Wirtshaus Mohren

It is our second visit after 2 years+. But the level of the restaurant is still very good. We ate small salad and 3/3 Swabian (three Swabian local specialties on one plate). The salad was described as „small“, but it was good portion(carrots, rocket salad, potato salad, cucumber, tomato, etc.) Actually I had 3/3 Swabian at Kupfelre at lunch time and personally I thought Dumplings were slightly better at Kupferle, but other 2 local specialties were better at Mohren - especially Käse Spetzle was excellent! It was heavy, but heart warming dishes with huge portion😄 I also saw someone ordered a burger, which was huge one. The service was friendly and excellent- nothing to complain, just compliments! The space between tables were also wide enough. WC was clean. We will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Nice ambience and friendly service. We went in the evening and the place was packed - had to wait for about 10 mins for a table. Compared to other restaurants in the area, food was reasonably priced, and the Käsespätzle was great! Definitely a place to visit again if ever back in the area.

Many vegan options we were really happy. The vegan gyros definitely was a great dish :)!

Very nice German restaurant. The veal dumplings (more like a ravioli) and Spätzle was great, but venison was out of this world. Perfectly medium rare and fork-cuttingly tender !

If you wanna typical Schabisch food, it’s really a perfect place to go!

What an excellent traditional German meal First of all the had an English menu for me The food was great the wine was great, service was good.

We were there with a party of 8. Service was excellent and pretty fast for our group. Something for everyone on the menu from vegan-vegetarian-carnivore! Everyone was satisfied.

I had a schnitzel, and it was the best one I’ve ever had. The food came here in no-time,and the workers were very friendly. The desert also came in no-time. If I could give it 6 stars I would. 😀👍

This place has delicious food and excellent service. I was nearby with my co-worker and on a beautiful evening and we saw that they had outdoor seating. What a surprise that the food and service were so excellent. We both got the Swabian trio with Roast Pork. It was excellent. The best part was tha kasespatzle. I get a dark beer and the waiter made execellent wine suggestions for local wines for my co-worker. I will definietly have to stop by next time I am in town.
