Trailborn Grand Canyon Hotel Review | Hotels Above Par

"On-site at the hotel, this steakhouse is one of the best places to eat in Williams, even if you don’t end up staying at the property. I loved the bar’s dark wood and handcrafted jade tiles, while the dining room’s more subdued decor keeps attention on the bright yellow menus. Steaks are an excellent, obvious choice, rubbed with inventive spice mixes like black chili coffee, but the broad menu spans Southwest favorites and Route 66 diner classics, from vegan cauliflower tacos to smash burgers. The bar leans into agave spirits, and the must-order is the All-American old fashioned, poured with bourbon and smoothed out with a Dr. Pepper reduction." - Lauren Keith

This place screams Arizona! Wow This place is so incredibly delicious and it has everything I have ever craved while in Arizona - STEAK! Head Chef Paul is one of the best chefs on the west coast and this restaurant is almost like Arizonas very own “Bear” styled restaurant these guys give it their all, blood sweat and laughs. Factually this is the best new restaurant Williams has ever been graced with, so much so that if this restaurant keeps up the brilliance and uniqueness of what they are doing, it’s so good Williams property value will go up. Decor: brilliant, clean modern but with that rustic homey old school that’s got a lot of character vibes. Solid tables, solid chairs and perfect chunky plates Service: Truly so hospitable! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and having the best time. They bring a sense of elevated standards to the whole town of Williams like how it’s suppose to be done:) Food: the best steak I have had in Arizona. Chargrilled ribeye with the perfect marbling - yes please! The whole table got it and it was the meal of the year for us! Starting with the mussels which were divine, white wine and bacon definitely do work together in this combo and chef surprised us with the salmon dip which is next level delicious and every thing you needed but you needed a push - best salmon dip I have ever had, with the perfect sized toasted baguette bread and pickled onion and pickled jalapeño - delicious The ribeye was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well! It comes with a choice of the cut, a choice of the rub, a choice of the sauce and comes with two sides- I went for the Yukon gold mash with goat cheese, made me cry a little lol and I had the collard greens which tasted so good I had to make sure my mama didn’t get slapped - absolutely delicious with a bourbon and bacon cook on the collards it was a great balance but also wholesome! The Drinks: Finally someone in this area can make a proper dirty martini! And it’s here! All of those drinks your scared to order with the boys, don’t worry Miss Kittys has got you, except after you have a proper cocktail here you will have a new favorite - the bar has everything you would ever want or need. And it is one of the coolest looking bars I’ve ever seen:) Overall THIS IS THE PLACE!! Please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go and try this brilliance of food that is nothing short of Art and love infused together. Chef Paul has done it again and he brings his Midas touch to all of his dishes and he reminds you of how food and restaurant experiences are meant to be!

Excellent experience. Got the 16 oz rib eye steak with backed potato and a house salad. The steak was cooked perfectly. Baked potato was perfect. Salad was great. Service was excellent and on point. Will definitely be back! Sue was our sever and she was the best!

I was genuinely impressed not just by the food at Miss Kitty’s, but also by the incredible staff. The menu was creative, elevated, and absolutely delicious. Chef Paul, Sue, Nick, and Amy made our entire dining experience unforgettable—it was a true pleasure getting to know each of them. They treat you like an old friend, and each one has a story that adds to the charm of the place. The hospitality was top-notch from start to finish and the flavors of the food even better.

If you’re looking for a great place to eat in Williams, Arizona, Miss Kitty’s Steakhouse & Bar is one spot that keeps getting better every time I visit. I’ve been here three times now, and each visit has been consistently enjoyable. The menu offers a nice variety—from burgers and steaks to creative appetizers and desserts—and everything I’ve tried has been made with fresh, quality ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is flavorful, and the atmosphere feels both welcoming and relaxed. Even little details like cloth napkins, good music, and comfortable seating make the meal feel a step above the usual. For a small town like Williams, it’s great to have a restaurant where you can count on good food, great service, and a pleasant dining experience every time. Whether you’re passing through on a road trip or you’re a local looking for a dependable spot to eat, Miss Kitty’s is worth a visit.

