Absolutely love Mizner Park! It is absolutely delightful at any time of day. It is lovely to walk around in the morning and enjoy a coffee or smoothie outside or enjoy a late night out in the town at one of the many popular restaurants. There are plenty of cultural events that take place throughout the year that are family friendly and fun for all to enjoy. There are the big staple restaurants as well as smaller cafes and little shops. There is always a good time to be had at Mizner Park. We love it here! 🤩

Beautifully kept outdoor mall. Many shops and restaurants. Ice cream parlors , bowling alley and ipic movie theater. Fountains and gazebos and lots of places to sit and relax.

Located in Downtown Boca Raton, Mizner Park is an upscale open plaza that offers plenty to see and do, featuring: * Residential properties * High-end boutiques * Casual eateries and fine dining restaurants * Arts and culture - Boca Museum of Art, Mizner Park Amphitheater, The Studio * Entertainment - IPIC theater, Strike 10 bowling lounge * Beauty & wellness stores Many park benches to sit, relax,.and chill. There is a variety of parking options at Mizner Park. Free parking is available at garages A-D, follow the signs. Metered parking is available along the streets and in front of businesses, with a 4-hour maximum limit. Metered rates are $2 per hour. Valet parking is available in specific locations (beside the main fountain, IPIC theater, and Eddie V's) for a fee. I found it interesting to walk throughout the park. In my opinion, it has a slight similarity to Dania Pointe, but with more of a ritzy vibe. I'm looking forward to more visits.

Mizner Park is a beautiful and vibrant place to spend time in Boca Raton. The area is clean, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great mix of shops, restaurants, and cafés. It’s perfect for a relaxed walk, whether you’re shopping, dining, or just enjoying the atmosphere. The layout is open and pedestrian-friendly, and the overall vibe feels upscale yet comfortable. There’s always something going on, but it never feels overwhelming. It’s a great spot for both daytime visits and evening outings. Definitely one of the nicest places to hang out in the area.

Very upscale shopping area with numerous restaurants and stores to shop or just browse in. Be prepared to pay top dollar for your purchases though. This is not your local target shopping

IPIC movie, fine dining, ice cream, amphitheater, stroll and get your steps in. Kids can run around. Decorated for Christmas…. Great for pictures. Water fountain. Fun atmosphere! Family friendly.

I lived in Boca for 30+years.. This was one of my favorite places to go. We usually ate at Yard House and always found the food to be decent. Pretty good presence of police at Mizner. I have to say somewhat justifiable on some nights. Shopping at the stores is not cheap, but I can only imagine what the rent is for space there. All in all a great destination.

Yelp
Meet friends for lunch at Mizner Park. Parking was easy on the street. What an amazing outdoor shopping mall. Dined at Max's Grill and sat outside on their patio. After lunch we walked around. Many other restaurants, specialty stores and even a movie theater. If you are looking to spend the day shopping and dining this is your place. Can't wait to come back and try other places and shop or even people watch.

Yelp
Mizner Park is a family favorite in our house. We love going down here, especially on days where we want to do something outdoors, but we can't all agree on what the activity should be. Mizner kind of checks the boxes for a variety of interests. It's a great place to walk around, people watch, eat, drink, get coffee, see a movie, bowl and do some shopping. They really do have it all. The plaza is beautiful, it kind of reminds me of a European boulevard, with all kinds of landscaping, fountains and eye catching decorations along the way. They even put in a gigantic garden chess set, which believe it or not, gets a lot of use. I also have to mention Mizner Park Amphitheater at the end of the street, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year, some free and some tickered big name acts. And when they have something going on they usually have a ton of food trucks and sometimes a community market as well. In 2025 they actually had Weezer play there which was totally awesome and a great time. Overall this is not just a great spot, it's a fantastic Community asset. Absolutely love it, five stars.

