MM450 Hotel Boutique

Stayed there a couple of days. The location is great. The old building is charming. Some staff speak English so that was helpful. There is no AC or fan in the room so that could get warm on hot days. The room is a little on the small side and could be a little cleaner. The shower was a bit odd, it literally took 5 minutes before water got hot. All in all, the hotel is at a great location to see major sites with lots of restaurant options close by. It was an ok stay.

Cool little hotel that used to be a house. Staff was awesome and went way out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was super with eggs to order. In the evening they even had a couple of bottles of wine in the patio for the guests - and crackers with home made dips. Room and baths were spacious and very nice. And free WiFi. We were there in the Spring so don't if they have air conditioning when it gets warm.

Beautiful modern rustic decor, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, yogurt, cheeses, fresh baked bread and omelets. I would have stayed all day with a good book in the peaceful garden that smelled of jasmine and lavender... but there was a colourful city to explore.

A great place to stay, also excellent staff and service. The small restaurant is amazing, very tasty and delicious food especially the "mechada". The whole ambience of the hotel is very cosy. I will definitely recommend this place, and I will come back, I love it. Thank you for the beautiful time spend there.

Excellent chevice, we had the trilogy which was good choice. Tasty pisco sours, nice wine selection. Friendly service and romantic terrace where to eat if it's warm enough.

The restaurant is amazing! The excellent pisco sour is a great start, and the ceviche is a must-have. If you can’t make up your mind, just order the trilogy and try 3 different ones (the Thai and Frutal are probably the best). The main courses are all good and don’t even think about skipping dessert. The blue cheese pie (Tarta de Queso Azul) is exquisite and will change your life.

Walking around Valparaiso, we were ready to settle for touristy food like pizza or burgers. We decided to walk further and came across this boutique hotel. The decor is a rustic, relaxing atmosphere. It looks like a place out of HGTV with some elements of Southern U.S. charm like plantation shutters and flower bed troughs. On to the food, we ordered a ceviche trio and sandwich trio (picture). Class ceviche and thai ceviche were hits, the Japanese one was probably 3rd. Salmon was fresh and this is comparing to our previous week in Peru. The sandwich with grilled onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes is one of their best dishes. We wanted more if we weren't so full. Definitely stop by this restaurant for a lunch like we did. We did not stay at the hotel but it definitely is worth a look.

I stayed 3 nights at mm450 and loved the hotel. It is small, the decoration is well thought and everything has its place. I enjoyed the piano, the delicious food they served each day, their original breakfast, their delicious cocktails in the evenings and the atmosphere in general. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you would like to stay in a calm and trendy place while in Valparaiso!
