Moleskine - Market Street

I drove to the store especially to shop. It's 3:09pm and I found a sign on the door reading 'out to lunch.' Staff is entitled to breaks and lunch. But at least indicate that in the operating hours so I don't have to waste time to come to the store and not be able to shop. I hope it's a one-off thing.

Coolest people. Will is especially helpful, very kind and considerate. Definitely helped me make my purchase. Very happy with his service. Definitely coming back

Alex helped me out last Saturday and delivered outstanding service. Moleskine’s online support is below average and not helpful for following up with customers. Because of their poor service quality, I was having trouble meeting my timeline. I reached out to the Moleskine SF store, and Alex not only resolved the issue for me but also did so with impressive promptness. His customer service went above and beyond my expectations.

who doesn't love a store full of high quality notebooks? pro tip: get ur moleskin engraved in the store as opposed to online for superior quality.

The staff was insanely nice and checked in at a regular but not overwhelming pace to see if I needed anything . The books were beautiful to flip though , and they had some available to write in for testing. They also had their special edition notebooks on display, including star wars, Alice in wonderland, David Bowie , Bob Dylan , multiple harry Potter and multiple Lord of the Rings books. The books themselves were gorgeous and well made . They also had an assortment of bags on display !

Great aesthetically pleasing store filled with nice notebooks. Have personalization/customization for your items on the spot. Can spend forever in this place! :)

I had a very disappointing experience with the engraving service. The process felt disorganized and rushed, which made me anxious. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 products didn’t come out as I had hoped. I'm especially frustrated because I’ll be using a notebook that I’m not happy with for at least a year. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and the results.
