Modern Art Gallery Sant'Anna

Beautiful building, and art. I was very impressed by the statues and paintings of the 20th century. What a beautiful time it must have been for nature and cities.....it is a shame that in one century the world and its invironment is changed so much. One can learn that we have to change.... I can recomment this museum for its beauty and peacefulness in the middle of Palermo......great place to relax.

One of the best and largest modern art galleries of Italy. A large collection with many local gems, well organized, well maintained. The best lighting organization in Italy. Every painting is well lit, very few have reflections. Air conditioned. Excellent art book store.

The museum’s permanent collection ends with the 1930s. There was a modern/contemporary exhibit. So the name might be misleading for non Italians but I loved many of the paintings and statues mostly XIX century

There were only 10 other visitors on a Thursday afternoon at 3pm, end of September. There are many Italian painters. Nice exhibition with modern art

What a great find. We had a truly wonderful experience here, walking slowly, enjoying each spacious room. As you enter the room, the lights turn up illuminating each piece. As a landscape painter, I found the range of artists here inspiring. Staff helpful. The building itself is stunning. Highly recommend xxx

great art, not too crowded very beautiful

Great art museum with a permanent collection( 18th to 20 th century) and there is currently a photo collection. Check out the " sun thief" ( Francesco Lojacono) or the quite court yard.
