I used to love the burgers from Modelier and ordered them several times through Bolt. Last time, we decided to eat at the location, but it was an unpleasant experience from the moment we walked in. The only reason I stayed was because the pulled pork burger is excellent. Maybe you should train your staff to be more polite and welcoming, especially considering the place was completely empty. Even though I like your food, the French fries are not worth €10 just for some grated cheese on top. I don’t recommend this place because of the unpleasant experience we had. When you dine out and pay over €30 for two people in Bucharest, you expect a complete experience — chill vibes and a good time — not to be treated poorly by the staff. And yet, they still received tips they didn’t deserve.

Ordered “Uhhh Mami” with the menu. The menu does not include drink. Massive portion of fries, could be smaller to slightly lower cost. The burger was pretty good, the house sauce had a decent mix between sweet and spicy, patty may be frozen but couldn’t fully confirm. Overall it could easily be 5/5 with some tweaks. Order came out in ~10 min so… very fast (means the prep was good in kitchen). Had some high hopes for this restaurant but as other reviews mentioned the staff (seat yourself??) and (aggressive) bugs flying are critical issues.

Definitely my favorite spot, whenever I am craving burgers, the bun is a bit crunchy, the onion has the right amount of sweetness. Service was always good, everyone is nice and helpful. The lemonades are also great 😊

One of the, if not, the best burger place in Bucharest in my opinion. Without fail, the burgers come out perfectly juicy and balanced every time, fries are nice and crispy and the pickles are a very nice touch. Also, cutlery allows for cutting the burger, which I prefer. Staff can be in a hurry when it gets full, but I would say it’s decent. Overall, this place deserved to be tried at least once.

Update 2022 - I ordered a salad that wasn't fresh. The tomatoes and the pomegranate were old and felt weird. Summer days seem challenging. The rest of the group was happy with the food. Service takes a little long even for drinks if the terrace is full. Update 2019 - better services, seating outside is a real pleasure during summer days. The burgers still very good. Could improve the recipe for the French fries. Initial review - Good food but I didn't appreciated the stuff. They could be friendlier, more polite and happy to help. They spend more time watching their smartphones than taking care of customers. The burgers are delicious and the range of drinks is diverse and original.

I went with a group of 12 co-workers and absolutely loved the burgers, cheesy fries, and drinks! I strongly recommend this place for the price-quality ratio. The only downside is that you can't really book a table if you're just two people. I recommend going with larger groups of friends.

Every time we go there, we are very satisfied with the quality of the food, and by food I mean burgers - and the overall experience. The burgers are very good - one of the best in town, in my opinion, the beverages are very good (the lemonade is awesome, BTW), beer is beer and the cocktails are very good. I have tried their salads and i was not disappointed, but it's painful to go there and eat a salad when the burgers are AWESOME! The only thing i didn't like was their desserts - neither of them. But again, it's just my opinion and frankly, i don't go to a burger joint to eat pancakes :)).
