Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Team. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Taher Semreen for the excellent hospitality and warm, professional welcome during my stay at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba. Mr. Taher’s leadership and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire experience and clearly reflected in the outstanding performance of the team. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always attentive, creating a smooth and genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The facilities and rooms are absolutely exceptional-beautifully designed, immaculate, and offering a level of comfort and quality that exceeds expectations. The level of service provided by the entire team truly represents the high standards of the Mövenpick brand and made this stay genuinely memorable. My sincere appreciation to Mr. Taher Semreen and the entire team for their outstanding efforts. A truly world-class experience that I would highly recommend without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel’s renovated rooms are very nice, with everything looking new and well-designed. However, the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable, especially the mattress. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where the bed was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was also limited in variety. There were no live stations such as eggs or pancakes, which many guests nowadays expect. Instead, you have to order them from a set menu, which feels outdated. The check-in/check-out policy is also unusual. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is at 12:00, whereas most hotels offer check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 or even 13:00. The receptionist was kind enough to give us a late check-out at 13:00, which we appreciated. As for the breakfast box, it was disappointing — two tiny dry buns with a piece of cheese and lettuce. This might be fine for a child, but certainly not for an adult. The box itself is not sturdy and flips over easily. It was a quick stay, but I wouldn’t stay for more than one night. I hope the hotel considers improving these points to offer a better experience for future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba. We were very happy with all the services, and the staff was extremely attentive, kind, and always smiling. Special thanks to Ahmed from the restaurant for his professionalism and great service, and to Faris, who welcomed us at the restaurant entrance every day with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond to take care of us and made us feel spoiled throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are outstanding, especially the swimming pools which are clean and beautifully maintained. The lifeguards are very professional, friendly, and always attentive. The beach is stunning, the restaurant team is excellent and provides a great dining experience, and the reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The property offers multiple swimming pools, each with its own atmosphere whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy family time, or let the kids splash around, there’s a pool for everyone. The beach area is spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly inviting, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the Red Sea’s stunning views. Speaking of views… the chalets are simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a panoramic scene feels unreal as if you’re living inside a postcard. They’re spacious, peaceful, and designed to make your stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Mahmoud Hammad at the front desk. His exceptional professionalism, welcoming smile, and constant support truly elevated our stay. He went out of his way to assist us, and his attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. Employees like Mahmoud are the reason guests feel at home.
