MOB HOTEL Lyon Confluence

The staff: Very friendly, kind and charming - especially Emily. The room: Why is there no place to put your clothes in? Only hangers... But nothing resembling a closet or even a shelf... Very inconvenient. No separation between toilet and room, no wall, no door. No ventilation in the toilet. Breakfast: No meat at all, eggs and mushrooms are cold, other than that okay. Very nice looking restaurant. Style: The hotel is very well styled, except the lobby, which is almost non-existent. When I first arrived, I thought it was a shop. But that's no big deal. Location: The area is probably convenient for those with a car, and has good public transportation. But it feels isolated and, well, desolate, definitely not an urban environment to enjoy walking in. Wifi: Very good Over all: Would not recommend.

Used the hotel recently for a seminar and lunch. The facilities are great with plenty to do and see. Room was a good size, coffee machine kept breaking down, which was annoying.||The food for both lunches was OK, pizza one day and lasagne the next, although a distinct lack of meat!

Located just outside the bustling city center, at the tip of the Confluence, this trendy hotel offers a stylish yet relaxed stay. The rooms are compact but cozy and well designed, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. Service is friendly and straightforward—exactly what you’d expect from a modern hotel. The location is excellent: a perfect base for exploring all corners of Lyon while also enjoying walks along the water. While there’s no official parking, plenty of options are available nearby. The in-house restaurant is a plus, and there are plenty of other dining choices in the neighborhood. Bonus: pets are welcome at no extra charge.

I would have put ZERO STARS if possible...I'm really upset...we had a reservation for tonight....my son this morning had a hight temperature so immediately, before 8 we sent an e mail to communicate and ask them to cancel our reservation. We also produce a certificate in the morining. They refused. I phoned 3 times to ask them not our money back but JUST the opportunity to go another night. The only answer is NO. We would have come happily....i really can't understand why they behaved like this. It's money for ALL of us

I was staying in another hotel but came here to check it out for next time. I regret slightly not to have chosen it for this stay already. My afternoon in the community area was very pleasant.

We loved our stay at the Mob Hotel, Lyon. We chose this hotel because of other good reviews, and it did not disappoint. Highlights included friendly, professional staff, a lovely room overlooking the river and interesting decor. As a book lover my husband particularly enjoyed the library in the dining area. We'd definitely recommend the Mob hotel and hope to return at some point.

Fantastic hotel, reception staff above and beyond helpful! Last minute stop over decision on our way back from south of France to UK. 2 adults and 3 teens -:rooms, comfy beds, linens facilities all excellent. Great location we were able to grab one of the free spaces at the side of hotel to park but car park next to hotel or you can park in a secure space further away at a shopping centre - great restaurants within that shopping centre we had lovely meal at a pan asian great value. Next time will make time to stop over and fully see lyon as the brief bit we seen was impressive. The drinks in the hotel bar were expensive and we skipped breakfast as was €100 for all 5 we only paid a little bit more for both rooms so apart from drinks and food was fantastic value! Would stay again and would recommend felt safe and a lovely vibe. Fantastic staff saved the day x

Cozy rooms with very lively staff. One of the modern hotels in Lyon. All the staff members of reception and restaurant are very helpful and friendly. Noticed most of the crowd was of young age. Locations of the hotel is just near the confluence of river rhone and sone, and tram station is very nearby. Room cleaning was done daily. I was there for a week and enjoyed my stay