We decided to have dinner after a long day hiking at grand canyon and we were so happy we decided to try Miss Kitty's! I won the food draw with the salmon! Absolutely delicious!!! Id you are deciding between steak and salmon GO.THE.SALMON!!! Partner had the ribeye with collards and goats cheese mash - also delicious! Slightly charred and cooked perfectly medium rare. Bestie had the tri tip with fries and corn - cooked perfectly too. The blood orange margarita was on point - not too sweet which i appreciated. Mains were so good we had to try the desserts too. Green chile apple pie unusual flavours but it totally worked. My texas choc sheet cake was great - super rich and very chocolately. Rafael our waiter was AWESOME! Super friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. I always forget to take photos... sorry! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I don’t eat at fancy restaurants. Mostly because I’ve been in the industry and when you pay fancy prices, you’re not always getting what you really want. What you tend to get is clout saying you went and really the cost per ounce never seems to add up. So for the wife’s birthday we made a trip up north to #Williams Az and we stopped in to see one of my favorite people and one of the most amazing #chefs I’ve been blessed with sharing a kitchen space with in competition. @solarborn at @misskittyssteakhouse I’ve been traveling up and down #i40 and #route66 for years and when I’m say it’s never seen anything like this place I mean it! Even if Chef Paul was my enemy I’d still recommend him and his team for a James Beard and a Micheline Star! Make the drive from far and wide and do your pallet a flavor! Bōn Apetíté! P.s don’t pass on the steamed Mussels!

Compliments to the chef! The chef is truly talented — the fish was cooked to perfection, with timing and temperature spot on.🤌 What a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and stuff are very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Google
Waited at the hostess stand for 10 min while many unhappy customers left… red flag one. When we were seated, the server informed us they only had one type of steak left and chicken. The server was very kind so we made it work - food came out fast. The equites tasted horrible. The meat was raw (see photo). The salad was good and fresh. The soup was delicious. Then as we got up to leave, after tipping 20% aside from the oattrious experience the employees proceeded to whisper about us. THIS DOES NOT HAVE A HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM. When I asked at the front desk, the woman rudely responded and we searched for the next restroom. It was extremely tight but we made it work. Very unfortunate- not the staffs fault but wow bad bad bad.

Yelp
Sarah was excellant, friendly was the only waitress and still we got excellent service. We were visiting from Alabams

Yelp
What a gem! Miss Kitty's is such a cute little restaurant, and the food absolutely lived up to the vibe. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it did NOT disappoint . The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside, honestly cooked to perfection. I swapped the fries for a salad, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, which I really appreciated. I actually got full and took the rest back to my room... which I never do but there was no way I was leaving it behind. It was that good. My husband ordered the catfish, which was my original runner-up choice, and he devoured it. I stole a bite and immediately knew I would've been just as happy with either option. If you're staying at the Trailborn or anywhere nearby, Miss Kitty's is a must. Great food, fresh flavors, and totally worth it. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
My husband and I came to Miss Kitty's for dinner on a Sunday night while we were visiting and had such a great meal here. We were staying in the town of Williams while visiting Grand Canyon, and my husband had spotted Miss Kitty's while driving. Miss Kitty's is located within a hotel. There is ample street parking right outside the restaurant. I thought the interior was really cool. It felt like a modern and trendy restaurant with decor that gave a nod to its cowboy/desert surroundings. Our server was upbeat and welcoming. She gave us waters and menus right away, and came back soon after to take our orders. For mains, my husband had the pulled pork sandwich with potato chips while I had the tortilla lasagna. The pulled pork sandwich had very classic flavors, and was saucy and tender. It was excellent. I really enjoyed my tortilla lasagna. It was a fun take on this dish, and not super heavy. I was able to finish most of it since the serving wasn't huge. For dessert, we finished with the chile spiced apple pie. The chile in the pie was mild and not overpowering. It was served with cinnamon ice cream, which was delicious. We loved our meal here and would highly recommend visiting.

