The coffee I ordered was served in a cup that had been used before and wasn’t washed properly. The stains were old and dried — at first I thought they were part of the cup’s design, but after rubbing a bit, it was clear they were old coffee marks. You can even see that I cleaned the right side of the cup myself. The spoon also had a mark on it even though I hadn’t used it yet. I didn’t mention the issue to the staff, and I’m not upset — the service overall was excellent. I just hope more attention is given to these details in the future.

The location was nice and the service was friendly. The cappuccino was average for me — someone who likes more milk would probably enjoy it. The lemon cake was nice. I would recommend the place to visit at least once. Unfortunately, they didn’t have many pastries available

The cappuccino was nice but I wish it was a bit stronger. The lemon cake was a bit dry for my liking but tasted nice. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend sitting outside.

Great selection of quality coffee. Helpful service. When the people that work there. Understand not only how to make the coffee correctly, they understand the nuances. Of what makes the flavors stand out. Whether it be an aero press or origami. I appreciate the dedication.

Excellent coffee This is quite possibly the best coffee that we've had in France. The beans were good quality and the resulting coffee was rich, smooth and creamy. The milk was steamed to perfection - the barista really knows how to make coffee!

Great coffee and delightful ambiance. We frequented this place nearly every day during our stay in Lyon, usually towards closing time. Tried the Ethiopia filtered coffee, and the lady who served us was exceptionally pleasant.

Iced coffee tastes very good. I recommend ordering it with oat milk. The coffee, milk and ice ratio is just perfect. Hot cappuccino was also good, but iced is much better :) Owner is also nice. Cafe shop is just next to Hotel Dieu.

This was recommended by my Lyon walking tour guide. It’s one of the best coffee and chai latte I’ve ever had. Coffee is very smooth and aromatic. Chai latte has a strong ginger taste to it. There’s a nice alfresco area to dine in and people watch. Highly recommend this spot.
