28 Best Things to Do in Barcelona

"Even if you don’t know Torre Glòries by name, you’ll know it by sight. The gleaming, iridescent tower that pierces the cityscape like (some say) a gherkin, though architect Jean Nouvel had a geyser in mind. It’s possibly Barcelona’s most famous landmark that Gaudí had absolutely nothing to do with, and at 470-feet tall it’s definitely one of its tallest. Opened in 2005, and famous for housing Meta’s Barcelona outpost, it’s never offered much in the way of visitor interest beyond a snap. That changed in 2022, when the 30th floor became a panoramic public observation deck with unobstructed views across every angle of the city. The visit, including Cloud Cities, takes around an hour—but time flies by. Tickets aren’t cheap—it’s €15 ($16) to visit, rising to €25 ($27) if you include the Cloud Cities climb. But for a memory-making experience that’s unique, ridiculously fun, and which you’ll be chatting about all over dinner, and go again tomorrow, Mirador Torre Glòries is well worth it." - Gemma Askham

Absolutely loved my visit to Mirador Torre Glòries. The 360-degree view of Barcelona is stunning, and the whole experience are well organised. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A must-see spot if you’re in the city!

Worth visiting, I had no waiting time. There’s a very short exhibition on the lower level but that can be skipped - it’s all about the 360 view from above, 30th floor. Fantastic to get an idea of the city, and there are some indications/notes on what can be seen, such as the main attractions & reference points in the city. Not particularly cheap though, but with the red tourist Barcelona card I only paid €14 p/person (without that it would’ve been slightly over €20 I believe). The key point is to try it out on a sunny, cloud-free day for the best views and pictures. No need to book in advance - if time allows, I’d reserve 1-2hrs on the clearest day for this.

Stunning views All preceded with a display and exhibition detailing what the building also does, how the music is formed. . . The list goes on. The paper sculptures of the floral and fauna are superbly made and displayed. Views from the observation deck over the whole of Barcemona and beyond are fantastic to say the least. Should be on everyone's wish list when visiting

Amazing place with stunning views over Barcelona! The panorama from the Mirador Torre is truly breathtaking, you can see the whole city and even the sea. It’s definitely worth visiting, especially around sunset. A must-see spot in Barcelona!

One of the best views of Barcelona - I’m glad I visited. Did great sunset shots and felt on the top of the world 😁👌 There is also kinda gaming entertainment offered to climb above but I was ok just contemplating ❤️

Entry fee of €21 plus €6 for climbing would be acceptable given the potential of the place. Unfortunately, the overall experience is extremely disappointing. The exhibition is poor and feels careless, adding no real value. What makes it even more frustrating is the view: it is genuinely impressive, yet completely undermined by filthy glass panels. Taking decent photos is almost impossible. Such a great location, implemented in a sloppy and neglectful way — honestly quite sad.

A stunning mirador exhibition and breathtaking city views from the 30th floor of the Glories Tower. I highly recommend it.

Superb views over Barcelona - only 30 stories but Barca is quite low so great views. Access through the 'cube' to the Westfield side of the tower. See through roof on elevator. Toilets on top level, vending drinks& snacks.