Yelp
Miss Kitty's Bar & Restaurant is tucked inside the Trailborn Grand Canyon (Marriott), right on the edge of town in Williams, AZ. From the outside, you'd never guess what's inside. The entrance is sleek, modern, and understated. Signage is kept to a minimum. Step through the doors and you're greeted by a warm hostess, a small but stylish bar, and a moderately sized dining room just around the corner. The décor is tasteful, cozy, and inviting. The menu is perfectly sized and unapologetically focused on steak, so of course, that's what we ordered. I asked about a filet, which wasn't listed, but our attentive server assured me the kitchen could accommodate. With my dietary restrictions in mind, I requested little to no salt and no butter. The server communicated this flawlessly, and the kitchen delivered. My filet came with a simple, homemade-style salad of romaine, red onions, croutons, shredded cheese, and blue cheese dressing, plus a loaded baked potato (+$2). The steak itself was unlike any I've had before, charred, smoky, and bold. My date called it "Texas Style", a steak clearly made for a cowboy! He ordered the 12 oz. NY Strip with Sidewinder Fries, Charred Corn Esquites, and a house-made Green Chile Tomatillo sauce. Honestly, his steak was even tastier than mine,... robust, smoky, and full of character. To drink, we sampled a few beers and landed on a favorite, the 'AZ Local Ale Toasty Amber Lager'. Our server explained it's brewed locally and only available in Williams. It was crisp, flavorful, and the perfect pairing for steak night. Though stuffed, we couldn't resist dessert and ordered the Texas Sheet Cake to go (without the ice cream). Unfortunately, it was a bit too heavy and dry when we tried it later, a rare miss in an otherwise excellent meal. Dining hours are limited, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily, likely to align with hotel check-ins. Guests can even enjoy a complimentary "Ranch Water" cocktail between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Since Williams is a hub for Grand Canyon visitors, the early closing time makes sense. Our hotel package included a $50 dining credit, making Miss Kitty's an easy choice. While the steak preparation wasn't quite what I'm used to, the flavors were bold, the staff was wonderfully accommodating, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Bottom line: If you're visiting Williams, Miss Kitty's is absolutely worth a stop. The food is hearty and prepared with love & care, but it's the staff and atmosphere that truly make the experience memorable.

Yelp
This is the classiest restaurant in town at a boutique hotel. There is an upscale menu. Being a busy Saturday night they were sold out of TriTip and few other popular items. We ordered Brussels Sprouts for an appetizer. We had a double table for the 4 of us and they forgot to light both of our candl

Katie B.

Yelp
Good place! Staff was nice and helpful, food was good for the price point. Very hip and cool vibes if you are looking for an aesthetic place to eat. Had the Salmon per the wait staff's recommendation and was very impressed! I don't usually like salmon, but this was so delicious and fluffy. Worth the stop if you don't want a typical tourist place. Would give 4.5!
google avatar

Lindsay R.

Yelp
My family and I were all very happy with our meals. We loved the Brussels as the starter, really good. I got the pan fried chicken, delicious. My mom got the salmon, she was obsessed with it. My dad had the Ribeye, which he wanted a second of. The atmosphere was nice and service was good too. I recommend!

Yelp
We were there at 7pm on a Saturday night. We were a party of 4 (2 kids) and a party of 2 adults, together. Lots of things were off from the start. When we ordered wine, we were informed by the male server that there were only 2 glasses of red wine left in the entire restaurant. We were then informed that they were out of the mussels and the collard greens. We ordered steaks, all medium rare for adults and child's mac n cheese for the kids. The two filets were fine but the ribeye and sirloin were both closer to medium well. When we ordered dessert, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, surprise, surprise...they were out of vanilla ice cream! What a terrible way to run a restaurant! This was all on a Saturday in December, which I would think is a busier month with the North Pole Experience, the Santa Train, Bearizona and the Grand Canyon all happening in the vicinity. Keep an adequate inventory, for goodness sake. To top it all off, we asked for separate checks. Our bad was that the server had a handheld for the credit cards. He didn't offer receipts and we didn't ask. The next morning we added it all up and realized that we were hoodwinked! The server charged us an extra 20% for a party of 6 and did not say anything about it, allowing both parties to tip an additional 20%. Poor service and inadequate availability, that we tipped 40% for! Very bad business practice. We will not be back to Miss Kitty's! Oh, and please refund us the 20% that we tipped on top of the bill that already included it!

