We've been to so many breweries in so many different cities and states... What makes Mobcraft unique is that they have beers that you will most likely not see anywhere else. Some are good, some are just interesting, but the selection is big and you should have no problem finding something you like the bartender are very knowledgeable and can help you pick something you can drink, also the pretzel is a must Mustard dip is ! This a great stop for some great beers. 100% recommend!

Google
Excited to see Mobcraft has opened again and will be excited to return when they have more of their own beers on tap. Towards that end, you won’t be disappointed with the variety of unique beers currently available and the bartender was happy to let you sample (in some cases actually recommended) before pouring a full glass. Food is limited, but perfect for a large snack/small meal. I had the spicy Dill pickle flatbread. The flatbread was excellent, but I found the spice to be a bit much, just be warned. It was fairly quiet while I was there, but when full, I would imagine it to be quite loud. Nice outdoors area as well for when the weather is a bit warmer.

So glad to see Mobcraft back open! Friday evening visit and the beer was good and the food was great! Staff are super nice welcoming and helpful!

Google
The food and atmosphere are great ! Love the indoor out seating areas. Service was quick. Prices in bar with other breweries. I have had the MobCraft beer in the past but this is my first time visiting. The new owners seem to be doing a great job of bringing MobCraft back to life after a short shutdown. Can’t wait to return. Congrats Sarah and Mike !!!

Google
Nice place with plenty of indoor seating and multiple tables outside. Extremely large selection of their beer on tap so regardless of your taste you will find something in the style you enjoy. Personally the Fish Fry Rye was excellent and very easy to drink. Looking forward to going back for their brewery tour and trying their other beers.

Google
I dined here with a friend and we were met with such amazing hospitality! The bar was great and the beers were awesome! Thank you to the bartender and the owners. The owners were sitting at the bar working and they came right over and checked on us. The atmosphere was so cool and I would definitely go there again and recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and food and drinks!

Google
Mobcraft is back and better than ever people! Our family, kiddos included, loves hanging out here for lunch and brews on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. AWESOME pizza is back and they have a fantastic patio. Great place to hang out and enjoy good beer and good times :)

Yelp
SHEEEEE'S BAAACKKKK! The Mob Craft we all know is back in action and I couldn't be happier! Ordered a pizza and some beers and hung out on the patio. What a perfect way to spend an evening! The staff was very personable and knowledgeable about the beers. You could tell they were excited to be back in action!

Yelp
This was the first time we were back to mob craft since they opened back and not much has changed and I love it. I loved mobcraft before they closed and now they're back. One major difference is I don't think they are crowdsourcing as many beers. I think it's nice though because they are carrying local breweries brews so you get a really nice variety. We went on a busy Saturday when they had a makers market bar crawl and the service was really good even with how busy it was. I got a cherry blossom lime seltzer and I really liked it. We also got food and again it's just like it was and it's still incredible. The small pretzel is still huge and the cheese is some of the best. The pretzel is perfect warm and soft. For pizza we got the Mob Boss which was a marinara base with shredded mozzarella, sausage, gorgonzola, and red onions. Topped with a drizzle of fig jam. The jam made this pizza. I don't like Gorgonzola but I loved it on this pizza. I can't wait to come back as they have lots of good deals and events throughout the week.

Yelp
I can't believe that I have never reviewed MobCraft before! I frequent this brewery as they always have unique and new beers to try. We're usually able to snag one of the angled parking spots out front, but even when those are full, I wouldn't say it's too hard to find parking nearby. We were lucky to come while they had "Weird Fest" beers available, so we got a Baja Buds (Baja blast colored with a raspberry lemon limey flavor), a 5 Pepper Amber which had a nice level of spiciness, the pHunky Pebbles which is a sour that is cherry forward with only a slight aftertaste of Fruity Pebbles, and a barrel aged smoothie-style mango & peach which was very bourbony. We also couldn't leave without getting the classic but seasonal Mobtoberfest. We also can't come here without getting a Milwaukee Pretzel Co. pretzel. They're just so dang good and fluffy! It was a gorgeous day so we were able to take advantage of their outdoor seating, and it also wasn't too busy so we played shuffleboard inside before leaving. Can't wait to see what they have on tap next time!

