Dropped by Molli in Abbotsford and the pork dip sandwich absolutely delivered. The dip had a rich, bold flavour — seemed like it had a red wine base or something similar — not your usual gravy. Whatever it was, it worked. The pork was shredded nice and thin with a great smoky, almost cured meat texture. Super tender, not chewy at all. Seriously good stuff.
Also had the English breakfast muffin. It was fine — pretty saucy, but the flavours (egg, meat, etc.) didn’t really come together in a standout way.
Staff were awesome — super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
