One of the, if not, the best burger place in Bucharest in my opinion. Without fail, the burgers come out perfectly juicy and balanced every time, fries are nice and crispy and the pickles are a very nice touch. Also, cutlery allows for cutting the burger, which I prefer. Staff can be in a hurry when it gets full, but I would say it’s decent. Overall, this place deserved to be tried at least once.

I went here a few times and all I can stay is that their food kept its taste and it is delicious, as always. Also, the lemonade is very tasty. Recommend the place.✨

I had an amazing experience at Modelier, savoring some of the most delicious hamburgers and fries I have ever tasted. I'd like to start by saying that the restaurant had a pleasant and welcoming ambiance, with modern decor and a relaxing atmosphere. The hamburger I ordered was simply divine. From the first bite, I was captivated by the perfect combination of fresh and high-quality ingredients. The bun was soft and slightly toasted, and the patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, just the way I like it. I added some melted cheddar cheese slices, which brought a rich and creamy taste. The sauces and toppings complemented the hamburger harmoniously, creating an explosion of flavors in my mouth. I can't overlook the French fries I ordered as a side dish. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as they should be. Each fry was perfectly golden and had a delightful taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of seasonings available to accompany them, and the mix of salt and aromatic herbs added an extra layer of flavor. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and attentive to detail. The order was served quickly, and the waiters were willing to answer any questions I had about the menu or make recommendations. In conclusion, I highly recommend Modelier to anyone looking for an exceptional culinary experience. Their hamburgers are absolutely delicious, and the fries are equally delightful. You'll be surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere and receive excellent service. I will definitely be returning to taste other items from their diverse menu.

I've been coming here for almost 10 years, and it still has some of the best burgers in town, and it still feels nice and comfy.

Update 2022 - I ordered a salad that wasn't fresh. The tomatoes and the pomegranate were old and felt weird. Summer days seem challenging. The rest of the group was happy with the food. Service takes a little long even for drinks if the terrace is full. Update 2019 - better services, seating outside is a real pleasure during summer days. The burgers still very good. Could improve the recipe for the French fries. Initial review - Good food but I didn't appreciated the stuff. They could be friendlier, more polite and happy to help. They spend more time watching their smartphones than taking care of customers. The burgers are delicious and the range of drinks is diverse and original.

Have been there for the burgers and I can say that they are very good, I have tried the Hulk Smash as a menu (with fries, pickles and a sauce). I was surprised to see that on a Wednesday evening around 20.30 it was almost fully occupied, due to that it was a bit noisy (nothing to complain about). The service was ok, once we got seated the waitress took our order when she had time, we received the drinks fast and the food came soon after..