Yelp
A large group of 17 of us walked in for lunch on a Together, Thursday -- and the small staff handled our orders like champs! Mobcraft created the commemorative ComedySportz 40th Anniversary Beer and we were in town for the ComedySportz World Championships. The lunch menu is basically Pizzas, Pretzels, and a couple of Dips. We started with multiple orders of large Soft Baked Pretzels served with mustard and a cheese dip -- soooo delicious! Almost everyone ordered a different pizza. The Pizzas are enough for 1 really hungry diner or 2 to split over beer. But they allow adults to choose a Child's Pizza for a smaller portion. I selected The 'Shroom -- mushrooms, chives, and shaved Parmesan. Definitely would recommend coming back!

A great place to get a beer and some delicious food. The employees are really nice and helpful.

Good beer, great service, and a really good pizza. This was the perfect place for a quick lunch on a rainy afternoon. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
Love the selection of beer! You really can't go wrong. Beertenders and staff are awesome always. It was a nice day, so the garage doors were up and we sat out in the sun. Gorgeous seating areas accommodating many group sizes!

Yelp
Mobcraft once again impresses. Tonight seemed to be a 90's punk rock menu. Blink, Yellowcard gave the vibes and Mobcraft gave the flavs. I got a flight. The flights are 4 of the 5 ounce pours minus $2. The matcha ipa, Liquid friendship, paddishah, anochecer were $4.50, $4.50, $7, and $4.50 - $2, so ~$20. It's not that cheapest flight in town, but these were mostly stouts. The paddishah as always was great. They actually had 4 versions. 3 of them were different bourbon barrels. The matcha was good, worth trying, but not specific matcha tasting. The anochecer is okay but Cinnamon then creamy then spicy. The liquid friendship is closer to a porter and not pastry stout.

Yelp
BEVERAGE REVIEW ONLY: Stopped by for a beverage after dinner with my husband as we've done previously at MobCraft and again it was a delightful experience. One thing I love about MobCraft, is the range in selection they have available. I opted for the "Resting Spritz Face - Rose" which was very nice on a summer evening, I'd rate 7/10. While the husband chose sour cherry beer, wasn't for me but he enjoyed it! We took our beverages to the patio, watched the Coakley brothers stained glass change colors and enjoyed the beautiful summer evening in Milwaukee!

Yelp
MobCraft is a bit different than most breweries. They take social media to the NEXT level!! It's a big space, with both indoor/outdoor seating. Some of the beers looked fairly interesting, and we went with a mint chocolate beer "Grasshopper" and a half/half pours layered beer with raspberry and peach. I wasn't too familiar with Mobcraft, but if you follow their webpage and socials, it seems that beers are voted in and brewed. There's a whole wall of these beer names that has been done in the past. Food is available and you bus your own silverware and pick up food at the window. Great for large parties in a casual, experimental and fun atmosphere.

Yelp
Great atmosphere in a cool historic building on the picturesque square where the movie Groundhog Day was filmed. Modern, spacious and clean bars on two floors, with the basement bar having a jail cell theme (as the building is the old sheriff's home adjourning the old court house next door). Very tasty craft beers, primarily brewed in the main brewery in historic Milwaukee. Very friendly and knowledgeable bar service. A must stop if in the area and a great destination with friends.
google avatar

Yelp
Great beer, an expanded menu, and now open daily for lunch? Yes, please! The outside seating area is quite pleasant. Nice spot to hang out. Also, some of the nicest and cleanest bathrooms in town!
google avatar

Maggie B.

Yelp
Fun brewery with an awesome selection of food and beer. The menu is full of variety that would please anyone. You walk up and order food at the bar, and it comes out very fast! The service was surprisingly quick for how busy it was on a Friday night. Also large variety of seating arrangements. There were big parties but also a lot of space for two at the bar or smaller tables. It's a great space! This Buffalo chicken dip was delicious. Definitely a must try! Also recommend the hazy IPA.
google avatar

Mike V.

Yelp
Great brewery with an always evolving/rotating tap list. They have staple beers you'll always find as well as crowd-sourced flavors voted on and released monthly. Plenty of street parking as well as a mini lot. In the summer there's ample patio seating and plenty of spots in the bar as well. They also offer tours and have a kitchen for those in need of a quick bite with their brew. Only thing missing would be a changing table for parents with kids, but they do have some high chairs.
google avatar

Katie N.

Yelp
Cool concept that customers get to pick out their style of beer. Most votes/pre-orders win! We had an IPA and a sour. Later I happened to try one of their sours at a restaurant too. Fun names for their beer. I had a pretzel too, it was ok.

