The room itself is nice and has great potential — the location is excellent, very convenient, and close to everything you might need. Unfortunately, the maintenance and cleanliness significantly affect the overall experience. The place isn’t properly maintained: half of the lights in the room don’t work, the balcony is neglected and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or taken care of in a long time, and the jacuzzi, which was supposed to be one of the highlights of the stay, simply isn’t inviting to use — it needs care, regular maintenance, and much more attention. The general cleanliness in the room is also disappointing, especially in the less visible areas — it doesn’t look like a proper deep cleaning was done. In addition, one of the shower heads is simply broken, which only adds to the feeling of neglect. All in all, this place has a great location and plenty of potential, but when cleanliness and maintenance aren’t up to standard, it’s hard to truly enjoy your stay. A real shame — with a little effort, this place could be perfect.

This boutique is in an excellent location. It is in an older neighborhood with unique details in the area and great cafes with the main nightlife only a few blocks away. It is also right next to Jaffa which is also easily within walking distance. The room is large for Tel Aviv as was the bed. The hotel had such interesting features with tile and a water feature. We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Lovely stay. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was adequate and very clean, the atmosphere was also very pleasant, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The location of the boutique is perfect. The price is absolutely appropriate for Tel Aviv. Overall - The boutique is a great place to stay and enjoy the city. Speacial Thanks to Golan for making my stay a 5 star experience.

This hotel room was so nice and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to a lot of great shops, restaurants, gelato and bars. The room itself (I stayed in the double room) was big and spacious and had a nice bathroom.||||I didn't realize when I booked this hotel it had a self check-in/out service. It was easy to get the keys however the room didn't contain any information on checkout procedure, contact info or how to use control the temperature (display was in Hebrew), so make sure you print out your welcome pack or have it on your phone with the information.||||The real negative was I saw it had luggage storage on their site, but I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone to store my luggage on my last day so I had to take it around the city with me.||||However,overall a really nice hotel and I would definitely come back.

Just what I needed for my stay in Tel Aviv. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The location is super great, next to my favourite ice cream shop Anita. If you’re ordering a taxi, I’d suggest to order it from the main road as the small streets could be closed for works/during the weekend. The neighbourhood is quiet but since it’s a small building, I was able to hear the baby crying in the next door apartment and the bachelorette party downstairs. We had an issue with electricity outage during the night and the staff were able to provide me with some status updates via WhatsApp which made it reassuring. Nonetheless, I had an uneventful stay, and the staff were nice and polite.

I think this is the best and only place to stay in Tel-Aviv! It is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and it has everything you might need. The location is perfect, you’re close to sea and you’re in the middle of the most charming neighborhood of Tel Aviv! The management is just lovely and considerate, I felt comfortable to ask them for anything I needed and I was always taken care of. I can’t wait to go back.

This was an ideal place: Clean, high-end and modern. Much more personal than a regular hotel and fully stocked with everything you'd need. The location couldn't have been better - it's in the middle of Neve Tzedek near dozens of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Easy walk to the beach, Old Jaffa and more. It takes just a few minutes walk to larger stores which made it very convenient. The owner was fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended!

This is our second time at the molocho 4 penthouse. Perfect couples retreat in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood. Super clean, and comfy. The balcony is great, and the jacuzzi is perfect.. highly recommend.
