Sadly Bad Experience and poor service to solve problem.
We did reservations for cinnamon tour and lunch (called to be sure), once arrive no one knew about our reservation and then they agree to do tour but cannot provide lunch, somehow they did not note the lunch request, I was with 2 small kids (3 and 6) at 12:30 pm, the worst part was that they offer no solution to the problem of lunch, in my view a easy to solve problem, but they show no intention to help, just care to not take the responsibility of the lunch request.
Our daily planned ruined. Management needs to improve.