Yelp
Why am I only visiting Mizner Park now? I made reservations at a restaurant here, so I came to explore the area to find out where I should park. Located in Downtown Boca Raton, Mizner Park is an upscale open plaza that offers plenty to see and do, featuring: * Residential properties * High-end boutiques * Casual eateries and fine dining restaurants * Arts and culture - Boca Museum of Art, Mizner Park Amphitheater, The Studio * Entertainment - IPIC theater, Strike 10 bowling lounge * Beauty & wellness stores Many park benches to sit, relax, and chill. Yelp
Such a cute area- great shops and restaurants! There is a variety of shops, a good selection. Great parking options. Everything is aesthetically decorated and very nice-looking.

Yelp
Mizner Park is an oasis of tranquility and upscale vibe in downtown Boca. FIrst of all, you can get free parking for 3 hours at their covered multilevel parking garage, which makes it easy and convenient to visit the shopping area. This is an open air shopping mall with many upscale restaurants and shops as well as cafes and retailers. The Restoration Hardware Outlet is a nice place to shop for reduced priced furniture and there are many places to grab a bit. At the northern end of the plaza is the amphitheater that holds many events throughout the year. Easy place to stroll and people-watch, this is a great place to hang while in Boca Raton.

Yelp
Came to Boca Raton on a day trip, via the Brightline train. This place is within walking distance and it felt safe doing so, including the return trip after nightfall. This is definitely a tourist trap in a sense, or where the well-to-do that live locally enjoy coming to. All the shops within the loop were high end (expensive) or clientele specific. We did purchase a couple of things, don't get me wrong, but most of the items were beyond our comfort zone monetarily. However, there are several shops to choose from if desired. Parking within the zone is very limited and the city has what appeared to be a full-time parking enforcement officer assigned there, who we observed anally issuing tickets up and down the block (so beware if driving in). There are also absolutely ZERO public restrooms here, so beware of that. It did not affect us as we patronized one of the bars for happy hour, thus had access. The employees of the various businesses we patronized were amicable enough, with a couple that liked to talk and share their two cents. I almost gave this area a 2 star rating (could've been better), but elected for 3 stars (OK).

Yelp
Every time I come to the east Boca area to visit family I make an attempt to visit Mizner Park. The yearly art shows are fun and the restaurant choices are vast although my favorites are the Yard House and Max's Grille. Browsing the boutique shops are fun too. Every Valentine's Day my hubby and I go to the IPIC movie theatre for a good early day flick. The side walks are wide and seem to attract a lot of doggy walking. They do have ample multi level garage parking but I try to find pay2park street spaces if available. The parking police were out in force today so make sure you put enough time in the meter. Fun times for family and friends to gather and chill.

Yelp
The ideal main street with upscale restaurants and stores. Definitely a people watching scene. Some very good restaurants including Max's Grille, Loch Bar, Kapow Noodle Bar, Villagio Italian, American Social , Eddie V's, Yard House, and Calaveras Cnatina. Great upscale stores including Sur La Table, IPIC theater, Saatva, Tommy Bahama, It's Sugar, and many more . It is packed on weekends.

Yelp
Mizner Park isn't just a shopping center--it's Boca's marble-fronted, pastel-painted shrine to excess, built on the bones of a dead mall. Literally. In the late '80s, the Boca Raton Mall was gasping its last breath, a sad relic with more ghosts than shoppers. Then the city bulldozed it and rebuilt the whole thing in the early '90s as Mizner Park, named after Addison Mizner, the Gilded Age architect who made Mediterranean Revival Florida's favorite costume. Think pink stucco, archways, and fountains designed for sipping lattes under palm trees while you pretend life has no sharp edges. And it works. Sort of. It's gorgeous, sure. Mediterranean revival facades, wide promenades lined with palms, fountains plunked in the middle like ornaments. But it's a stage set--Boca's idea of Europe, designed for wallets fat enough to believe it. Addison Mizner wanted to turn South Florida into Venice with Cadillacs. Mizner Park feels like his afterlife dream--a retail paradise where even the pigeons look like they have trust funds. Four stars, though, because here's the thing: beneath the curated glamour, it's still Florida. People-watching is Olympic-level. Retirees in linen walking their purse dogs. Socialites doing slow laps with handbags that cost more than your car. Teens Snapchatting each other from the fountains. It's equal parts Fellini film and Palm Beach County fashion show. Food? Hit and miss, but Kapow Noodle Bar redeems it with tuna tacos and cocktails worth every dollar. You can stumble from sushi to steak to ice cream pops without breaking stride. Add in the amphitheater for concerts, the art museum next door, and suddenly you're not just shopping--you're in Boca's idea of culture. History and irony run side by side here: what was once a failed mall has been reborn as Boca's crown jewel. It's polished, it's pastel, it's sanitized opulence. Addison Mizner would probably raise a martini to it--and then try to sell you a condo. Mizner Park isn't the heart of Boca--it's the facelift. Come for the history, stay for the cocktails, and leave with powdered sugar on your linen from Cielito Pops.

