Miyanoya Soba

Hidden gem! Must try the mountain veggie dishes. And better get here early cos they will close as soon as they run out. Today, they ran out by 13.20.

The place is superb for family and friends with Japanese cuisines. They also have private space for groups. I tried udon here and the taste was delicious. The difficult part; if you are walking or cycling here, the place lies bit upslope. However, they have ample parking place available.

A wonderful experience. The place is humble, beautiful, in natural surroundings. The food was exquisite. Tasteful, subtle, honest and made with love. Real artistry created from local ingredients. The people who run the establishment were so welcoming, friendly and eager to please us. Highest regard and recommendation.

I ate fish and soba. Fish is too good. Soba is above the average for me (may be because personally I don't like soba). My friend said that it was good.

Locating in a beautiful place, nice surroundings, tasty food. Best soba and fish soup I’ve ever had.

職場の同僚が勧めてくれました。初回は昼時で混み過ぎていて、駐車場に車を停められなくて断念。日を改めて開店時間ピッタリに行きました。 皆さん座敷席に案内されていましたが、私は1人で行ったのですが「椅子席もありますよ」と声をかけていただき、足が悪くて座敷席は厳しかったのでありがたく椅子席にさせてもらいました。 今回は天ざるをチョイス。先に薬味が運ばれてきました。汁に胡桃を入れると聞いてビックリしましたが、アクセントになって美味しかったです。 細切りのお蕎麦はツヤツヤで、とても上品な感じ。あまり甘くない汁が、蕎麦に良く合いました。天ぷらは山菜が中心で、私が一番好きだったのは茗荷です！あれは家でも真似したいくらい美味しかったです。 ちょっと残念だったのは、開店直後のため蕎麦湯が薄かった事でしょうか。次回は粗挽きざるも食べてみたいので、蕎麦湯のために時間をずらして並んで食べようか迷うところです。