Yelp
Highly, highly recommend. Nicely appointed restaurant tucked into a boutique motel, all playing into the historic west theme but not in a kitschy way that would turn you off. Friendly and attentive wait staff from front door to tabletop to bar. First evening I had the pan fried chicken and let me just say it is worth the 20 minute extra time. Craveable. The greens bring a nice acidic balance to the richness of the red eye gravy and goat cheese mashed potatoes. I went back again the next night because it was just that good. I got the All-American Bourbon to drink - nice and strong. I almost ordered the same chicken again but decided to venture out to see how well they prepared other things. I opted for the catfish and was not disappointed. The catfish is fresh and not muddy tasting. The breading was nicely crisp and I liked the way they incorporated the pico. (I wasn't too sure how I'd like pico on catfish). Out of the two, chicken would be my top pick but the catfish was surprisingly memorable. Try the green chile apple pie- only a subtle heat. My only complaint was I did not get cinnamon ice cream just vanilla and they put rainbow sprinkles on the whipped cream which I found weird.

Yelp
I use to come here before the remodel and lived their food! I can back to check out the new menu and see what they have done to the place. Wow, then place was gutted! Beautifully remodeled!!!! I was shocked it was the same place! I love what they did! They even have an outdoor patio now! The server was a tall guy Imani fight his name but he was very nice and had a great smile. Was very helpful with the menu. The drinks were nicely poured, and chilled. I had the Grand Martini. I ordered the Hush Puppies for me and my husband and those were tasty. The dip was ok, not sure if it was mayo with garnish. I had the Spicy Cesar for dinner and my husband had the Catfish dinner. Omg can I just say wow how the salad was AMAZING. They even make their own dressing! Only one place had the best Cesar Salad and that's in Vegas! But this place is up there with it! I will definitely order the salad every time I go to Miss Kitty's! I tried my husband's dinner: the catfish was breaded but nicely crusted with a asmr crunch lol. The grits were delish! My husband enjoyed his dinner. I liked it too. For dessert we tried the Churro wheels that came with hot fudge. We both love Churros but this had to be out least favorite dish. They came out dry and hard but the fudge was nice and hot. Every time we cut into the churros they'd crumble. The server came to check in us and I told him I think these were reheated or sat too long because of how hard they were so he was kind enough to bring another out . These came out a little better. Perhaps it's the oil? I hope they use a different oil for dessert and not the same oil they used for the fish because they may do it lol. All in all we will be back but we won't order the churros unless they get rid of the round wheels and stick to regular churros since those seem more doughy. I enjoyed my dinner and I'm excited they have reopened!

Yelp
Come to this restaurant for the great food and drinks and be sure to ask to sit in Sarah section. She is the best!

Cath A.

Yelp
Cannot speak highly enough for the awesome "foodie" meal I had at Miss Kitty's. had a melt in your mouth perfectly medium New York strip with an Oh So Good black chile coffee rub. exceptional on its own. But then it had a green chile tomatillo sauce that took it next level. The goat cheese mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and braised collards were the perfect complement. If you are in Williams, stop in and let yourself be wowed by Chef Paul and his team. You'll be so glad you did!

Heather M.

Yelp
We celebrated birthdays during our stay in Williams and after our train ride decided to dine at Miss Kitty's. Our service was exceptional. Our waitress/bartender was very personable and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our dinner and had what we needed. The executive chef also came out to speak to us and was very friendly. We all enjoyed our dinner. The flavor of my tri tip and mashed Yukon potatoes was delicious. The employees all came out singing happy birthday with a huge wooden board filled with dessert for our birthdays we were celebrating. It was a great experience.
google avatar

Andrea W.