Yelp
Great outdoor area with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. It's a wonderful area for families as well. Plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the outdoors. On the weekends they sometimes have special events and markets. Checked out the Christmas tree lighting event last night which included a live band and many local businesses setup market style.

Yelp
The most beautiful parks in Boca Raton. Plenty of restaurants, bars and trendy shops to eat, drink and browse. Many craft shows here too that entertain hundreds of people. The Ipic theatre is amazing and super modern. Parking here is very easy in the nearby garages or on the street if available. Public bathrooms available at the park. The evening hours are not kid friendly but during the daytime on weekends there are children everywhere. Love this park.

Yelp
A pretty nice park that has a spacious and well designed center area where you can sit and relax while listening to music after grabbing some food and drinks or shopping. The location is very spacious and I loved that I didn't feel like I was close to anyone the entire time I was here. The parking garages have an ample amount of spaces for everyone as well as being very well lit to make you feel safe. There is a wide range of stores and one of my favorite ones here is the candy store because of how nicely themed and fun it is! Especially on a hot day like it was their icecream was amazingly refreshing. They place is nice because the best part is you can walk around for free! And when they have concerts you're able to hear them playing if you don't have a ticket, simply by sitting close to the amphitheater they have at the end of the north side. Overall a nice park with some great restaurants and stores and I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

Yelp
Great venue for an event. Plenty of space, concrete and grass spaces with a second story for overlooking the stage. I came for the Sunset Tequila festival for the third year and had a great time. Super safe area with street parking a free parking garage a couple of walking blocks away. Lots of restaurants and things to do around that area of Boca. Bathrooms are plenty, not port a potties.
google avatar

Syreta G.

Yelp
Attended the Boca Raton Beer Wine and Spirits Fest, which was nicely done. Varied options, the space for the event was just right. The vendors were friendly and explanatory. Would like to return for a future event.

Yelp
Festivals, concerts, the Boca Museum & delicious restaurants define this wonder space in the heart of Boca. The shops here are interesting & unique . We've come for craft shows, antique car shows, new years & concerts. There is lots of parking & interesting events.

Yelp
Mizner Park is an open air shopping center with upscale boutiques, dining, and entertainment. There's an outdoor amphitheater for live performances and events, the IPic movie theater and the Boca Museum of Art. Located in East Boca off of Federal hwy, its just north of Palmetto Park Rd between NE 3 and NE 5th Ave. Great people watching, good food choices, and always nice to just walk around.

Yelp
Didn't take much pictures but took a stroll after me and my partner ain't dinner . It's pretty packed Friday night and hard to find parking. Upscale shopping areas but my favorite Starbucks and there is a sloans ice cream shop too . In the middle there is a big chess game to play... nice to go with anybody or stroll by yourself
google avatar

Ramona G.

Yelp
I visited Mizner Park during my day trip to Boca Raton. It's a small outdoor shopping plaza. They have several shops, restaurants and even a bowling alley. I didn't stay too long. They could use better stores at Mizner Park. The only store I went to was Z. Gallerie, since that's my favorite home decor store but it looks like they're closing that location soon. I also picked up a Starbucks on my way out. The restaurants look promising here though, so that might be worth the visit next time.
google avatar

Connie M.