Yelp
"Flat and uninspired beer, flat and uninspired service! Get yours today at Mobcraft Beer: Brewery and Taproom!" Did ya'll get ya'lls beer from a piss bucket in behind a dumpster? That's a rhetorical question. Your beer is below average, your uninspired food is unbearably mediocre, your shoddy service is below average, your setting/decor is again below average(looking like every other bar from here to Mississippi), your parking is mediocre, your atmosphere is once again me-di-o-cre. Listen for your prices and food quantity I expect... to put it simply... not the below middle of the road experience I had. With the amount of money you presumably make. Egregious. I'm sorry, Mid-greious. Because, it was so awfully drab. P.S. Free tip for you, COMPANY NAME IS WAY TO LONG. You just sell beer. Even fashion designers who just sell clothes know to go with short and sweet. Not long and arbitrary. You're a bar for christ sake. P.P.S. Who's trust fund project was this? You getting a D-

Yelp
Oh! What an unexpected and wonderful find Steve and I had with Mobcraft! We had a great beer from this brewery on a style of lager that I love and have high expectations with. The Chica Mala is what we he had from this brewery and we simply loved it! It's a Mexican style amber lager with a spicy, peppered flavor that hits all the right buttons on my tongue. I am a fan of lagers but I'm an enormous fan when it comes to Mexican lagers and this particular one did not disappoint in the slightest at all! This is a kind of beer I could have more than one pint of It's so drinkable and good but my self control won out and I only had one. That's no guarantee that I would have the same self control every time I sit down to this beer!

Yelp
Went on 3/30 to MobCraft's Sour Fest with my father and brother - we had a fantastic time! As I can imagine this brewery is normally fairly busy on weekends (it was packed on this day!), the fest was held off to the side/back brewing area of the business, with a chalkboard designating the entrance. The ambiance was lovely, with it being a little cozy back there/fun lighting, etc. We purchased tickets for the 1-3pm tasting time and were able to sample many delicious beers from breweries we were unfamiliar with (coming from the Chicago area, we love to venture out and try new breweries), and everyone from the folks checking us in to those representing the breweries were very nice. There was an ample supply of beer (I didn't see anything run out until close to the VERY end of the tasting, and many of the 'VIP' beers were available when we walked in right at 1pm). I also didn't feel like it was crowded, as we really did not have to wait for samples at each table and there was plenty of space to spread out a little bit. Each of us purchased a full bag of different beers to take home with us and now we have a new list of breweries to visit on our WI travels!

Yelp
Becky, Oh My God Still have dreams about this place Five stars and then some Rush River in my old hometown of River Falls, WI used to be my favorite Wisconsin brewery. No more. This place was so amazing. I have rated nothing from MobCraft less then a four on Untappd. Most in the high fours. Best Old Ale and Best Cream Ale that I have had in my entire life! They take suggestions from their patrons on what to brew next. If you have a hankering for mustard flavored milk beer, they might be able to whip something up for you. Must...get back...to Milwaukee!
google avatar

Yelp
Incredible range of beers, quite tasty pizza, great indoor/outdoor setup. Fun that they crowds our crowdsource beers and actually make the most popular ones. Got 2 flights and the beers were generally solid (around 3.5 on Untapped) with a couple highlights like Sour Golden Ale Lulo Parsimmon. But they really do commit to wild concepts like Grasshopper, a mint heavy dark beer. The pizza was impressive. Flavorful sauce with a spice kick, quality cheese, spices on top, good thin crisp crust.

Yelp
Good beer. Good people. Good time. I was introduced to MobCraft by a fellow beer-loving friend during a beer exchange and I quickly fell in love. So when the time came for a short vacation in Milwaukee, MobCraft was number one on my list of breweries to visit while in town. Luckily and surprisingly by accident, our Airbnb was in walking distance of the taproom, so we were able to walk ourselves over one afternoon for a mid-day tasting without having to worry about parking or driving while tipsy. We got there right as they were opening for the day. Where one entered the building was a little confusing as there appeared to be some work happening on the awning that hugged the whole brewery corner of the building and block. But we figured it out. Their beer offerings are numerous and varied! Certainly something for every palate. From lighter selections to sours to high gravity and heavy dark beers...it is a feast for the beer-lovers eyes and mouths. I got a whole variety of different types of brews in my flight and I really liked them all! My guy liked all of his choices too. And THEN...we even went back in to get another flight to share between the two of us because there was so much we wanted to try! The staff were lovely while we were there, ready with recommendations and explanations, happy to share a tiny sample of something before you spent money on a pour... I really like this place and I really like their beer.

