Very friendly and helpful staff!! Mission had good prices. now prices are High!!! Online, like everyone I check online before I buy, I wait until I need several bottles then I buy, you save $70.00 plus!!! Now I buy at mission and Total wine. I save $5.00 to $15.00 a bottle.

Always the best place to go for affordable alcohol. Sometimes prices are cheaper than Bevo more wine and everything spot.

OH MY GOD!!! I love you! I found the bottle I always go to Yucatán México to get it. But finally, I found it here in LA. Xtabentun!!!! The Maya Gods drink. Literally, I brought one from Tulum, Mexico this weekend. Just to open my luggage and see it broken. 😢 Thank you guys for making my day.

Total disregard for the customer. They advertise a wine for $47 and rave about it when opened it, it was musky, discolored and simply bad! When mentioning to them not even a response! They don't even care! I felt I threw the $50 in garbage! Every time I buy anything from them I am faced with an attitude, snobbishness! I am done with these people!

Balvenie 12 was at $39.99 yesterday Today I call they say it was a misprint and changed the price without even offering to sell one at that price This place is always having issues and giving wrong info to customers and not honoring there mistakes for those who seen the mistake which was for 2 days posted at same price.

Probably one of the best places in the valley to get good alcohol. They have a great selection of all sorts of different spirits. My go to aisle is the tequila and they have a great selection from your typical tequilas to the fancy or hard to find bottles. The employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable of the products they carry. The locations is huge so I'm sure you will find something you like.

I made a large order with them and it went great. They had the best prices in the area and had my order ready within a few hours. They also have a wide selection and variety of drinks.

Sherman Oaks had a nice selection of wines and spirits. Woodland Hills has even more and better service.

Mission Wine & Spirits is a diamond in the rough. However nothing hard to acquire here is close to MSRP. But as a self-proclaimed beverage enthusiast, I was thrilled to find a trove of rare bottles at this charming establishment. While some prices may seem steep, it's a small price to pay for the satisfaction of finally adding that elusive spirit to your collection. The selection is vast and varied, including a range of tequilas, gins, rums, absinthes, and whiskeys that will make any connoisseur's heart skip a beat. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you, Mission Wine & Spirits is a must-visit for anyone with an appreciation for fine spirits. Service was ok. I grabbed a bottle that was miss priced and they did not honor it. That's why they get a 4/5.

Cool wine shop for a good variety of wines, spirits and beers! I was shopping for a nice bottle of white wine for my friend's birthday and found this place on Yelp. Came here around noon on a Friday to check out the selection. This store is pretty big, has the wines sectioned off by countries, which is cool. I ended up getting two bottles of white and two bottles of red. The bottle of white for my friend's birthday was about $38 and the other bottles were more for casually drinking - about $15-20 each. Also got a six pack of Grapefruit IPA. Ended up spending about $100 there, which wasn't too bad. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Parking lot is big and has plenty of spots.

Total Wine and Bevmo didn't carry Pasote brand Tequilas, so I decided to try Mission Wine & Spirits. Great decision! Not only did they carry it, but they also have other great tequilas that are on my bucketlist of must try. Huge selection...everything from low to high end tequilas, including plethora of mezcals. I picked up a bottle of Pasote Repasado ($50) and G4 Repasado, ($50) which are both excellent sipping tequilas and absolutely delicious in margaritas. The store is neat, the sales associates are helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Parking is available in the back of the store. Both bottles are almost empty so expect a visit soon.

Not only are they the most competitive and best prices in town. But their management team embraces the VIP care that is needed in the hospitality industry. Ashley to say the least has cared for our account over the years with proper communication, text messages, emails, and acknowledging the second we walk through the front door. There variety is diverse and their prices are the best. Try and compare them to anyone else And you will see. They are very well in negotiating if you are consistently buying in bulk. Hands-down, a five star wholesaler of wine and spirits.

I go here any time I need to buy a bottle or handle. Their prices are very reasonable and they always help me if I have questions. They always give great recommendations and service. Love this place! Parking is easy, the lot in the back. And their selection is pretty good! Look on their website for other locations and deals. I go here before BevMo and/or Total Wine (if necessary).

Excellent customer service. I needed two bottles of Pinot Grigio - never drink it but to bring to a dinner - and the woman who helped me was wonderful. Don't know her name - pretty young black woman? Really knows her wine. Steered me away from the "Coca-Cola" of Italy Pino Grigio. Many thanks! The wine is for an Italian friend and the last thing Is want to do is get her subpar wine. Merci! They have 5 of these stores around town. They are like BevMo, Total Wines. They have everything you can think of. Tequila, Scotch, Whiskey, Beer etc. New product alert!!!! Chingon Seasonings for Micheladas and cocktails. They have 4 new rim paste flavors: Guava, Watermelon, Melon, Tamarino and.. 4 New Seasoning Picosito(slightly spicy) flavors: Limon, Tamarino, Watermelon, Honey Limon. Must try with White Claws, Popsicles, Beer, cocktails!!!! Ask them to start carry the Michelada. I've seen it at other locations around town.

