"Saint Ouen Billed as Parisâs original lifestyle hotelâand the brainchild of entrepreneur Cyril Aouizerate, co-founder of the popular Mama Shelter groupâthereâs lots to appeal to younger guests at this quirky spot right by the cityâs legendary flea market, MarchĂŠ aux Puces de St-Ouen.