Yelp
I visited MobCraft recently with a group of ladies for our monthly book club meeting on a Sunday afternoon. The environment is great for a group or a date - room to spread out and stay a while. When everyone arrived, we went up to the bar to order some food and drinks - we had a few people in the group who drank beer, some who were drinking NA options and some non-beer drinkers who were looking for wine or seltzer and we were happy to find that there were options for everyone. I fancy a sour beer so I ordered the Sour Golden Ale Shrub Cherry which was very good - tart and refreshing. For some snacks we ordered a large pretzel, the BBQ chicken pizza and the Shroom Pizza. Everything was really good. I love a good BBQ chicken pizza so that was my favorite but the Shroom was unique and delicious, so a close second. You grab your food from a window when your buzzer goes off which is nice and casual. This ended up being a great spot for book club - we could go up to the bar when we needed something and everyone was happy with the food and drink selection. It was also easy to find a larger table that could fit us all comfortably. Thanks MobCraft!

Yelp
I finally got to try Mobcraft. We visited on a quiet Thursday night after New Year so it was not overly busy. The interior is very nice and spaced out so you are not sitting on others. The choices are great and tasty. Not being an IPA lover, I still had many choices. Looking forward to returning and trying the pizza- staying longer and playing some games.

Yelp
We loved this brewery, especially the patio with the amazing view of the stained glass water tower! Bonus, if there is an event at the Harley Davidson Museum, you can see loads of amazing bikes cruising by showing off their stuff. They have some really interesting and fun beers to try. I got a flight of a strong Belgian, a Flanders red Belgian sour, a lime gose, and best of all, they had a Black is Beautiful!! We have been trying as many of the Black is Beautiful at as many breweries as we can since it came out, and this version did not disappoint. They also have a really fun ongoing contest where they "crowd source" beers. If they choose your idea, they will figure out how to make it, and invite you to help! The wall of past crowd-sourced beers was very amusing to peruse.
google avatar

Joyce T.

Yelp
A happy younger crowd here, at least this night. Good array of sours. Draft and can beers available. Lots of street parking. It's a brewery on premises but it's their collabs that make them extra special and rare. They have shirts and stuff for sale.

Madisen J.

Yelp
Came in with my 21 year old boyfriend - I am 20 years old - he got a $50 gift card when he was here a few weeks ago. I was then told they can't serve us because they aren't "technically a restaurant" and I'm not 21?? Correct me if I'm wrong but what? There were children and young teens sitting at tables. They have a full food menu with appetizers , lunch food and dinner options. How does that not make you a restaurant and why would that mean you can't serve me. I'm no expert on the drinking laws but was truly disappointed. Hopefully we can use the gift card soon...

Yelp
We were looking for a place to get something to eat and grab a beer. We initially went to another place nearby and it was closed. We drove a little down the street and found MobCraft and decided to check it out. We arrived about 5pm on a Tuesday. It was not very busy when we arrived so, we went up to the bar and ordered a beer. They have a nice selection of there own beers which are displayed behind the bar. They have shuffleboard, fooseball, table games to play and swag available for purchase. It appeared that the only food available was craft pizza, so we checked the place out, had a few beers and ventured on our way to find something else. The beer was good, the place feels good to hang out, but the food options limited.
google avatar

Patti G.

Yelp
We went to Mobcraft for the Disney trivia and it was super fun. We had a couple of beers and the big pretzel with nacho cheese and mustard sauce. Tasty!!! The bar was busy and fun. They also have artisan pizzas. Those seemed popular and looked good. Stop in, I'm sure you'll like it.
google avatar

Abigail P.

Yelp
It's amazing how many times I've been here but never posted a review. I love the staff who are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about beer. I remember being able to hang out in the taproom when it was standing room only. Now they have the safety and sanitation in mind very much. I feel like I am safe drinking beer and hanging out here. They also make really delicious pizzas if you get hungry (vegetarian options too!)
google avatar

Molly W.