Yelp
No air conditioning, which was not mentioned until we asked them to turn up the AC. We would have eaten somewhere else. The ribeye was so thin and fatty. The staff was kind but not attentive. I would not go back.

JJ M.

Yelp
We just had dinner there after a long day at the Grand Canyon and it was incredible. Food was out quickly and it was delicious. The wait staff was super friendly. The kitchen ran out of fries but replaced with breakfast potatoes that were amazing. We'll ask for the substitution next time because they were so good. Lastly, the green chili apple pie is a MUST! Trust us!

Joshua T.

Yelp
Unfortunately, Miss Kitty's didn't live up to expectations, especially given the price point. They were out of their two most expensive beef options, and when we asked about substitutions of sides for the entrees that were available, we were told it wasn't allowed -- only to later find out we could've ordered what we wanted for a $4 fee (only after our food was brought the table). Steaks arrived overcooked, and the sheet cake dessert tasted like it had been frozen. Service was lackluster; our waitress repeatedly said she "only worked there" and offered no solutions to improve the experience. We asked twice for the bathroom soap to be refilled, but it never was. Drinks were decent, but that's about the only positive. Overall, would not recommend.
google avatar

Paulina M.

Yelp
Probably the best restaurant we have been to in Williams. Great food and great service! Love the atmosphere as well.

Barbara C.

Yelp
Thank you, Nick best Bartender in town! Best chef in town! Love the Music!! Food was excellent !! We are coming back !

Mary M.

Yelp
Steak (New York strip) was so gristly and tough, took forever to chew a bite. Thought my 8oz tri tip was a thin chicken cutlet. Mashed potatoes are hard as cement. Inedible. And the "cook" doesn't know what a bearnaise sauce is. Got melted butter in a cup. Had to ask for my salad after the meal already came.... We don't ever complain, but this place is TERRIBLE. Don't waste your money.

Jean R.

Yelp
We had a family dinner last night at Miss Kitty's. Most of our party had not been there since the remodel. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The food was great, most everyone had steak, but I chose the salmon with grilled pineapple and sweet corn. It was very good. Sara was our waiter and was amazing. We had nine people in our party, and she attended to our every need promptly and efficiently. If you're looking for a good steakhouse in Williams, give it a try.

Yelp
Spent the day in Williams and decided to dine at Miss Kittys. First off it's hard to find where to even enter. It's June and hot. They had NO AC so we dined outside. I ordered the Campe Fire FRIED CHICKEN with collard greens. Thinking it was going to be fried chicken when I got my plate which was hot but the mashed potatoes were cold and no collard greens BUT corn! When I asked about the collard greens the waitress said oh we are out of that but they gave you corn. Ummm would have been nice to of known that BEFORE I ordered. I would have picked something else. The chicken was not fried chicken but a very dry piece of chicken breast. So that was disappointing. The taste was good but the meal was disappointing. Don't think we'll be back but good luck staying open in Williams.

Rachel M.

Yelp
First i would like to apologize to the poor cow that was butchered twice. Ribeye steak cooked medium should not come out blood rare. The fat and gristel made up a 3rd of a $45 steak. The need for anything other than salt and pepper is just wrong. And why is the sauce? The bake potatoe was oddly burnt and crunchy. Not even sure how you can mess up ranch dressing but NAIL IT. Unless you want and over priced ineatable meal, this is the place. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money for useless junk you can buy in the gift shops.
google avatar

Valeria R.

Yelp
I came here visiting from LA with two family members. We were excited because the pictures and menu look so good! However, the service we received was very lackluster. We were not greeted upon arrival and when our "server" finally came up to us he told us to sit wherever we wanted he didn't care. Our server also failed to mention that they were out of the salmon and the porterhouse until right when we wanted to order so it took us extra time to decide. I ordered the caesar salad without croutons since I have an intolerance to gluten and my salad arrived with croutons and when I mentioned it to the server he took it back and then served it with pieces of croutons in it again! This really disappointed me and my family and to top it all off we were charged an extra 11 dollars for a side and a coke that we DID NOT order. Super disappointing.

