Booked a van site close to the creek only for the platypus and did not disappoint. That afternoon two platypus were just outside our van! The shower and toilet block was spotless. You can buy wood for fire pit. $5 for a large load of washing. We enjoyed our stay at the park. Flat, grassy sites.

Great spot! We don’t usually stay in caravan Parks because they are full of RVs all close together, but this had a spot for that as well as a paddock out the back where most people with tents went for some more serenity. Owner is a great guy, very friendly. Stay was $20 which is reasonable, and you have toilets, showers and laundry facilities. Doggies can also come with you which was great for us and our furry friend. . Overall a great spot to stay for the night

It’s a no contact check in We had a site next to the stream and saw platypus everyday. We were told dusk and dawn, but were lucky enough to see them in the day too. There were 2 showers and one toilet and a separate toilet block, all were clean and tidy. A short drive from town

Great spot by a river you can spot platypus at. We appreciated the kitchen area with a kettle, microwave, fridge, and sink. The bathroom was clean, and they have coin showers. Great if you are going to Craddle Mountain of the Walls of Jerusalem .

Such a beatiful spot for camping by a creek with stunning mountain views. The park has hot showers, kitchen, firewood, laundry and even a vending machine with snack & meals. The host were very welcoming & considerate – they really looked after me. Thank you! 🙂

We chose to stay here after visiting Cradle Mountain. It’s a small quiet park in a beautiful valley. Our site by the stream was peaceful. The owners are very helpful and keep everything clean and tidy.

Cute little spot with great creek/stream. Fire pits available for those who wanted a roast. Dog friendly too. Loved the chicken who was wandering around the place, she was friendly. Hopefully we get to see a platypus next time we visit.

Fantastic little park on the banks of the creek. Saw a Platypus on the first afternoon of our stay. The owners are very nice and always happy to help.
