Mizu has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Bombay. The vibe is super calming and minimal, with a beautiful setup that makes you want to just sit back and enjoy a long, relaxed meal.
We ordered the salmon roll, prawn sushi, asparagus sushi, and both chicken and veg gyoza—and honestly, everything was incredible. The salmon roll was so fresh and perfectly balanced, and the prawn sushi had just the right amount of flavor without being overpowering. Even the asparagus sushi (which I wasn’t expecting much from) turned out to be a standout—super clean and fresh-tasting.
The gyozas were spot on too—crispy on the bottom, juicy inside, and served with a dipping sauce that really tied it all together. You can tell they really care about the quality of ingredients and presentation.
Drinks were great (highly recommend trying one of their signature cocktails), and the service was warm and helpful without hovering. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but for the quality of food, the ambiance, and the overall experience, I’d say it’s totally worth it.
Already looking forward to going back!
