Beautiful View, But Needs Improvement in Several Areas
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning view – it was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole trip feel worth it. However, there were several areas that left me disappointed.
Firstly, the food was a letdown. Breakfast was fine but for their actual meals Despite the beautiful surroundings, the meals lacked flavor and didn’t meet my expectations for the price. The dining experience was underwhelming, and I found myself not looking forward to my meals.
Another issue was the services specifically the front desk and spa. Most staff seemed undertrained and inexperienced, lacks proper knowledge. which led to several small but frustrating issues during my stay. For the spa, They weren’t very attentive, and when I had questions, they seemed unsure of how to help. I had better spa treatment that is not as expensive as theirs. Steam room barely had any steam. For the front desk, you could definitely feel their not genuine treatment. Meanwhile, staff from the restaurant, bar and pool and the bellboys were very kind and attentive.
To top it off, I felt rushed at check-out. I understand they may have a busy schedule, but it was disappointing to be hurried through the process, especially after a stay that didn't live up to its potential. Imagine being called several times an hour before the actual check out to remind us that we had to go. When they haven’t even brought back our little laundry (only about 4 clothes) that was given to them more than 24hours before. They compensated us with free shuttle service to the airport to make up

While the view was magnificent, I hope the hotel takes these areas into consideration and works on improving the guest experience.