Yelp
Love love love MobCraft!! My favorite MKE brewery for the beer and for the food! They have so many different choices that you can't get anywhere else. Parking is easy, service is fast and friendly, place is clean and always a good time!
google avatar

Yelp
Yum!! First time here and I was very impressed! I got a flight and it was delicious! I got the Cream City Crema, Hoppenator, Orange Creamsicle and Blue Lemon sour ale!! All were so good!! Sad outside on the patio and it was perfect! The staff was very friendly and had good intake on what we would like for flavors! 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
Such a fun and trendy little place! I had been wanting to come here for ages and I finally happened by during their open hours. The beers are great. The staff is friendly. And if you're lucky enough to order from the kitchen when it's open, you'll have a delightfully flavorful experience. Plus, it's a great hangout with friends and/or to observe folx on their first dates. ;)
google avatar

Amber Y.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place and their unique quality of crowd-sourcing their brews and allowing the community to have input in the flavor profiles, art and name of the beer. There are always FREE PINT coupons available and a decent happy hour. Newly part of the Mug Club, they offer their members discounts on beer, food and merchandise and 1/2 off taps on Thursday. Their pizza is amazing (get the prosciutto with honey, its bomb!), and as different and quirky as their beers are, there is something so enjoyable about drinking a beer that has the flavor of just about anything you can imagine: fruit loops, cinnamon rolls, lemon meringue pie, tequila, pastries.... They collaborate with other local, small businesses and do beer and *insert specific food here* pairings and they are always hosting fun events, During the late Spring thru Fall, it's lovely being outside drinking a beer with a great backdrop of the 6th St. bridge, downtown peaking through, and the stain glass water tower sculpture on the Coakley Brothers building. They are one of my favorite local breweries to hang out at and I'm glad they are close to home. Makes the Lyft cheap when I need it.
google avatar

Yelp
Time to update the review as Mobcraft has made all the changes I mentioned in my last review. With a wide variety of types of beer you can find something for everyone including NA options like kombucha or topnote sodas. Plus they have an awesome kitchen these days with delicious pizzas and giant pretzels. Be sure to bring your pup for the patio days and enjoy a glass or two or a flight!
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in for the first Thursday soup night and was treated to a hearty bowl of chicken and wild rice soup with toasted bread on the side. The bar was busy but bar tenders were attentive. I tried the experimental #1 IPA and loved the flavors. I will definitely be back for soup night!

Yelp
MobCraft serves up craft brews in a fun atmosphere. Why I'm a fan: 1) First and foremost, their tasting room is dog friendly! They allow dogs on their patio as well as inside the brewery. We routinely go and bring Scout. She gets to say hello to the other dogs and people and we get to sip on some delicious craft brews. Win/win. 2) They always have a wonderful variety of delicious brews, covering the spectrum from sours and IPAs to porters and barrel aged stouts. I lean toward porters and stouts and the last time I was in, they had four to choose from. LOVE! 3) Got a beer idea? You can submit it for consideration! Contenders get put up on their website where the craft beer loving masses vote and if yours wins the vote--they'll make your beer! 4) Their tap room is expansive, has a pretty cool outdoor seating area, and has some fun games (ping-pong!). The service is always friendly and attentive. Get to it!

Yelp
What a time! I got to say MobCraft Brewery is definitely in my top 5 breweries in Milwaukee. They are handling Covid-19 pretty well limiting the number of places you can sit and the option for outdoor seating. If you are looking for a brewery with a variety of choices for drinks look no further! First off props to the aesthetics of the place. As soon as I walked in I knew this brewery was a vibe! I just love the rustic look of the place, it just gets me hyped to drink a couple of beers. Honestly if Covid-19 wasn't a thing this would be a spot I would love chilling at even if they didn't offer drinks. Ok, enough of the aesthetics lets talk about the real reason were here. THE BEER! Now I may have a strong bias for this place because I love wheat beers and when I was here they had plenty of wheat beers. Honestly MobCraft had a good amount of variety when it came to beers to choose from, so there is definitely a beer for everyone. They also rotate their drinks pretty frequently depending on the season which makes this place a ton of fun to come back to. I ordered the Gier Bier which was an exquisite drink. Everyone else thought their drinks were a hit too except for one of us, who apparently has an enhanced sense of smell. She ordered a Peanut butter porter and described the taste as "Fake Peanut Butter." I'm not sure if her heightened sense of smell influenced her taste so much that it may have caused the peanut butter to give off a "fake" flavoring, but it is something to note to all you peanut butter lovers. Overall you can not go wrong with MobCraft! If you are still reading this review please stop and do yourself a favor and go here!

