Mövenpick Aqaba

We had a wonderful family stay at Mövenpick Resort Aqaba for two nights. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed right at the entrance, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for us.||The staff across the resort were exceptionally friendly and attentive. At the swimming pool, the lifeguard was excellent, making us feel safe while enjoying our time, and the pool area was well maintained. The sandy beach was very clean, beautifully kept, and ideal for relaxing with the family.||We also loved the variety of activities at both the pool and beach areas, which were great for adults and families alike. The fitness room and jacuzzi were very enjoyable, with the staff there being helpful, professional, and welcoming. The sauna rooms were also very comfortable and added to the relaxing experience.||Overall, everything from the facilities to the service exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the Mövenpick Aqaba in a 3-bedroom apartment with my wife and kids. Overall, the stay was good. The rooms are spacious with balconies, breakfast was enjoyable, and both the beach and pool were very clean. That said, there are some things that really need improvement. The kitchenette should include a stove and microwave to be more family-friendly. But the biggest issue was water: for the price paid, drinking water should be freely available everywhere, just like in any proper resort by the sea. Instead, there were no water stations, and we always had to go back to the room or pay at the bar, where prices were two to three times higher than normal. In summary, it’s a comfortable and clean place, but better access to free drinking water and a properly equipped kitchenette would make it worth the price.

We’ve been staying here for decades and I’m glad to say that the service has only gotten better. Staff have been supportive of all our requests. The food is delicious, beach is clean and well taken care of, rooms are clean and well maintained, reception staff, valet and security are all friendly and helpful. And this is from our 10 year old: For the kids they sometimes get special desserts if they don’t like it . The staff is very kind and is always nice e😊🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Aqaba! We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. They surprised us with a delicious cake and brought it right to us on the beach — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. I would also like to give a special thank you to Salman and Ghaneem from the lifeguard team, who were extremely nice and helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The beach was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, especially for families!

The hotel is really nice. The room is nice too and clean. The food was good. But I prefer it if it was a buffet.... In breakfast, the service is awesome and the food is delicious. The pool temperature is perfect and the huge chess was very fun.The beach is clean and cool. Thank you soo much .

We only went to the restaurant (Red Sea grill), the food was great and the service was lovely! We really enjoyed our meal. The view over the Red Sea is great. The service team is polite, correct and really kind. The chef came to our table to ask about the food, that was a nice experience as well! We would love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mohammad Oneh, who truly stood out with his outstanding service — always professional, courteous, and making sure every guest felt welcome. His positive attitude made the mornings even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Cretche provided such a wonderful hospitality and service at breakfast! Such a great experience. Food was abundant, colorful and delicious. Would recommend the restaurant five star! The rooms unfortunately I could not give a good review for. The room we booked was not available… And we were given a very subpar replacement. Would not recommend staying here, but the breakfast and staff are truly trying to make up for that.