Terrible customer service. Horrible attitude. Definitely worth shopping somewhere else if you don't like being frustrated, insulted and given the runaround. I went in to ask a few questions about wine the young lady at the counter directed me to Amy the wine specialist. Amy seemed very irritated when I started talking to her she was very rude while answering my questions. Very unprofessional I will never be returning Mission Sherman Oaks ever again!

I've been a customer of Mission Wine & Spirits for quite some time now. I stopped in here right before a trip to Palm Springs and grabbed some hookah items, a bottle of Veuve and a jalapeño infused tequila! The staff are always helpful in locating items at the store and even good to talk to as you're checking out! Their prices are great, unmatched for this community or any other! Keep up the great work!

You drive by this place and it seems nondescript. They have everything you want, never knew you did and more. And if you want to drop serious dimes on high end stuff...have mercy. It's pretty much a alcohol Disney Land. Except the lines are much shorter and there's less children. Bad analogy. Erase. Great store, good prices and excellent service. Get yourself some.

Manager/Owner pls read ‼ I was "RACIALLY "" profiled by a chunky male cashier possibly w/glasses at this store upon check out yesterday afternoon Friday 12/2/22. There were several folks paying for their items I noticed no else was asked if this was an Instacart shopper/order? I said "no" I was a "customer"paying for my order (and only blk customer in the store) when he asked me this I was confused at first because I said nothing about being a Instacart shopper/employee & if I had pre ordered for pickup the order would be ready. If I was I wouldn't have done my own shopping in the store. So I knew he didn't think I was a customer. I told him I order my groceries from Instacart all the time & didn't appreciate the implication as if I couldn't possibly be a customer buying over $100 worth of items at this store. ‼Sherman Oaks Store ‼ Manager/Owner with the current highly charged racial climate I think this should be addressed; I would request you identify/train this employee. I only come to the store for the great variety of products you keep in stock not to be insulted by your employees, how I was treated was insulting, prejudice & unprofessional and should be addressed so I'm writing this review. ‼ Thk you

This is the best place you can go for alcohol. Best prices, huge selection of brands, and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable on different spirits. They're open in most holidays for your convenience and they can help find what you're looking for at their other locations as well. 5/5

Selection, selection, selection!!! If you want a hard to find spirit and you live in the Valley, I'd recommend you save your time and come here FIRST. Then, if they don't have it, at least you will know right off the bat that you may be SOL unless you schlep to another of the half dozen top liquor shops in Southern California. Maybe going to Total Wine next, but more likely you will need to drive a good hour to get to another fabo liquor store. Also, the help was REALLY good here! Very knowledgeable folks here! And now I know where to get Bajiu!!!

I use to like shopping at mission liquor it was my favorite place to buy alcohol. But I don't shop there anymore because of what happened to me recently. I bought a bottle of Rabbit Hole Nevallier 16yr French oak for a lot of money. Anyway whatever I bought bottle for they dropped 100 dollars after a couple months. That's not the worse part what really frustrated me is the bottle they send me had fingerprints all over it and the wooden case was damaged and was missing a black sleeve. I had to contact Rabbit hole to send me one. I spend a lot of money here but I will never buy from mission again and I will tell all my friends about the experience I had. I will shop at Total Wine from now on where they appreciate every customer!

If you're a craft beer "connoisseur" in the Sherman Oaks or Van Nuys area, Mission Wine & Spirits is worth a look or maybe a revisit. They have changed things up and have added a larger section of unique and interesting single can craft beers to try. The collection is not as large or extensive as Valley Beverage Company or Vendome Wine & Spirits or hard to get beers you might find at Handy Market, but it is still worth a look if you live in the area. Not only do they have an interesting beer selection, I enjoy perusing their liqueur, whiskey, and wine section as well. If you're more of a craft beer flavor taster (my objective is not to get wasted) like me, you'll be thrilled to see what they have available these days.

Look, I get it. Your doors are about to close and then someone walks in to buy something. You want to leave, it's a Saturday night. However, you don't yell at your customers that they have one minute left. Sorry. Your delivery could have been much better. Should have not let me walk in if you were going to yell " you only have 1 minute.". Close your doors at 7:59 then. Wasn't planning on staying long but at least long enough to read the label on the bottle. I hope this sparkling wine I bought is good, cuz I didn't have time to read the label really. It's unfortunate because you guys have an amazing selection but shitty customer service, and this isn't the first time.

While on the search for Castel La Vie Rouge Wine, so I called this store to see if they carry it. They not only answered promptly but the lady in the department in charge of that department took the time to explain and was very well I formed. If the phone service is this impressive, I can't wait to go there.

