It was kindo of our only option for the long layover. We booked 4 hours. Let me start first with the service which was not helpful at all. No greetings, no smile. She just showed us to our room. We had to call her to figure out how to pull the sofa bed. The room is tiny. It had the sofa bed and a big fat dest with a chair crowding the room. It was ok for a stay but I wish the reception was more welcoming and helpful.

Kai saved me! Airport wifi was very spotty and I needed to get work done. Kai got me in at the last minute and the room was very comfortable. I wish the internet was a bit faster, but otherwise it was a great experience. Only suggestion, add a desk lamp.

The one worker that you have on staff is less than helpful other than clicking around on the TV showing you that it has nothing other than channels that you would have to pay for like Netflix, Hulu, and so on need a wheelchair to get to my gate he was too busy eating his dinner to help me find a wheelchair or a call for a wheelchair

I spent a bit over 2 hours here during a layover. The 1st hour was free because of priority pass. The room was comfy enough and the staff who helped me was very friendly and helpful.

Update:stay away as much as possible . This place is still the worst service for any minute suites Worst service and support . It’s a rip off . Its better to chose another lounge and pay for the centurion lounge pass Update since the owner replied. I had two so called priority passes and was told it was not valid when I checked in. I called priority pass and they said it was valid. The business lied to charge me full amount. So anyone reading this stay away unless you want to be ripped off. This place also has the worst customer service and I do not recommend businesses that are not trust worthy .

This was in Terminal A across A39 on January 5, 2025. Each minuteman suites room is different depending on the airport. This one had snacks and water with an itemized list of the cost of each so they require you to keep your credit card on file in case you eat or drink something. You are offered a blanket if needed and it smelled clean. The room was clean. They have a plush pillow. The day bed is vinyl so it’s easy to clean so the room doesn’t smell bad. There s a smart TV, I saw 2 charging ports, a small heater that auto stops when tipped over for safety, and you can turn off the light. They also have a bathroom outside but within the suites. It was nice to take a quick snooze w my priority pass that gives you 1 free hour. Overall this room at DFW had many amenities so I was happy bc it’s better than the gate seats. Not all have these details at other airports. This was in Terminal A across A39.

Came by there and was told D was booked and there was one available at A, they reserved the room for us, told us to just walk over to A, only to find out that they gave that room away while we were walking there. I called to speak with someone, and he told me that, this happens a lot. Figure out a way in your system where this doesn't happen "a lot" Great Idea for a concept, not the best way to manage reservations.

Not very impressed for the price. I can live with the couch...but it would be nice to be able to cover the cracks. My main 2 issues are 1. Don't look in any if the cracks on the couch...it's genuinely disgusting. Hair, dander, you name it. Definitely not the cleanest Which brings me to the blanket provided. Best way to describe it was "crusty". Like there were multiple places on the blanket that were crusty. I don't know what had gone on with it but they definitely need to deep clean them. Just felt unclean and couldn't rest very well due to it. Only stayed cause I payed and it was a room for some privacy
