Eva, who is the Master Stylist, does his job well. Unfortunately, I will not comeback because his manager/owner is rude and unreliable person when it comes about the charges.
I visited the first time because it is advertised 50% off on the first visit. (The 50% off on your first visit is just a hook, for one to go).
When I got there, he said it was only 30%, because the employee that charges 50% was not there. He saw that I did not like that, and then he informed me that the next time I could do it with the Senior Stylist, and save money.
My second appointment, I made it with the same person (manager/owner). I told him that I wanted to make the appointment with the Senior Stylist, and he told me that she was not going to be there. That she only worked on Saturdays. I reminded him of my previous conversation in which he told me I could made it with the Senior Stylist, since Eva, the Master Stylist, cost much more. He responded, I am sorry, but in the future, I am going to have more people working during the week. Not just Eva. I told him, “You never said that”.
Since he knew I was upset because he deceived me for second time, he told me that he was going to give me 15% off with Eva, the Master Stylist.
I went to my appointment and before seeing Eva, the same guy, manager/owner asked me what kind of job Eva was going to do. I replied “The same as she did last time”. Then he went over the price and gave me the regular price without 15% off. I reminded him of the conversation we had the day before. He said that he did not remember and started looking at his phone. I told him that it was not through email nor a text message; it was a phone conversation. He replied, “I do not remember”. I asked him, if there was any other male answering the phone there? He responded, “No, it is just me”. Then I said how is it possible that you forgot already when I just had this conversation with you, yesterday? He responded, “Lady, this is a small business. I am a busy person, and do not have time for this. I was very upset for the way he responded; and I was about to leave, then he said, in a very rude way “lady, this is taking all my time, I am going to give you the 15% off”.
Eva, the Master Stylist, did her job. Before leaving the place, I told the guy, you are very rude, have no manners and do not know how to treat customers. I am going to write a review about your service. He responded, “That is fine with me, do it”.
I am surprised that someone running a business is not only rude, but also does not care about a customer’s review be posted online.
I am writing this review, hoping that you will not have to go through the same I went through. If you still want to go, be prepared, because this is what you are going to face eventually.
