For a space in an airport that welcomes travelers from around the world, their customer service needs serious improvement. I stood at the D Terminal location for nearly an hour, with no one at the desk to assist. Frustrated, I took the Skylink to the A Terminal, only to be told they were fully booked for the night.
Their online system is just as frustrating—it shows availability, but when you try to book, it doesn’t let you proceed.
Overall, this might be a decent place, but I wouldn’t know because their lack of customer service left me without the chance to experience it. Definitely disappointing.
