From the moment I walked into MNKafe, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfectly balanced between cozy and vibrant — the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable yet excited to be there. The service was outstanding; the staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every one of us had a great experience. It felt less like being served and more like being hosted Ill have to admit it isnt the best at peak times but they always have ways to compensate. Now, the food — absolutely incredible. Every bite was packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and real care. You could taste the thoughtfulness and craftsmanship in everything we had. Whether it was the presentation, the aroma, or the taste, everything exceeded expectations. It’s the kind of meal that makes you slow down, savor, and appreciate every moment. MNKafe isn’t just a place to eat — it’s an experience. I left completely satisfied, impressed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great food, great vibes, and top-tier hospitality.

Dinner at MNKafé in Mombasa was a flavor-packed delight. The spice combinations were incredible, bold, balanced, and beautifully layered in every bite. I tried the sliders trio and loved being able to taste all three varieties, each with its own unique character. The tacos trio was just as impressive, bursting with vibrant flavors that really showcased the kitchen’s creativity. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you appreciate dishes that celebrate spice and depth.

Had a lovely dinner with my family and enjoyed the food. We had wraps, potato wedges, desserts, and drinks, including dawa. The atmosphere was nice, though the air conditioning could have been cooler. Service was good, but the food took a bit long to prepare. Overall, a great experience, and I’d visit again!

We wanted to try a new and I'm mad that the people of Kizingo have kept this place all to themselves. We had such an amazing experience here. From the website, they simply have one of the best websites for a restaurant in the country, so informative, straight to the point with pricing and what they're doing. To the way you place your order and get served. We were greeted by the manager and a very friendly waiter. They have this buzzer you press to get assistance, cancel an order or ask for the check. Even though we went during the Eid festivities, when it was packed and very busy, we never felt like we were ignored at any moment. The food was on the table in 20 minutes. We got the Poussin Steak with garlic fries and The Creamy Mushroom Steak with mashed potatoes. Good portions, great presentation and perfectly cooked. We also got a dessert of warm chocolate brownie with ice cream. Which was also fantastic, even came with extra molten chocolate to drizzle on top. The prices are veeery fair for what you get, which is a 10/10 dining experience, with great food and a lovely staff. This place is currently my favourite restaurant in Mombasa. I will definitely be back many more times.

I really enjoyed the grilled cheese and tomato sandwich, it was delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the veggie options on the menu. The ambience is lovely and the service was great. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t working during my visit.

Food is good but be prepared to wait for an hour after placing your order. The lady who took our order did not inform us that there is party of 16 people before they would serve us. Then she didn't even serve us. When we were served they didn't bring serviettes. Then the lady brought our dessert but not the cutlery.

Love the plating. Was a calm and sunday morning, reminiscent of your serene cafe atmosphere - chill. Had the chickens skewers, everest pancakes, mnk special wings and the sliders, all of which were tasty. For drinks we had the dawa tea pot. Food took 40 minutes but definitely worth it and gave us enough time to have a good ol’ chat. Owner checked on us which was a plus.

Great menu & pleanty to choose from but have sugar free options even if it's coke zero. Simple beverage to stock & improve on timing's please Waited 35 to 40 minutes for our order & it was not busy with clients that time.
