Mizensir Soho Boutique

mizensir has some really beautiful scents but the service was really what made our visit special. Michelle obviously has deep experience with fragrance and is extremely knowledgeable, warm and attentive. we didn’t make a purchase on this first visit but are already planning a return to pick up a couple of favorites (one for men, one for women) from the collection!

Today my husband and I were perfume shopping in the Mizensir Soho store and were very pleased to meet Mizensir associate Sirtage. Sirtage knows the Mizensir perfumes very well and was able to direct us to various perfumes after we told her the types we like. She was so pleasant and patient. We were very impressed. We'll definitely be looking for her the next time we visit Mizensir Soho.

I got the best service I could ever ask for from a perfume boutique at Mizensir. Staff were really friendly; especially Sirtage who went the extra mile in showing me different perfumes that I might possibly like. Although I didn’t end up buying anything, I would definitely keep Mizensir in mind when purchasing a perfume because of the wonderful service I experienced.

Me and my friends came in during our nyc trip to smell some fragrances and the store associate was SO kind to us and gave us all a personal fragrance consultation and free water. By far the best experience I’ve had in any fragrance store by far. Definitely will be coming back when I’m in town.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews and have contemplated posting this but due to the price point and general novelty of the store I don’t want others to have the same experience I did. I had visited Mizensir once before and had fantastic service. I came back with my boyfriend for his birthday and had the total opposite experience. I was looking for a cologne to buy for his birthday gift - coming in with the hope to make his birthday more special. The saleswoman was incredibly rude and made comments cutting me down, implying that I was dragging him here, that I was the one controlling what he liked/what I was going to buy for him. When he excitedly told her I planned the trip she made a comment saying she was sorry for him and that must be stressful. We did not end up finding a cologne he liked but I purchased a candle that I liked. When I got home to unwrap it, it is full of air bubbles and ultimately does not look like a high-end candle considering what I paid for it. Coming into Mizensir was supposed to help make a special trip even better and instead had me feeling like I had been talked down to and I left with a faulty product.

I was looking for a gift and had such a great experience at Mizensir. Sirtage helped me and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She really took her time to guide me, and her suggestions were thoughtful and spot on.

I'm so glad I stopped here. The staff were welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable, generous with their time. I enjoyed quite a few fragrances and came away with two I loved. Highly recommend a visit.

Exceptional customer service. The sales people have always made me feel welcome. The store only sells perfume mixed by the owner. The unique, sophisticated scents are not overpowering. I found my favorite perfume here.
