MOB HOTEL Lyon Confluence

We loved our stay at the Mob Hotel, Lyon. We chose this hotel because of other good reviews, and it did not disappoint. Highlights included friendly, professional staff, a lovely room overlooking the river and interesting decor. As a book lover my husband particularly enjoyed the library in the dining area. We'd definitely recommend the Mob hotel and hope to return at some point.

Cozy rooms with very lively staff. One of the modern hotels in Lyon. All the staff members of reception and restaurant are very helpful and friendly. Noticed most of the crowd was of young age. Locations of the hotel is just near the confluence of river rhone and sone, and tram station is very nearby. Room cleaning was done daily. I was there for a week and enjoyed my stay

Nearly aspect of this hotel — from the quiet and super-dark (when sleeping at night) rooms, to the service with a smile (and sense of humour), to the funky artsy vibe (giant Nick Cave photo!), is worth coming back for. The only quibble I have is the loud train nearby, so loud that wearing earplugs (when the windows are open and you're standing on the balcony taking in some fresh air) wouldn't be over-the-top. However, they windows have wooden doors which reduce the noise to an ASMR quiet tone so no issues with sleeping. *When* I do come back, I will try and sleep on the opposite side (facing the water). Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you, Mob Hotel!

This is the best organic hotel i've been too. Located between two rivers. Rooms are exceptionel. No TV - which is great idea. People are about to spend time with each other and to integrate in the reading/play/joy venue downstairs. Huge Nick Cave poster made me happy as I'm fan. Hotel good for individuals, families, poets, lovers etc. I will return for sure!!!!

MOB Hotel Lyon is a fantastic spot with a relaxed vibe, perfect for families and individuals as well! Spacious common areas open almost anytime, a huge foosball table (my family was all in!), and amazing food made our stay unforgettable. No doubt – we’ll be back! Great hotel with excellent rooms that offer good value for the price. The service was solid, though not flawless. We were told we could charge our electric car, but upon arrival, a non-electric car occupied the spot we needed, and the adjacent space was too far from the charger. The location is convenient, though not ideal, as the noise from loud pedestrians at night can easily disturb light sleepers. The breakfast was excellent!

We loved the rooms. Small but functional and being architecture nerds, the polished concrete was great. Bed very comfy. Staff service was attentive. The corridors outside the room were lacking a bit of love (cleaning) and there was an unfortunate incident we noticed which I won't share here but did pass to the receptionist and also cleaning staff. Breakfast was okay too. V nice juice!