Yelp
Cute little central square and park where you can browse shops or dine. They have a good assortment of shopping or eateries. I notice a lot of these places in Florida are packed on weekday evenings at all hours and leaves me to think people out here really do enjoy life more than the other coast lol Lots of palm trees, parking garage, options for eating although I will say every restaurant we walked passed was full of people so it sounds like reservations are always needed
google avatar

Sanita M.

Yelp
Very beautiful park with lots of nice stores, restaurants and bars and even bowling place (even for kids). We love coming here to see the water fountain and visit for special occasions like Pumpkin Patch, Christmas tree lighting ceremony or Easter events. There is also a theatre with lots of events and concerts, so it's always something to come and see here.

Yelp
I love that Mizner Park is still going strong after all these years. This used to be our date night destination back when I still lived in Florida (I left in 2001) and it was all the rage back then as it is now. The site is named for Addison Mizner, the founder of Boca Raton. It was designed in a "Mediterranean revival" style and I can't say I see it but it's still super cool. Parking around and you can certainly try "cruising" the main drag a few times during the busier times. It is definitely the place to be seen. Lots of higher end shopping and restaurants including Ruth's Chris, Sur La Table, Tomma Bahama, Bulgari, Max's Grille and watchmaker Audemars Piguet. Ultra spendy Lord & Taylor was here for a while until they completely shut down earlier this year. At the north end of the plaza is the Mizner Park Amphitheater which opened after I left Florida. It is the summer home of the Boca Raton Symphonia. [Review 15846 overall - 1422 in Florida - 1350 of 2021.]
google avatar

Alexi Y.

Yelp
Mizner was designed with a space to meet, stroll and relax. Many restaurants and shops line thus park. Free parking is offered at several adjacent garages. My favorite part of this park are the gazebos. They are so cute and have seats underneath, to shelter you from sun or rain. Just cool spots to stop and chat. During concerts, people gather in the park, have a picnic and just enjoy the music from afar. Next to its amphitheater is Boca's Art Museum. This Mizner area is packed with cool eateries, art, music and shopping. During the holidays, come out and take your pictures!
google avatar

Yelp
Mizner Park is absolutely beautiful. It's not far from where I lived for years. I always enjoyed going to spend the day. The Sable Palm lined streets are beautiful. All the area has been well maintained over the years. There's fountains and comfortable areas to relax between dining and shopping. It was always a full day of enjoyment. It's nice to take a drive from Broward to Boca Raton and spend the day. If you vacation in South Florida I suggest you visit.
google avatar

Sindu K.

Yelp
Very nice upscale shopping area. It's filled with many great stores, restaurants and it's an open mall. Love to walk around the area sometimes in the evening. Lot of street parking is available and there are many parking lots in the area.

Yelp
We've been coming to this area for close to 30 years and today was the first time we visited Mizner Park. It is now a must do for us. Beautiful area. Great shops, great restaurants and just a very nice area to just take a stroll. Highly recommend you check this place out!

Yelp
I have visited Mizner Park many times over the past years, mainly for concerts and cultural events . One of my favorite is the free Shakespeare Festival held every January. Another is when the Festival of the Arts Boca shows a movie accompanied with a live orchestra. This year the selection is ET and will be shown on March 4th. All of these events take place at the beautiful Count de Hoernle Amphitheate, an outdoor venue with a stage and large lawn adjacent to the Boca Raton Museum of Art. In addition to the events there are many places to eat and shop on the boulevard. Restaurants include The Dubliner, Junior's Restaurant, and Truluck's. You can indulge your shopping itch at Sur La Table, Lord & Taylo, and Comfort Shoes. If you just need a caffeine or sugar pick me up there is a Starbucks, It'Sugar, and Le Macaron selling those tiny delightful French cookies. There is also a state of the art iPic movie theater. Last Saturday found me visiting the 32nd annual Museum Art Festival in Mizner Park. The green space in the center was lined with vendors selling works of art, purses, and jewlery. There were paintings and sculptures. The beautiful fountains and gazebos in the green space made for a wonderful backdrop for the art. It was the perfect day for browsing the tents. I ended the day watching the sunset over Mizner Park while resting on a bench with a gelato in hand. On Federal Highway just before the Boca Raton Museum of Art is the entrances to two large parking garages for Mizner Park. Parking is free and I have never had a problem securing a spot but just in case the garage lists on the front the levels that have spaces open. Whether looking for entertainment, shopping or just browsing, Mizner Park has something for everyone.
google avatar

