Wide selection of whiskies from all over the world and am especially excellent offering of Japanese whiskies. The food was also surprisingly good.

Excellent whisky bar with a private room available for larger groups. Incredible collection of vintage, unique and rare bottles from Japanese and foreign distilleries. Be prepared to open your wallet for the privilege of tasting!

By far the best bar I've visited in Tokyo throughout my 3 times being here over the years. I had the pleasure of being served by Eiji, who is a fantastic bartender and fellow whisky lover. I'm very glad I found this place as I almost didn't go due to some negative reviews about hidden charges and bad service. Service was top notch and Eiji was a great host at the bar, showing me bottles with my particular taste (for the night) in mind. I don't speak any Japanese and Eiji had limited English but we had no trouble sharing our mutual interest for peated whisky. He even pulled out his phone several times and used Google translate to tell me specific information about a bottle (such as the Octomore 09.2 he got when he went to Scotland last year. It's a distillery only edition). I tried some rare whiskies so the prices were definitely on the high side but I'm unsure of I'd find better elsewhere for some of these. There is what does seem like a 15% service charge that doesn't seem to be written or communicated anywhere (at least in English) but for the atmosphere, great selection, and level of service, I'm more than willing to pay that. As I stated, they have a great selection with some rarer and/or harder to aquire bottles on hand. They also allow, on some pours, half pours and 1/3 pours, with their respective prices coming down by the same percentage. This is a great way to sample some of the rarer or higher end stuff. I will definitely be making my way back here anytime I'm back in Tokyo. Eiji-san, ありがとうございました！

Not only did they push the more expensive stuff to us, but they only offered me a half shot on the whiskey I selected, which resulted in my glass being 20% beverage 80% ice

I normally wouldn’t waste time writing up a dog like this but we wasted quite a bit of money here because of seemingly great reviews and felt the need to warn others. Visited with a mixed group of Japanese and foreigners in June 2022: 1) staff is very condescending 2) definitely feels like a multi-tiered system where regular customers are treated well and everyone else is ignored 3) cocktails were shockingly poor and amateurish. Ordered a passion fruit white lady and got some sweet syrup concoction. Others also got essentially fruit juice at high-end cocktail prices. 4) decor is bizarre with video game posters featured prominently…?? 5) exorbitantly expensive including a table charge but no habitual “otoshi” (nuts, etc) in exchange. 6) one star because they do have an extensive whiskey library (but for that there are numerous places even just in roppongi)

Poor whisky selection, rude staff, overcharged service fee, very unpleasant experience. The bartender spoke not good English, but very sarcastic. They charged 50% of your order as service charge , very interesting. Strongly not recommend.

An amazing whisky bar in roppongi... amazing choice and some pure treasures !!!
