Make sure you stay on the second or third floor in a room with a full view of the sea. 7 minutes walk to the closest accessible ( for free) beach ( good one, no showers on the beach) Size room ( double bed) - good Matres and bed - good + Size bathroom - good Large secured parking - 14 leva ( 7 euro) per day It doesn't offer coffee/tea in the room. It doesn't have a safe.

We had a great time! I definitely recommend this hotel. From the warm welcoming in the Parking until the last goodbye from the Reception. Great staff, smiling and super helpful (especially the Front Office ladies) That definitely made me feel home. As an improvement could be the Restaurant. For a 4*star property, the breakfast was not quite good, less variety and no diversity. Furthermore, in the rooms, the bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable and old. Thus, i was waking up with a neck+back pain everyday. Nevertheless, we had a great stay. I believe if they improve the points above, the hotel will be even greatest place. Not to miss the incredible furniture and design of the whole hotel. Thank you!

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day.

Stayed at hotel for one night in August. Location is excellent. Check in good and hotel room dated but that's it style so no problem it was what I expected. Room with sea view again very good. What really let this down was the breakfast. Nothing was covered everything was covered in flies I couldn't eat anything it put me off. Such a let down when plastic covers or lids on metal trays could stop this. ||Reason for rating the property average as breakfast is expected to be good or better than expected.||

- big rooms - excellent location and view - breakfast was okay, nice to have breakfast on the esplanade - close to the beach - bottle of water in the room - good curtains - good insulation, although on the esplanade and a lot of foot traffic, in the room it was quiet - had to pay 14 Lev a day for parking - only cash - no hot water between 17:00 and 22:00. When I asked the receptionist if there is a problem, he apologised and advised me to try later, as it seems like a lot of guests are using the water in the same time. Strange for a 4* hotel not to have hot water - bed is hard - basically mattress on plank - there were hairs in the bathroom, on the floor and close to the sink - coffee could be better

The hotel is located right on the seafront, but the hustle and bustle of the street is not annoying. The hotel lobby is very inspired decorated. The rooms are large and clean. Maybe a little old-fashioned. The beds are comfortable. ||A minus is brought by the breakfast that does not rise to the pretensions of a 4-star hotel. Coffee is bad - a long colored water, butter is actually margarine, honey is a sweet syrup, jam is just a poor quality jelly. The rest of the breakfast food was ok. ||At the hotel restaurant, in front of the hotel on the seafront, the food was good.

Very good location, with the sea right in front of your balcony. Nice and very pleasant staff. The hotel was very clean, quiet in the night, with nice old fashioned room with a very comfortable bed. You can enjoy your breakfast and also eat during the day at the hotel restaurant terrace. There is also a very big and safe car parking in the back of the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel, right in the middle of the promenade of the beautiful Balchik. Free parking and a great restaurant, serving all kinds of fresh sea food and other specialties. It is open all year round. Very nice view of the Black Sea. Close to the botanic garden.
