We had a wonderful experience here. It’s a really beautiful facility with multiple amazing pools and a nice beach, great restaurants, friendly staff everywhere and excellent service. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and seem to remember everything about each guest which makes it a very warm, personal experience. The food in all the restaurants is really good and the breakfast buffet and omelets are a perfect start to each day. Plenty of fun activities for the kids too. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Everyone was very helpful and attentive. It seems there is a very good team with all the staff supported by management. If mistakes were made they were rectified quickly. The food was delicious and generally everyone working at the hotel wanted to give us the best experience possible. Thank you

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. When checking in the room we were given smelt of cigarettes I asked for a change of room which we were given however we had to pay more for this room and the washroom was old and tired. All of the staff working at this hotel are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to assist you with anything. The breakfast was good however not to the standard of Movenpick I am used to with having a omelette bar and other coffee such as an espresso. I was not able to get accord points as I booked via a T. agent.

I have had an amazing experience at movenpick resort, the room was the best I’ve ever stayed in and the food at the restaurant was amazing . The staff were really friendly giving us an amazing service. A special mention to Michell who was amazing , she gave us an excellent service she was the friendliest and most welcoming out of all the staff . I highly recommend this hotel and bar it’s the best in the area

Very nice hotel, spacious with varieties of pools 2 of them were heated and a wide beach. Highly recommend for families, there is alot of activities to do with the animation team, also the kids club was fun with outdoor toys which our little ones loved. The attendants were warm and friendly with the kids. The food was amazing too, the stuff attentive to our needs. Overall we had a great time, hope to come back soon

We came with our 2 infants to this hotel and the service was awesome. Swimming pools and very clean and in all sort of sizes (8-9). The buffet was also very good. We met the very kind Yoga S. that helped us during our diner and also here when we needed helped as we have kids need to attend. He would ask us if we would like something to eat something specific for breakfast or for diner, and even for my daughter! We all love when someone care for ourselves but when for the kids it is seen as an amazing thing. Hope to see him again as we will miss his all-day long smile!

One of the best experiences I have had in visiting hotels and resorts in Jordan. All the hotel staff are respectful, have all the good skills and are polite in dealing. I would like to thank Chef Mohammed Alqam for his constant presence at the dining tables, as the food is very delicious. I would like to thank the general manager, Mr. Sami, for his politeness in dealing with customers. I advise everyone to try the place and the rating is more than excellent.
