Lorenzo was amazing today in guiding us how to navigate the canals.

We had such a wonderful experience with Sam! From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He made sure our group felt comfortable and confident before setting off. Sam’s friendly attitude and genuine care for making our day special really stood out. He had a positive energy and we left with big smiles and great memories thanks to his excellent service. Another nice rental and a gorgeous trip through the canals. Even though we showed up almost an hour late, we could use the boat as planned for 3 hours

The reservation was easy to change even on the same day. The day was rainy, but we could see that the weather would it clear up later, and there was no problem in changing our trip for later that day. Half way our boat trip the engine seemed to get slower. It may be a good idea to check the battery, as sometimes you may need to get fast out of the way for bigger boats. It all went well anyways and we had a lovely time. Also, great service from Max, the boat guy with fun and positive attitude.

We rent a boat for 4 hours, saw all beautiful canals, boat is easy to drive. It is not so fast and we were able to enjoy the views:) we had a great time! And will rent boat here again

Great boat trip, really nice helpful staff Max explained everything well and we had a fab time. The boys went swimming off a pontoon and we also got to see the centre and the 7 bridges. Cheers and see you guys again.

Very smooth rental process, boats were sturdy and easy enough to navigate. We appreciated the canal route map! Would definitely do this again.

My boat that has been paid in advance for two week has been cancelled in one hour to start the tour (Boat location Weesper) with reason - the boat is broken, without any apologize and alternative option. Ater half hour rude conversation lazy staff are agreed to provide an another boat bau in different location and in three hour later. There are no any offer to compensation related to worse experience and lost time still has not been provided