Last Saturday I was in the store to buy a b-day gift and the girl with black hair was rude. She said to me, "Uh, he'll help you!" She was not doing anything at all. I said to the Gentleman cashier," Can you help me and thank you for helping me." He was very professional and nice. The lady with black hair is not friendly at all. Her name is Jasmine. I did not feel welcomed as I entered the store. fact: When I walked in a gentleman was beside me; Instead of saying Hello, she(Jasmine) said,"I can't/won't help you?He (stranger/customer), replied, "what?" Jasmine replied,"Never-mind." I feel like I shouldn't ever ask for her help. Everyone else is informative and helpful. Isa recommend a Vodka that is very good. Javier is nice and explains beer well. I always use his recommendations. His Customer service is good. Store is clean and neat. Sales are best time to buy for your favs to have and don't forget snacks

I walked in and no one helped me out and when I asked a question they act like they didn't want to help me out this location needs to work on there customer service make the customer feel welcomed and not feel like they want to shop here most of the workers seem like they have attitudes the manager is very cool and helpful not the employees

My go to spot for the best selection of spirits. Great staff and always helpful. Alain was great in helping me find some great bourbons four a testing. Do yourself a favor and miss the Bev-less place. It sucks and is the biggest rip off. Very over priced Mission has weekly specials starting on Wednesday and they have four great locations which some do tastings.

So after a good bit of looking around, this is the liquor store for me. They have excellent selections in all price ranges and if you come in when they have a sale going on, you can really land some excellent prices. They put a weekly "super-coupon" in their weekly fliers which if you use (only valid on Sunday!) makes for a good bargain, so keep your eyes peeled for that. Employees here usually seem a little grumpy(hung over?), but when you ask for help, they brighten up. I brought my friend who was planning his wedding here and they gave us some good wine recommendations, without blowing the whole budget.

Noho location! Other locations I'm sure you can find it in their website. Usually I found the cheapest and affordable alcohol in any brand. I'm not so sure about wine or beer. But regarding whiskey, tequila or cognac and vodka on most popular brands, mission liquor is the place to shop! It does have a private parking lot in the back or street parking. Lots of variety with many choices. From inexpensive to very expensive booze! Cheers everyone! Drink up couse life is good! But then again if you don't drink life is also good! Right now I'm buzzed and life is awesome!

I really don't know who is writing bad reviews about this place and I read a couple of bad ones and they are not really fair. I had an amazing experience. My experience: So I found this place through Vivino. I live in Santa Monica, but decided to make the trip because A) they had what I was looking for, some difficult to find wines and a huge selection of wines in general B) the prices were less expensive than most other places on the majority of wines, not all but the majority. To be specific, this guy Sergio helped me with the selection of Malbec and other Argentinian wines as well as the Chardonnays from Cali. He was knowledgeable and specific and only recommended from wines he had tried himself, which is important. In the Belgian beer/ craft beer selection, I wanted to try something new ( I have tried most Belgian beer you can find in LA) and the tall rep who helped me, I believe his name is Ale or Alain, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also look at some of the new craft beer from the USA, Scotch Ales, Cream Lagers, Amber Ales, Red Irish, etc... I also noticed they had the Don Julio 1942 Tequila for $119, compared to $149 of Whole foods and and $129 at Bevmo. In any case, compared to Bevmo which also has a large selection but generally more mainstream commercial products, this place feels more like a neighbourhood boutique store but with a huge selection of wines and liquor. Check it out. My two cents: go in with a smile on your face and you'll have a great experience! Whiners should not be allowed in the store ;-)

I was in the area over the weekend, and wanted to pick up some libations for a last minute get together. Their selection appears to be great, however, their staff isn't the friendliest. In fact, they don't even approach you to see if you need assistance, or even acknowledge your presence until you go to purchase. No thanks. I ended up going elsewhere.

Vary clean, competitive prices, helpful friendly staff, top it off with local- sold. This is honestly a great place to shop. I've lived in the neighborhood for well over 25 years (SFV native) and this small family run chain is a great neighbor.

They sale fake alcohol Don Julio 1942 ! Make sure you check it !!! Bought 2 bottles and come to find out they had a recycle sticker on the bottle . Real Don Julio does not imprint recycle on there bottles. Also the sticker looked placed on when we opened the bottle it smelled like something different.

Mission wine and spirits is the best liquor and hookah tobacco store establishment I haven't been to. Very knowledgeable staff on the wide variety of liquor they carry which is why they are popular among the quality pricing. I recently found out they also sell hookah tobacco for competitive pricing and paid a visit. Of course I purchased liquor even though my visit was for tobacco, it's like a candy land for grown ups. If you are looking for a specific type of alcohol, visit this place.. they seriously have the most diverse variety, some rare and some you would find back home. They will help you, order it for you or direct you with a honest opinion. Perfect store for stocking up a bar or for a party, this is your one stop shop for all your liquor needs.
