I ordered two amaretto sours, which is my usual drink, but I was very disappointed with what I received.
Firstly, the color of the drinks was noticeably off compared to the typical amaretto sour, and they tasted awful. When I brought this to the attention of the barista, he insisted that the drinks were made according to the recipe, despite the color being different from what is shown in both the original recipe and your menu.
I requested that the drinks be remade, but when the barista brought two new cocktails, they were still not up to standard. To add to my frustration, the barista charged the new drinks to my room, on top of the first two drinks which I had barely touched due to their poor taste.
I ended up paying for four drinks, two of which I only took a few sips of because they were so poorly made. It is unacceptable to me that there is no form of “warranty” or quality assurance for drinks that are not prepared correctly.
I believe that I should not have been charged for drinks that were not made properly and that I did not consume.
And the ac in the rooms is broken, working full speed, we have 28 degrees in the room.