Nicole E.

Yelp
Nice shopping park and very walkable. Quite a few cute boutique shops and more basic shops like lord and Taylor and some fun restaurant options too. Ate at Kapow and had a good meal and walked it off doing some loops up and down the park walkways. It was teeming with people up and down the blocks.
google avatar

Wendy A.

Yelp
I love so much this place and if it was a little closer to my house I will probably come once a month. Filled with many shops of different brands and amazing restaurants, this is a fresh and very Floridian type of mall. At least that's how I call it. You can park on the streets and pay on the machines or you can park on the many parking lots they have. Walking around here makes ma happy!
google avatar

Valerie M.

Yelp
Such a nice place to come and relax and hangout. Tons of really good restaurants also!
google avatar

Angie M.

Yelp
Mizner park was one of my favorite spots to come to in college. There is a large array of shops, restaurants and places to take pictures. Coming back here after some time away has been interesting. There are a lot of empty stores. Which is sad to see but I understand. I remember taking some of my graduation pictures here! There is always something going on here and it is so nice to walk around! Theirs is an amazing ice cream shop here called Sloan's which is where you can find some of the beat Ice cream around! I highly recommend checking this spot out next time you are in the area! You will not be disappointed there is a little bit of everything for the whole family!
google avatar

Heidi S.

Yelp
There are so many places to shop in this area, it might be tough to see them all but I like Mizner for a few reasons. I like that it offers something for everyone in that it has many well known stores but also little boutiques as well. And you can sort of wander at your leisure. There are many different types of places, plenty of places to eat and like many places in the area, it is sparkly clean. There is also a very nice Movie theatre that I have only been to once and it's just a great place to go when you want a fun leisurely day of shopping. And unlike a few other places I can think of, the quality has not gone down through the years.
google avatar

Lisa C.

Yelp
What a beautiful shopping center. A few months ago my husband and I stumbled here while looking for a place to eat after attending a meeting. The restaurant we chose is located in this park so it was a perfect way to experience the park while we ate. We sat outside on the patio which gave us a chance to take in the view and the vibes. There are plenty of places to shop, mostly high-end. There's also a movie theater and an amphitheater as well. Towards the middle of the center sits a beautifully decorated grass area, benches to sit and relax, and a walk-way to enjoy a nice stroll. It's perfect for taking pictures. It's also perfect for dogs and most, if not all, of the restaurants, are pet-friendly. Even some stores have water bowls outside for furry patrons to take a sip as they choose.
google avatar

Mary Catherine W.

Yelp
Mizner Park is a sprawling outdoor mall with a labyrinth of retail and dining options. The clothing retail is limited stores ranging from higher end (Tommy Bahama, J. McLaughlin) to a number of non chain options. There are also furniture and home hood stores. The plaza seems to be undergoing some renovations. I found it an odd mix that felt past it's prime.
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
We have been here 2-3 times since moving to South Florida. I feel like Boca Raton is lacking when it comes to tourist attractions, so I think this would appeal to anyone visiting the area, especially in the winter time. We came in July and I was surprised how dead quiet it was here compared to the winter time. There are various garages in the area, we parked in the one by Lord & Taylor which was free! The architecture is pretty, but a bit dated with a late 80s/early 90s vibe to it. The abundance of palm trees make me smile though. There are some stores here, but I think of this as more of a place to dine. I think most of the restaurants fit any budget from slices at a pizza joint to higher end cuisines. We spotted signs about free music nights in the amphitheater. If we lived closer, I'd love to come see the various cover bands perform. On our most recent trip we did visit the adjacent art museum, which was free for July, but otherwise has a nominal fee. It should only take you 1-2 hours to visit. This is a nice spot to visit if you are in the area, especially if you are hungry!
google avatar

James R.

