Looks like they have deleted all their previous negative reviews. We had a rental with them in 2020, which we were unable to use due to COVID travel restrictions and a nationwide lockdown. James Murphy refused to refund $6000 for a house rental we could not use.
If during a pandemic, there was no hope, then I say renter beware.
