Our experience with this company was disappointing not because of the scenery as I'm sure it would have been beautiful if we had flown and something very memorable for our only experience in Ketchikan that was pre-booked and paid for.
I would like to advise people to check in early as we did! 12pm for a 3,30 flight and ask! as we didn't! If your flight has enough passenger's to go ahead!
The level of enthusiasm from Dwayne on the front deck should have been a warning in it self however we were told to return and 3.15 for transport to the plane.
So we turned up excited to go to then be told we had to pay for the whole plane if we wanted to continue as they didn't have enough numbers!
On expressing our disappointment Dwayne openly encouraged us to give this revue! when it was clearly his doing by not warning us about the lack passengers and since i have found out this should have been a requirement.
My partner did email the company with no response and it took two week to receive my refund.
So i hope this helps someone from disappointment like ours

We flew from Prince Rupert to Ketchikan with Misty Fjords Air because the AMHS Ferry employees striked. We had a wonderful time on board of this brilliant air plane. The pilot was super friendly and we had an amazing flight over a beautiful landscape. The airplane flew low so we could always see the ground.

We flew out on a trip with Misty Fjords earlier this month, and I can't say enough good things about the whole operation. Everything was top notch including the communication, the planes, the pilot, the flight, and the staff, and the way they really wanted to help my buddy and I have a great trip from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone, and will use them again on my next trip.

Fantastic. Dave Jr. was our pilot. He was skilled informative and very nice. We felt totally safe. The view from up there was breath taking.

Amazing experience, customer service is top notch, professional pilot, stunning views. This is an expensive experience but well worth it. Heads up though, website says they will pick you up at your ship, this is not the case for Norwegian passengers as they port further than the rest of the cruise lines. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This experience via the amphibian planes is a must for anyone who visits Ketchikan. The bird eye views are just immaculate and breathtaking. It's an approximately 45 mins flight and the pilot might land at one of the tiny uninhabited islands for a few mins to give you a closer view of this heavenly place. Make sure you are well cladded and as it can get pretty chilly.

Our pilot Mike was fantastic. Jim helped us set up the reservation he was also super accommodating. Gorgeous views of Misty Fjords National Monument! Worth every penny!! Stunning scenery and a smooth flight. I booked straight through them as Holland America cancelled my flight reservations for unknown reasons? :-(
Would definitely recommend this outfitter!! And bonus I got to fly in a Dehavilland Beaver! A first for me!

Professional support we received when we needed to organize urgent flight from Prince Rupert to Ketchikan was outstanding. Great contact, organization and finally flight itself.