Yelp
Mizner Park offers a nice combination where you can walk outside enjoy shopping and the arts. It has a number of upscale shops as well as dining. On one side there are a series of arts venues including an art museum. Nice place to visit when in Boca.

Yelp
Great Shopping Vibe Coupled With Chill Restaurant & Bar Stops! SITREP Enjoying the opportunity to go around and check out the "living" and "shopping" quality of several South Florida communities and I am very impressed with what Mizner Park has to offer. THE SETUP Mizer Park is much much more than just a Park: it's a vibrant community that brings together many different kinds of amenities that you appreciate having access to. I have begun to see a lot more of these dual-purposed building complexes where there are condos on top and thriving businesses on the lower level(s). I APPROVE! So nice to be able to walk outta da condo and grab some Thai, or a muffin and a cup O' coffee, or get something drycleaned, etc. etc. Nothing worse than living in an apartment complex-"HELL" where nothing is nearby (like in the Rosemont community I used to live in Sacramento County-CA) FAVE So far, my favorite business in this community is "KAPOW!", a most delicious fusion Asian-Thai stop with an exception menu and well-stocked bar! Be prepared to be posted here for HOURS if you let yourself fall prey to it's delicious happy hour special and colorful decor! THE LOWDOWN Mizer Park has it going where you want it to!

Yelp
A nice place to come and walk around and check out some unique high end shops, and indulge in some sweet desserts and fancy restaurants. While we were there on a Saturday night there were a couple of live performers, one-man shows, going on near center square. That was cool. There's an attached amphitheater on the north end, it looks like a great venue. I will have to check it out one day. There is metered parking along the streets and lots of free multi level parking on the outside of the shopping area. I notice quite a few people brought their pets to walk around here too.
google avatar

Yelp
My review is of the plaza as opposed to the shops which occupy its perimeter. Each high end shop should/can be reviewed desperately. PLAZA AMBIENCE - it's really the only central area in downtown Boca which has a traditional plaza which can be found in most European cities as well as many Caribbean nations. While Sanborne Square is located a short walk away, it pales in comparison. LAYOUT - there is a central area with well maintained trees, grassy areas, flowers, and many small fountains and water features, with a central impressive fountain, opposite Max Grille. Several gazebos provide shaded seating. PARKING - pay-for-parking is on the perimeter of the plaza. And do pay at those electronic devices, You'll be ticketed if you don't. And park WITHIN the lines. You'll also be ticketed if you park over a line. And they take a photo of your car as backup proof. WALKING IT - start at either end, either closest to Lord & Taylor at the southeast corner or the Boca Raton Museum of Art (almost hidden with poor signage on northwest corner) and Amphitheater at the north end, center. It's really delightful to walk. WHAT TO DO - people watch, dog watch, take pictures, listen to the birds, sit and chill, drink Starbucks coffee or eat yogurt or ice cream when no seats are available at their retail locations. RELAX. This is a touch of paradise. SIT down. TALK to your companion. Listen to people talk in languages other than English. See multi generational families sit and talk. Young lovers holding hands. Hey, it's a plaza, folks. PUBLIC RESTROOMS - if they exist, I haven't discovered them. It's always clean. Many waste baskets and doggie waste bags dispensed.