Brian R.

Yelp
Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Great ambiance. I highly recommend Miss Kitty's if you're in town.

Audrey M.

Yelp
Amazing food and environment. Really delicious! Try any steak! Also the chocolate cake!

Bogdan J.

Yelp
Super delicious 16 oz ribeye steak with sides and expertly made super delicious Grand Martini's at the bar prior to dinner! Sarah's service was also truly superlative; the best service we've had in a long time! The ambience is super cozy and comfy. Highly recommended!

John W.

Yelp
Are here while we stayed at the Trailborn hotel. Pleasantly surprised, the food was really good and service was excellent. We had the Rib Eye steak, baked potato and corn dish. It was all delicious. My wife had the Green Chile apple pie and loved it. Only 1 critique, or constructive criticism, what Steak House doesn't offer bread with the meal? I think it's a steakhouse rule Definitely will be back, Thank You!!

Yelp
The whole new building has a great experience just walking in. The food was delicious. August 5, 2025 we went there for my wife's birthday dinner with another couple. Am our server was phenomenal and a joy to have taking care of us. She always made sure we had everything we needed. Chef Paul came out and greeted us to and we recognized him as Chef Paul Beatty a Food Network contestant a few years ago. The ambiance was delightful and the staff made a delicious plate with chocolate cake, ice cream cones with yes ice cream in them for her birthday surprise. All 5he staff including Chef Paul came over and sang Happy Birthday to her. Yes she was embarrassed but loved it. The only down fall was Chef Paul change those SALT & PEPPER shakers. We live in Prescott area and we will see you again. Keep up the good job Chef.

Yelp
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! this place was amazing and it might just be because the name of the restaurant but it is by far the nicest place in Williams. I would recommend dinning outside since even in the summer it is cool enough, especially dinner.

Bob L.

Yelp
Awesome service ,food was excellent Sarah was very attentive! Gave many reccomendations

R. S.

Yelp
Service was okay, the waitress had no idea what wine the restaurant served, she kept asking us to pay while we were still clearly eating. The food was mediocre. The steak looked really nice but was mostly fat and the wine was not any good. The wedge salad was bad.
google avatar

Corey M.

Yelp
Local and trying the new miss kitty's after a big restoration. The place looks really really nice ! Had some dinner with family I had the surf and turf. The steak was ok only got two shrimp and they had no taste other then the little burn spots from the grill the mashed potatoes were good but for 44.00 it was a tad bit to $& for what I got. My wife had a rib eye and it was very fatty my cousin also had the rib eye and he took ost of the steak home to his cats. The sides and the deserts were pretty good we had the green chili apple pie it was ok and the churros were good. I might go again but will definitely not have a steak again, maybe a burger or something else. If I do I will give another review.

David M.

Yelp
We're staying in the hotel and thought we would try the restaurant. This was probably one of the best meals we have had in months. My wife and I had the Chili rubbed short ribs for 2. I had a baked potato, and my wife had the fries. The rids fell off the bone when I tried to get it onto my plate and was so tasty that using the dipping sauces was not an option. I will say that they were delicious also. My wife's fries were delicious, crispy and fluffy and were hot when served. Finally we had a slice of the green chili apple pie with ice cream, first time I ever had something like this and it was delicious as well. We will definitely be back next time we're in Williams from Tempe. The server was extremely attentive and vey helpful, as was the entire staff. Thank you for a great meal and experience.

Yelp
Probably the worst restaurant that I've eaten in. Waitress staff were all talking trash about the cook and we're all passive aggressive with each remark. Smoked filled the restaurant because of one dish. The fire alarm went off about 5 times if not more.

Suzy F.