Yelp
Tried Mobcraft for the first time yesterday where apparently a festival was going on so it's hard to give a just review but I must say the team did an excellent job keeping wait times down and serving up beers. The orange crush beer knocked my socks off. I was happy to find seating at a barrel in the spacious tasting room and look forward to coming back to try the za.

Yelp
A very cool location with a huge variety of beers to please any drinker. The quality of their beers a certainly worth the price. The concept allows people to submit ideas and customers to pre buy and fund the beer by voting with their dollars. I like that this place also has a list of standard beers that's on the regular rotation along with a few seasonal and sours. Food they allow ordering in and carry in along with a dog friendly place its feels like my second home In walkers point. Bring your pet, they have water so your 4 legged friends can stay cool and hydrated. 32/2018 Ambiance 5 Service 5 Location 5 Value 5

Yelp
We were staying across the street at the Iron Horse and I noticed MobCraft right away and made a beeline to sample some brews as soon as I could. The space is fabulous - huge bar, rollup garage doors, dog friendly (yay!), very friendly bartenders, large selection of craft beers on tap, BYOF, and just a terrific setting. Their concept is intriguing in that they feature "crowd sourced beers". People submit beers they'd like to see made and they try to find ways to make them via pre-orders counting as votes. While this is interesting, it does result in some oddball beers. I am not a fan of bizarre combinations being more of a hop head myself. I'm not interested in a blueberry sour beer or cucumber lime brews. As a result, despite the abundance of taps and sampling at least 4 beers, I didn't find even the more traditional beers to my liking. I applaud their approach and think they deserve 4 stars for that. I wish them success but I'm just too old and too stubborn to become a repeat customer.

Yelp
Great place to hang out! The brewery tour was awesome. It was nice to know the history of this awesome joint. The beers are amazing too. So many different brews to chose from! They also have a few different pizzas that they will make in the back. Not the best gourmet pizzas you will ever find, but good with your beers. Another great thing about this place is the ping pong table, board games, fuzzball, some kind of a curling-like type of game (I have no idea what it is called), and according to some, darts (though I didn't find it). You can spend hours playing and drinking and eating!

Yelp
MobCraft is a bar/beer tasting establishment, with all sorts of unique and tasty brews, although I wasn't thoroughly impressed - for a couple of reasons I'll explain later. They are set up with tables outdoors and indoors, and COVID compliant, where you order at the bar, and pick it up at the end of the bar, and then seat yourself.   You can open a tab, which is what I did - but I did not realize that I would have to get in the back of the line again in order to close my tab.   They have it set up so that there is a circular flow, for social distancing.  But, getting back in a long line, when all you want to do is leave, is just frustrating.  There has to be a better way.   Flights:  A flight is 4 samples - and $17!!!!!  Holy crap that's steep.  I should have looked at the pricing first.  If I'd known it was going to be that much, I would have just ordered 1 drink, not a flight.  I got 3 sours, and 1 stout.  They were pretty good, but not enough to want to buy a larger quantity of any of them. I went up to the bar to ask the bartender a question, and he wasn't super friendly or helpful.  He seemed a little annoyed that I was bothering him.  I didn't get a great feel about this place, but others there seemed to be having a great time.  I wouldn't rule this place out, it's definitely worth trying.

Yelp
Great spot, terrific art, tasty brews!!! You can't go wrong! Tried the Spicy Chicago Hot Dog and loved it, but getting a full glass was too much for me tbh. Hubs got the Too Legit to Wit which was light and delish. Cute merch for sale as well!

Yelp
I've loved Mobcraft since I first tasted their batshit crazy years ago but never made it to their Madison location so I was ecstatic when they came to Milwaukee. It took me awhile to get in here and of course I loved it! I got the batshit crazy (of course!) but I'm always intrigued by the extensive list of beers they offer so I'll need to come back and try a flight. I noticed big pretzels were available as well, warmed right in the bar area. Our bartender was efficient and friendly. I love the rustic decor in here, lots of wood, barrel tables, the open garage doors and picnic tables outside. A cute dog was inside as well so I'm happy this place is so dog-friendly! We played ping pong for a bit, foosball and noticed there were even some board games. Plenty of seating and standing room. It wasn't terribly busy but we were here on a Wednesday night although the space is here to definitely accommodate large crowds. I'm already looking forward to my next visit here and definitely bringing more friends with. A fun bar with unique & great tasting beers. If you have a great idea for a beer, go online and submit it- they could make your idea a reality next!