Yelp
Mizner park, located in the heart of Boca Raton, is one of those places that you'll eventually find yourself going to for some reason. A decently sized outdoor, "mall" is designed, for you eat, shop, and have a night cap all in one spot- if you have Boca taste. You'll find fancy cooking stores like Sur LA Table. You'll find eateries like Kapow, Ruby Tuesday, Max Grille as well as an ice cream shop, jazz club and of course, Starbucks. Surrounded by apartments, and town homes, this is a pretty great place for residents and locals who can walk there. There are a few parking garages there. As well as valet at many of the restaurants. IPic, the best movie theater, is there. In the middle of the mall are a fountain, gazebo and some park benches. While I like Mizner, it's not really a park. Yes, there are trees, but I wouldn't go there to fly a kite. I don't really consider it a mall because I don't think there are enough shops there to call it a mall and the ones that are there, I can't afford. I'll always go to Mizner, but it will never be my favorite outdoor mall in the area. Thank you for IPic though.

Yelp
Not exactly the most diverse area, but it's Boca. I love the variety of restaurants offered and the quiet ambiance. My favorite happy hours are here so I'm probably sitting on someone's patio enjoying a refreshing drink if I'm not shopping. This isn't a shopping spree, club night environment. Come open to try something new.

Yelp
This was the first place we frequented since moving down to Florida. It's a fun, poppin', and for the most part, ritzy place. There's a mixed bag of people here but I tend to notice there's an older crowd. You're guaranteed to see a really fast, expensive, and fancy car parked or driving nearby. There's a parking garage as well as on street metered parking; certain businesses offer valet service. In the middle, there's a little strip of grassy area with trees and water fountains. Around this median, there are tons of outdoor shops and restaurants. Quite a few of these places have outdoor seating options. The most notable establishments that pops up in my head are: *IPic (movie theater) *Yardhouse (restaurant/bar) *Kapow (restaurant) *Sloan's (ice cream) *Starbucks (coffee) There's quite a few other shops and restaurants to choose from so you won't be bored. This is a very beautiful shopping plaza. It's a great place to people watch or take your pup for a stroll. The pastel colors on the buildings were very intriguing; some of them are apartments/condos. The huge and majestic palm trees adds a nice touch. Whenever we have family or friends in town, we like to show them this place.

Yelp
I love Mizner. The only reason it's 4/5 stars is because parking can be a pain and some people can be offputting due to the wealth that frequents here. Plenty of high quality shops, restaurants, places to get a drink, and even more within walking distance. iPic is great. My favorite restaurant here would have to be Max's. Rack's is great for happy hour seven days per week as well. If you're in Boca or nearby, it's definitely worth a trip!

Yelp
Mizner Park is not really a park, I consider it to be a "one stop" destination of sorts. You can find a great gift or something for yourself in any of the high end stores or boutiques. There are also a ton of restaurants from trendy/upscale to a simple Irish bar with great food. Whatever your budget is, you will not leave hungry. If you know me then you know my father is my best friend. One of my best memories with my dad was the day we spent together at the Museum of Cartoon Art. The museum closed in 2002 and I miss it. In 2008 the cartoon museum merged with the Billy Ireland Cartoon Museum & the art is on display at Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio. This trip is on my bucket list. Memories are so important. This shopping/dining destination is also the home of the iPic movie theater and an amphitheater. The open air plaza is clean & beautifully maintained. You will find plenty of palm trees, benches, gazebos and fountains that all add an extra level of "luxury" that you will not find at most Florida outdoor plazas. If your a New Yorker (like me) you will find it to be very Southampton-ish. I love walking around Mizner Park because it reminds me so much of Southampton Village. Between four parking garages, a few valet areas and metered parking along the roads, parking is easy. The parking garages are free and they each have handicap spaces. I told you easy, right? Just do not "forget" to use the electronic meters. Don't say I didn't warn you. Hungry? You can go high end at Truluck's, diner style & kid friendly at Junior's, hit up the Irish restaurant Dubliner, have Asian Fusion at Kapow, grab something casual in Yard House or enjoy a nice meal at Max's Grille or Tanzy. Thirsty? Check out the restaurants for their happy hour specials, grab a beer at Dubliner or I highly recommend Tanzy for a relaxed comfy cozy happy hour. Mizner Park has a lot of choices & I only mentioned a few of them & I didn't even mention the "snacks". Starbucks, It's Sugar, Le Macaron, and Sloan's Ice Cream all offer sweet treats, so there is something for everyone. Date night, an outing with the kids, movies, people watching, a concert at the amphitheater, strolling around window shopping, Mizner Park has it all. AND, it's dog friendly. Like I said, very Southampton-ish.