Yelp
I had no idea what to expect walking into Miss Kitty's, but wow--this place seriously impressed me. The vibe is cozy and cool, and the service was so warm and friendly from the start. I ordered the ribeye with garlic butter and bordelaise sauce, and it was perfection--juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I like it. The hush puppies were also a standout (get them, trust me). Great wine, great atmosphere, and such a fun stop right off Route 66. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town!

Chris B.

Yelp
This review is for two nights in a row, a Thursday and Friday at 6PM, party of two. Server Sara was the best, we really appreciated her help and she was one of the reasons we came back a second night. We had the smash burger, fried chicken sandwich, campfire chicken and a ribeye. We also had the hushpuppies (amazing), side salads (huge and fresh), the corn and mashed potatoes. The entrees were all good to great EXCEPT the ribeye. The piece of meat was atrocious, half fat and gristle, worst steak I have ever eaten in my life. The preparation was fine but you can't fix a crappy piece of beef. I would go back but given my experience and other reviews in Yelp, I would not order any of the steaks. Otherwise great service and good stuff!

Yelp
Great food, cozy atmosphere! I had a really enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious--everything was fresh and full of flavor. I especially loved the rib eye highly recommend! The service was friendly and attentive without being too much, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Sarah was an amazing server The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the wait for our table was a bit a long but it didn't take away too much from the overall experience.

Yelp
I've never felt the need to write a bad review until my unpleasant dinner experience here. I guess I should have been forewarned by the unlit sign (entrance was hard to find), the choice of a rub and side sauce for the steak, and the earthy tasting water. About 1/3 of my NY strip was unchewable, and my date's tri tip was improperly cooked and according to her had an off taste as well. Side dishes were mediocre to lousy. Complaints to the server were met with "I'm so sorry" but probably went no farther. In retrospect should have asked for the manager. We heard others complaining as well. We love the Williams AZ area but not this poor excuse for a steak house.

Yelp
Had dinner last night with my family party of 9. Half of us got the $58.00 porter house medium rare- it was by far the toughest steak any of us ever had. For that insane price it was total garbage. We will not be going back. The quality was absolutely terrible. On the other hand the service from Sarah was awesome and she made sure all of your drinks were filled and anything we needed was taken care of. I suggest rethinking your source for your cuts of meat.

Yelp
Best food in williams, if you liked the old miss kittys you will hate the new version. All of the food now has flavor and no steam table vegetables.

Yelp
Very friendly place. The steaks are grilled perfectly and come with several rubs and sauces. The Mexican street corn is absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Yelp
We were so impressed with this restaurant. This was our favorite place we ate. We were staying at the attached hotel and had our dog. The bartender Sarah (I hope I remembered her name right) was AMAZING and let us eat at a table outside with our dog. The inside was really nice and new. Even if you are not staying at this hotel but visiting the area I would choose this over any place there.

Yelp
The service was perfect. Friendly staff who answered all of our question with a smile and wit. My husband had the tri-tip steak, and it was cooked to perfection. I had the pan seared chicken with red eye gravey, it was to die for. We shared the green chili apple pie with cinnamon ice cream and it was wonderful. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Yelp
Made RESERVATIONS for 8pm for 4 people. Wanted to have a great steak dinner while celebrating for someone. Two of our party came an hour early and spent time at bar. Once 8 pm came we sat down and immediately noticed they were trying to rush us. We ordered a starter then the "hurrying" intensified so we asked before ordering dinner and they said they close at 8 and had 45 minutes only. Why take reservations if you won't let people enjoy the dining room experience? Why spend $50 plus each on a meal you can't enjoy? If they want to close at 8 take your last reservation at 6:30. Such a disappointment. On a side note, Bartender was great and very nice to chat with. Also.... They DO NOT ALLOW B-DAY CAKES TO BE BROUGHT IN.

Yelp
food was subpar, we are now eating in another establishment. Service was great we felt sorry for our server and left her a good tip. Steak was tough, baked potatoes were old and cold, the butter wouldn't melt.

Yelp
We had the smashburger and a New York Strip. Salad was cold and crisp. French fries were awesome. Steak and burger were delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Amy tended to all our needs. Thank you!
