Amazing experience from start to finish! Worth writing about and be grateful for my quick 2 day trip in Uzbekistan!|This hotel was recommended as a top hotel on other social platforms and I booked it with no further advice or knowledge. Even prior to arrival I was able to easily connect with hotel staff and get airport transfer as well as agree on necessary personal accommodations. Upon arrival, smooth and fast check-in, clean and spacious room, variety of foods to choose from during breakfast, overall atmosphere of calmness and peacefulness leading to an amazing sleep experience (this is an historic structure, previous madrasa place). Hotel staff recommended tours/guides in Bukhara and the area, transfer back to airport, and advised me on any other personal requests I came up with during my 2-night stay. |Thank you again for everything and I hope to see you sometime again in the future!

Nice cozy place to stay. It's just a 2min walk from the main square but very quiet. This is a hidden gem in the touristic Bukhara city center. The building itself is old and converted into a hotel. I liked the courtyard. The room is clean and bathroom is large for the offer. A/C works very well. Nice breakfast from 7:30, you'll eat in the room where Suzani exhibited on the wall... the owner has Suzani collection for sale. You can ask the reception if you are interested. All originate from Bukhara and quality varied by pieces, but I think the design is more unique compared to the works in the bazaar.

Very charming hotel located in an old madrasa. Although it is in the heart of the city, it’s very quiet and private there. The inner yard with old trees and tapchans was our highlight. Breakfast was also very tasty and varied and the staff were all super nice. Definitely a recommendation!

WiFi worked. Beds clean. Rooms quirky and interesting with some nice shaded courtyard areas. Breakfast was good. Very close to the main attractions. Friendly staff. Laundry service available. No beer service so you have to go out if you want one but the fountain square is a 5 min walk away.

Loved the property. A slight walk from the touristy areas, unlike other properties, the cabs will drop and pick you up directly from the gate.|WiFi was strong, and the staff were helpful with suggestions and promptness. |Major thumbs up to the breakfast spread. Loved their courtyard seating arrangement.

Exceedingly elegant old style town house with tall wooden pillars holding balconies that shade the entrance court. There’s also a back yard resembling a Madrasa where each room has its own entrance directly from the courtyard. The large twin room was entirely decorated in traditional Uzbek style, with spacious modern bathroom where the decoration of the tiles seamlessly connected it with the style of the room. It’s located 5 minutes walk from the buzz of the Lyabi Houz square with many restaurants and shops. All old Buchara monuments are walkable, for example walk to Poy Kalyan square is about 15-20 minutes. There are also convenient little tuktuks if you get tired.

This review is for Minzifa Boutique hotel in old Bukhara. Starting with positives, the location is ideal and close to the square where it’s a happening place and walkable distance to most of the historic locations. Lot of restaurants are close by and also super markets. The rooms are spacious enough but very old. Even toilets are old and may be its something that they wanted to keep it that way. The breakfast is very very ordinary and most people will find it hard to find something to their liking. Good decent speed on the wifi and nothing to watch on the TV. The hotel itself is nearly 30 mins from the train station, so you will have to rely on taxi. Try to find a deal elsewhere than approaching the reception desk for taxi help. I found their charges higher than outside. If you are planning payment via credit card, please do not choose this hotel. They only accept cash payments.

The hotel was great. The decor of the room was typical Uzbek. There was heat even as it snowed outside. Breakfast was more than I could ever eat. The travel agency on the property was exceptionally good. I had an outstanding Old Town walking tour. They were very gracious at checkin as well as checkout. I highly recommend.
