Beware! Beware! Beware! This bar will cheat your bill insanely withy no mercy. Me and a friend decide to go Moc Quan to have fun one night. Our order was a fish hot spot for $55.00 on the menu list.. At the end they gave us a bill of $150 for a few pieces of fish. I asked them why not the price on menu? then..blah blah blah...Can you believe it? Believe it and beware to go Moc Quan restaurant..