Yelp
The food was great. Vast selections of beers for the pickiest of craft beer drinkers.

Yelp
I've only done pickup here so far but I've been very impressed! The beers are great and they have so many options - I'm mostly a wheat or sour beer person, and it's hard for me to find non-IPA options sometimes. Not a problem here! The Brettshake IPA has been a personal favorite so far. I also love that you can return bottles for a deposit - the sustainability is really nice. Their pizza from Hidden Kitchen is also excellent! Love the flavors and creativity behind the menu - so many great and unusual options. I've had the gyro pizza and salcicchia pizza and both were great. Hopefully once I'm able to check it out in person I'll be just as impressed, but the takeout option has been excellent!

Yelp
I've been coming to Mobcraft pretty consistently since 2017, and they've never once disappointed me. From their staff to the beer to the taproom to the unique events they put on, they always have a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment for anyone who visits. The Staff- Whether it's recommending certain beers or pizzas to get, or shooting the breeze when it's dead and my girlfriend and I were one of the only people in the taproom on a Tuesday night after trivia is over, Mobcraft has always employed top-notch bartenders from what I've seen and experienced. They are knowledgeable, personable, and know how to keep the drinks coming during busy periods. I've never once felt like I was ignored when there's been long lines, and the bartenders are always calm and nice in such situations. The Beer- Mobcraft is tied for my favorite craft brewery here in Milwaukee (with Lakefront Brewery), and a major part of it is their beer--both the types they brew and the selection they have. I'm a sour beer guy, and they have some of the wackiest but best-tasting sour beers I've ever had, especially their Existence and Sour Golden Ale line of sours. I also appreciate that they have sours year-round, something that a few other craft breweries in the city don't do, and, as someone who can't stand porters or stouts, this is awesome during the winter months especially. But, don't let sours scare you away if you're not a fan-- they have a TON of other kinds of beer, from IPAs to stouts to porters to brown ales to lagers, and they have a great variety year-round, no matter the season. Their crowdsourced beer choices each month are awesome too, and I've snagged a few of them during preorders and others when they go on tap in the taproom. Events- Mobcraft puts on several great 'big' events that I've been to over the years, including Sour Fest and Weird Fest, where they basically shut down the road directly in front of the brewery and have tons of food trucks, local music and 'specialty' acts (like Mexican lucha wrestlers for Weird Fest), and games for everyone to enjoy. It's family-friendly, so even if you have young kids, there's plenty for you to do at some of the events as long as the kids don't mind wandering around with you through the different people and activities that Mobcraft has for the day. Mobcraft also does trivia on Tuesday evenings each week, and my girlfriend and I have found that their trivia is a little bit better than some other breweries' trivia, mostly due to the way they run it and the prizes you can win. The Taproom- It's a large, open space that lets in a lot of natural light during the daytime, and there's plenty of space for both large and small parties. They have a shuffleboard up against one wall as well, so there are some games and activities to play as a group if you get bored. The outdoor patio is also dog-friendly, something my girlfriend and I appreciate as we like to bring our dog with us when we go out for a drink or two to any local brewery. Additional bonus- this place is super LGBTQ+ friendly, and I love it. They have signs by their bathrooms that invite people to use the bathroom that aligns with the gender they identify by, and they have Pride flags hung throughout the taproom right now. During Pride month, they had a few additional Pride events/specialty beers, and it's awesome to see Mobcraft lead the way in the local brewery scene for LGBTQ+ support. For our most recent trip, my girlfriend and I sat out on the patio on a sunny Sunday afternoon, and I got a pint of Limonata Sunset, a combination of a lemon-flavored lager and their flagship sour beer with raspberries added in, and she got a 10 oz. glass of their Sour Golden Ale Zin Gin, a version of their Sour Golden Ale sour beer line that's been aged an additional 10 months in gin barrels. Both beers were great, and the Sour Golden had a nice zip to it. We also ordered one of their massive pretzels and highly recommend it for a nice afternoon snack. A perfect, laid back afternoon in a perfect setting.
