Dear MiraMare Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your campsite. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations in several key areas.
First, we were not informed during the reservation process that our tent would be located close to a very busy road, with noise continuing even at night. Had we known this, we would have reconsidered our booking. When we sought assistance from the reception team, we found them unhelpful. The manager, rather than addressing our concerns directly, communicated through the receptionist, which led to a frustrating and unprofessional exchange. At no point did the manager come to speak with us in person, despite our presence.
Additionally, our experience at your restaurant was equally disappointing. Although there were many free tables upon our arrival, we were told that we could not be accommodated for lunch. The staff was rude, and the atmosphere in the restaurant felt unfriendly. To make matters worse, the tables at the bar were dirty, further diminishing our experience.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the friendly and welcoming staff at the mini market, who provided excellent service.
We understand that you may have many guests during this busy period, but this should not come at the expense of customer care. We are locals, and based on this experience, we would not recommend your campsite to our friends and family.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests.
