The staff is very rude, liars and straight up aggressive. First my order from uber eats was incomplete when i picked it up. There were only two items in the order (Barbeque Bowl (without onions) and Crispy chicken sandwich), the bag was stapled and ready to go, when I opened it, there was no chicken sandwich in there. And then they started making it from scratch, so haven’t they already just ignored 1 item from a very simple order?
Then when i got the sandwich, I asked if they give paper napkins and disposable forks with the order, and the guy at the counter started being aggressive-defensive out of no where and started telling me to calm down, and i was just confused standing there. Like seriously Bruhhh?
And then he lied to me that you have to separately order it on uber eats with the order (I confirmed it on the app afterwards and thats not true!!), so i asked if i would have to purchase the napkins and disposable forks and he said yes! 🤦♂️ and when I asked how much are they for so i can pay (I was desperate to get my food and get the necessary cutlery to eat like a decent human being, atleast). And then guess what the guy says, its free! Bro why are you testing my patience level!?!
Well, after all the weird situation that was, when I opened the food, there were big chunks of onions right inside the barbeque bowl. So, they cannot even follow very simple instructions?
I really hope that MIXT Salads provide atleast the basic training on how to follow instructions on the order and how not to lie and be aggressive without any reason with the customers!
