The experience and help (only if you ask for it) is next level. Olivier helped me pick out my wedding suit, couldn’t have done it without him. Such a great store. They were super accommodating.

I had a super comfortable and natural experience purchasing here, the lady who helped me was super friendly and creative about styling, she introduced me beautiful items which otherwise I wouldn’t even notice. I spent more than two hours in the store and she was just like a friend giving me advices and suggestions with passion and energy. Thank you so much for this lovely afternoon!

Central location, cozy interior, very welcoming staff - what's not to like? The young lady in the perfume section was very competent, friendly and helpful.

Probably worst shopping experience I’ve had in a while, went there with a friend and was absolutely ignored. I didn’t mind and sniffed all the perfume by myself, would have been nice to have some guidance and someone who is actually knowledgeable in perfumes there to help. Then when I picked out my fragrance, which is very expensive btw, I noticed my friend who got the discovery set was given two samples. When I asked the older blonde woman if I could have one also you would have thought I asked her for her first born child by her reaction. She literally ROLLED HER EYES AND SIGHED, like some sort of middle school movie mean girl. She reluctantly gave me one and then we proceeded to the register where she kept the attitude. I payed and was so excited for the perfume, but left there feeling regretful that I even gave them my money. My friend thought the same. Just save yourself the hassle and go to necessities where the people who work there actually care. Sad to say, but won’t be going back.

I have been attempting to return a perfume for over 1 month now. First the correct return documents were not provided so it could not be dropped off, then they were provided after chasing twice. Documents were incorrect and perfume has been returned to me, I have been trying to get a response for over 1 week now but no contact. Feel that this is not good enough considering the product costs so much.

Flagship store, appreciate this classic architectural choice of building location. Friendly staff sharing insights, that makes a big difference.

Gorgeous shopfront with pieces that are much coveted. More importantly, the staff were super helpful and genuinely nice. They offered suggestions and were very attentive. Good to see such exemplary support for a high quality brand. No snooty behaviour detected here. I feel much happier about spending my money at such places.

I was very excited about my first visit to Dries Van Noten store in Antwerp, because it's my personal place of worship. The store located in marvelous building in very central area. The collection is remarkable, the stuff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I found that the whole experience of brand was very cohesive through all touch points. I left with couple treasures to my private collection, and great memory of the visit.

Can't visit Antwerp and just ignore Dries Van Noten's shop. You don't have to buy something (chances are you can't), just walk by - nice neighbourhood for fashion folks!
