Mithi Resort and Spa

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone for what turned out to be an absolutely blissful stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.||The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, with a breathtaking view that made mornings especially magical.||One of the true highlights was the private beach—secluded, pristine, and peaceful. It felt like my own little slice of paradise. Taking a sunset walk along the shore, it was pure bliss.||The multiple pools were equally impressive. Each had its own vibe—some perfect for a quiet dip, others great for families or a poolside cocktail. I never had trouble finding a spot to relax and soak up the sun.||Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or simply treat yourself, this hotel offers an experience that is nothing short of rejuvenating. I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time unwinding at Mithi Resort, such a serene and peaceful escape. We stayed in the deluxe villa with our 5-year-old twins. Unfortunately, the seaside view villa wasn’t available for a group of four, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The finest white sand we’ve seen, even compared to Boracay! It was one of the highlights of our trip. Another standout was their shuttle service, which was complimentary and very convenient. The resort covers 14 hectares, and it felt so relaxing not having to walk far, the staff were always ready to pick us up or drop us off wherever we wanted to go within the property, including to and from the airport. That said, we do feel the rooms are due for renovation, especially considering the nightly rate. The staff, however, were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As for the spa, the massages were okay — not the best we’ve had, but still a nice experience overall. All in all, Mithi Resort offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting, with warm hospitality and little touches that make your stay comfortable and easy. Overall, Mithi offered a relaxing stay in a very beautiful setting. At the end very worth it and we will come back again :)

Truly the most incredible experience in the Philippines. The views are unparalleled. The rooms were spectacular. The service was impeccable. The attention to detail was incredible to see and the smiles on the faces of everyone from the housekeepers to the bartenders and baristas. My girlfriend and I had the most wonderful time. Everytime we came back to our hotel room, there was a little surprise waiting for us. We will certainly be back.

For the price we paid, unfortunately our stay was underwhelming. ||Accommodation (2.5/5) - On Instagram the place looked very aesthetic and new but it's a bit worn but nonetheless maintained place. We really enjoyed the pool, this was well maintained. However, other facilities like the game room was sadly outdated and old. ||The rooms seemed maintained and maybe newly renovated. However the TV's cable did not work. Wifi connection is good and stable across the resort. ||Food (1/5) is very expensive and sadly not tasty at all. This is sad because the resort is far from everything else. It would have been great to enjoy the food in the resort despite the high prices. Serving time also took a loooong time. ||Communication (1/5) - I also did not like their communication pre-arrival. Their email response takes daaaaaaays sometimes no reply to my emails at all. I am forced to call them on their mobile number. When I raised this concern, the staff was blaming their on leave colleague. As a guest, am I supposed to know and care about your employee leaves? ||Worst communication problem was one of our airport transfer was not coordinated. Despite us booking the transfer ahead of time. ||Problem Solving (2.5/5) - We encountered a smell problem in one of our rooms. Although it got resolved - we go transferred to another room - their action and response time took a while. ||For the price we paid, we expected a smoother experience. ||The staff however are all very nice and accommodating.

Had great experience here. Good location away from city, which is about 15 minutes drive. Three beautiful pools nice views of ocean Breakfast was good lots different items to choose from. My room looked like new renovations very comfortable.

The place is great for family to bond, unwind and relax. .the staff are approachable and hospitable. .well, except for the guide at the Cambagat Cave. .we went there about 2pm but the guide was late, the golf cart driver fetched him maybe he was sleeping. .he did not offer to take a picture of us, nor tell anything about the cave. .we just explored on our own. .the guide just waited near the entrance, somewhat wanting us to finish so he could take a rest again. .

I had a terrible experience at Mithi Resort. There were spiders everywhere, and I found a huge one in my room—which completely freaked me out. It was so disgusting and made it hard to relax. On top of that, both the air conditioner and mini refrigerator were broken. The aircon didn’t cool properly and was incredibly loud—sounded just like the boat I was on during a hopping tour. To make matters worse, you can even hear flight noise at night, which made sleeping difficult. The front desk manager, Dominic, was also very rude and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. Compared to other places I’ve stayed, this was by far the worst. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. A solid 1 star resort.

Great rooms and friendly staff but meal service was slow and often delivered to our table cold. We had two in our room but often only left one towel. It is also on the flight path from Boho Airport. The presentation of the grounds is scruffy. Overall probably better elsewhere.
