Wonderful and Professional staff! Delicious Room Service. Perfect Location. Great roof top bar/restaurant. The pool has one depth. Sadly we weren’t allowed to swim with my one year old without a life vest. One day it was fine the next we had to leave the pool/take turns. We were two responsible adults with a one year old who is used to the water and we were the only ones inside the pool. That was quite disappointing.

We are a family of 8, stayed at the hotel for 1 night. We had a great stay, and everything was really better than expected. The location is perfect, the check in process was smooth. Ahmed, really went over and beyond to assist us. He was generous to upgrade our room, which was truly appreciated. The rooms were great, food was really good (we had breakfast lunch and dinner). Overall, the stay was perfect. We have all enjoyed it and would be happy to stay there again

This was our first time staying at a Mövenpick Hotel, and we were not disappointed. ||The hotel features modern, clean, and spacious rooms. The restaurant was first-class, and we found the buffet-style menus to be of the highest quality, with many luxurious touches that enhanced the overall experience. ||The hotel offered a selection of Jordanian wines that were affordable and enjoyable, perfectly complementing the meals. ||The staff were very hospitable, especially Madell, who interacted warmly with our young son, making him feel special and well cared for. ||There is a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was ideal for relaxing and rinsing off the dust after a long day exploring the ancient ruins of Petra. ||The hotel's location was perfect—just meters from the entrance to Petra. After six hot hours exploring the city, it was a true blessing that the hotel was only a few steps from the exit as well. ||Overall, the hotel offered excellent value, especially since we opted for the half-board option.

I stayed at Mövenpick Petra for two nights in the heat of summer. The hotel is enormous yet welcoming. The staff are very helpful and speak English well; special thanks to Madell R., who assisted us throughout our stay. My room was attractive, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent—rooms even included fresh fruit and a selection of tea and coffee. Beds were comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful. ||I dined at the hotel on the first night; the offerings were extensive and delicious, but the real highlight was the stunning setting—absolutely gorgeous! In the evening, drinks are available, accompanied by live music on the hotel's rooftop. Not to be missed. ||Finally, the location couldn’t be better for exploring Petra. Overall, a great place to stay.

We stayed at the Movenpick Petra for two nights in March 2025 as part of our tour of Jordan. I truly couldn't find any faults with this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Madell R., who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The food was delicious, and the location was ideal. Overall, the service, room quality, and hospitality far exceeded our expectations.