Yelp
I enjoy Mizner park. 4 stars because it just is crazy busy and packed at times. Lots of festival and events going on. Lots of great restaurants and happy hours. I especially love the Dubliner, Kapow, Loch Bar, and Max's Grill. There are grassy area for kids to play and families to relax. Lots of beautiful boutiques. It is fun to just grab a coffee at Starbucks and walk around and feel fancy in Boca Raton. Parking can be difficult on the weekends and evenings. But there is a parking garage and you can sometimes find street parking. There is also an art museum there that is fun to check out. I could spend a whole day at Mizner park.

Yelp
I love Mizner Park! It's one of the first places I checked out before moving to South FLA. A lot of nice shops and nice places to eat. I love how Mizner Park is dog friendly! Also some weekend there are little festivals, art walks, etc... Great place to relax, eat, shop, and people watch!

Yelp
Very good happy hour, everyday 4 - 6:30. Perfect martinis. We had the tacos $5 each . They were stuffed! Also had the fried calamari with zucchini, and ended with the lettuce wraps. Delicious! Great for people watching! Prompt service and beautiful weather! Will definitely be back. Beautiful decorations this time of year!

Yelp
Mizner Park is what South Florida (but more specifically Boca Raton) is all about! An open air "mall" with stores and restaurants lined with palm trees. There's something for everyone really. From big box department stores to small boutiques, it's great for a shopping trip. From some Yelp favorites such as Kapow! and Max's Grille to the what now seems like the obligatory Starbucks. They even have a jazz club and movie theater (where you can have food and drinks while watching the movie). They also host a ton of events a year here. The amphitheater at the end of the block is an extremely versatile space and I've seen it used for everything from concerts to car shows. It's also right next to what I think is one of the hidden gems in Boca - the BOCA Art Museum - with a fantastic sculpture garden and revolving exhibits inside. I just recently learned that you can park in the garages for free! Anything above the second floor is free!

Yelp
Mizner Park is not unlike many areas around the country where the old conventional enclosed shopping malls have been taken down, to redefine and redevelop a depressed area. The Boca Mall occupied part of this site until the late 80's erasing what once was the stomping grounds for loitering teens and old men sporting Rockports making laps around the mall rain or shine. Many of the old malls remaining are nothing more than decrepit relics of the 20th century, just the suggestion to raze them is welcomed by most. The majority of the population has migrated towards the new lifestyle centers with their street grids and sidewalks that convey a sense of being out and about. The JC Penny's, Sears and Dillard's who held the retail space of the past will soon go the way Montgomery Wards, Woolworths, Circuit City and hundreds of others have gone. These modern lifestyle centers combine the traditional retail functions of a shopping mall with leisure amenities oriented towards upscale consumers with the likes of Lord & Taylor, Martier,Tommy Bahama and numerous other specialty retailers. Mizner Park is also home to highly rated eateries such as Max's Grille, Ruth Chris, Yard House, Villagio's, Starbucks and Uncle Julio's replacing the outdated staples like Orange Julius, Auntie Anne's or Sbarro to name a few. This new age shopping district has become the epitome of a "unique urban village" attracting people from all walks of life, making it one of the more entertaining areas in town to shop, dine or just sip a latte and people watch. Mizner Park is beautifully done offering a relaxed atmosphere that promotes shoppers to stay longer which has proven to increase the per square foot revenue well beyond the traditional malls that are failing at a rate unprecedented in our lifetime. This is about the only type of venue left that can compete with the online services operating out of one huge call center that ships directly from the supplier virtually eliminating all the overhead burdening conventional retailers. For those of us that still like to see and touch what we're buying for now we can do that here.
