Experience the art of Teppanyaki at Miyuki, nestled within the luxurious Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. The sizzling sounds, mouthwatering aromas, and expert culinary skills on display at the teppanyaki counter are a feast for the senses. Watch as seasonal ingredients from fish to lobster, are expertly grilled right before your eyes, bringing out the natural flavours in every bite.

If you are staying in Hotel Shinzano, this is a good dinner option. One can get a set dinner that takes about 2 hours or order a la carte. I had an hour and ordered individual dishes. Sashimi set was good, tempura very good, eggplant wonderful. I wouldn’t drive here if I’m staying in the city center just for the food, but if you’re staying in this hotel really worth checking out for a casual Japanese dinner.

A quiet restaurant in the Chinzan-so Hotel. The view is spectacular and the food is just delicious. The dishes are good looking and elegant. If you go on a weekday, it is not crowded, so it is calm and cozy. You can take your time and relax.

Been to Japan a few times but this is the first time I ate in a high end restaurant. Located in Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. This restaurant has an excellent view of the hotel garden. Really nice during sakura season! Food is beautifully plated and is excellent. You can tell each dish is carefully designed and prepared. An excellent lunch in a beautiful setting.

There are eight seats for Teppanyaki here. You can select from two menus. Garlic rice is my recommendation.

Good food but too expensive to justify, you're paying for the experience.
