert and we fly! I will come back for sure there!!!

Phantastic little restaurant. Only 6 tables. Small menue but each of the dishes is a real highlight. Very friendly and individual service. We tried already quite a few locations in Polignano but this was without any doubt the most creative.
