Stayed here in September for a long weekend. Having ready the reviews a head of our stay our expectations were LOW! ||Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised, check in was smooth and staff friendly and accommodating. ||We were given rooms on the 2nd floor, there were all basic but absolutely fine and very clean. They had small balconies and a fridge in the room. ||As others have said, the toilet and showers aren’t ideal, you’re pretty much in the bedroom using either….if you like your privacy…..these are not for you.||The all inclusive restrictions are well known on the island, but you can purchase alcoholic drinks outside of meal times if you’d like. The roof top bar was really good. The pool bar on the ground floor fine for soft drinks and coffees (FOC). ||The food is poor, nothing overly exciting but you can make do if you want…chicken stroganoff, chicken legs, ribs and fish available. Just don’t expect a top standard! ||It is located in a really good position. Close to all amenities and has a 24hrs shop directly outside. ||The hotel is absolutely fine for a short stay. I wouldn’t want much longer than the 3 nights we had, but generally was ok, and value for money (£320 for the 3 nights inc flights). ||Wouldn’t return, but rarely do. If it’s cheap enough, it’s worth the trip.

The hotel is nice, I would say its on the lower end of 4 star. The location is great, 30mins on bus from the airport, you can walk to the sea/beach from the hotel. Its good distance from the pubs, bar again you can walk to the main bit so you go out but not be disturbed by the noise. My room was small, but fine for 1 person, it would be a squeeze for two people. It had a great sunset views on the 6th floor, sea facing, however being on the 6th floor you are just below the sky bar which can be noisy due to events. The service was good, with staff know multiple languages or enough english to help you find something in the hotel. On my last day a cleaner did enter my room despite being 1hr before checkout and do not disturb on my door. The all inclusive is okay, the meals are good with lots of variety each day, however for me everything was very, rich, oily, buttery, so didnt always agree with me after. The drink selection is basic and limited to 3 as per local law. I would visit again solo for cheap week away

Staff are great, but not an all-inclusive as advertised! Stay away from this hotel. The bar only serves soft drinks in the all inclusive no alcoholic beverages you have to pay! What snacks? This has been rubbish! Nothing with taste all lame and dry! Only decent thing is airport is 30 minutes away, the beach is a 10 minutes walk and local shops to get decent food and drinks of your own! Although it was clean and tidy and up to health and safety standards is all inclusive have to say. Please stop advertising the branch as an all-inclusive for adults it's not and it's miss leading.

The personal, especially the cleaning staff, were great. Administrator Diana was very kind and always tried to help us in every situation. The rooms, however, were a bit strange: the toilet and shower cabin were separated, which was inconvenient for us — that’s why I rated the rooms only 2 stars. Food was quite mediocre and repetitive. Dinners were nice, especially the fish dishes, but breakfasts were poor and the same every day. The hotel itself looks old, though there have been some renovations. I didn’t try the pools or other activities, but I really enjoyed the bar — it has a beautiful view, friendly bartenders, and tasty cocktails. The district where the hotel is located is a bit crowded, not very clean, and sometimes has an unpleasant smell. But the sea is close, and if you go straight down and turn left, you’ll find a beautiful area with villas and a beach without too many people. There’s also a supermarket nearby where you can buy good water and other essentials — much better than the small corner shops, which have limited choice and much higher prices. On the beach, sunbeds are not free: two loungers with an umbrella cost €18.

I’m not sure why this place gets such bad reviews! The staff are very friendly, room cleaned daily, pool areas are nice too. The food is what you would expect and it’s clear how the all inclusive works here. You get what you pay for. It’s a nice place and the rooftop pool and bar are lovely. It’s good value for money. I don’t normally leave reviews but noticed some of the awful reviews so thought I would as they aren’t justified in my opinion. Rated 4 stars it’s not luxury no but it’s comfortable and for the right price I possibly would stay here again.

My room was clean and comfortable. Good shower, air con, fridge, safe. balcony. Hotel is centrally situated, very close to beach, shops. Breakfast and dinner very tasty and plenty choice. Sky bar on floor 7 great for sunbathing. Did not go to any evening entertainment so can't comment on that. Overall a nice relaxing stay and I would return. OK not a fancy hotel but absolutely not worthy of some of the negative reviews. I found it very good value for money.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The photos made it seem much closer to the sea than it actually is — in reality, it’s a short walk away. Parking around the area was also a bit challenging, as it was often hard to find a spot nearby. Our room was comfortable overall, but unfortunately, the bed was missing blankets, and when we asked, we were told none were available. That was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the food was really good — delicious and with plenty of variety every day. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.

Honest review: hotel clean and room cleaned every day. Courteous staff. Good location. BUT you need to manage your expectations. It’s clearly not All Inclusive. Part Spanish law and part hotel. Spanish law dictates hotel can only serve you 3 drinks with lunch and dinner. You can’t take them outside. Hotel dictates no water/drinks/coffee making facilities in room. Left over breakfast sweets are the available snacks. Large queue at only bar serving your free soft drinks. Coffee machine only on at breakfast and to be honest it’s the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. Food is lukewarm warm but they do provide a microwave to heat it up. Never come across this before. So it’s really a 2/3 star half board at best. I chose because I thought I was getting a bargain only to be disappointed. Had I paid what I did to get 2 star half board I’d be pleasantly surprised. One last thing. I came here to tour the island and rented a 125cc Scooter from across the road. Majorca is connected by a a series of motorways acting as its arteries. Unavoidable to travel on them. Dangerous as hell as a 125cc Scooter is nothing more then a death wish. Lovely island though. I’d stay at Cala Millor, Porta Polensa or Nues Portals if I came again…
