Mollie's Motel & Diner Bristol

We went for breakfast with our son for his birthday. The food was excellent and the drinks were too. Everything gas was beautifully presented and tasted great too. The service was spot on and we appreciated the sparkler in the pancakes for our son’s birthday! We haven’t been for a while, will be back again soon for sure. Great value!

We had a fantastic stay at Mollie’s Motel & Diner and cannot recommend it enough. The highlight was the amazing food; every meal at the diner was delicious, full of flavor, and served with a great vibe. The hotel is also in a great location, situated just outside of Bristol, it offers easy access to the city while providing a much more relaxed and accessible atmosphere. Most importantly, it is excellent value for money. You get sleek, high-end design and incredibly comfortable rooms at a price point that’s hard to beat. It’s stylish, spotlessly clean, and offers a premium experience without the premium price tag. We’ll definitely be back!

Spent a great evening with a bunch of friends last night . The good was good over several diffent dishes , only observation was portion size small especially when it tasted so good. Standout of the evening was over server DAN , very attentive polite and friendly, good about checking allergies, and responding to our requests, all in all a example of what a great server should . One downside was the dessert , i thought id try the "cookie dough" which not had before but was delicious ( not served by Dan) BUT came in a metal dish that was REALLY REALLY Hot Gave me a really painfull burn that blistered 😞and had my finger wrapped in ice vubes all night🥶🤣 Could of done with a heads up that it was so hot . But apart from that a great night .

The rooms are great. Clean, well laid out and comfortable. Room lighting is a bit awkward but you can sort it. But I have a big issue with the diner. The service is terrible. They are friendly if you can get service. Better order all at once and don’t let a server walk away if you don’t have all you need. And it’s almost impossible to get a check. You can pay from the table but if it need adjustment, good luck. Would not be so bad if there weren’t 5-6 service staff standing around doing nothing. Those at are working just look past you. Figure it out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding experience at Mollie’s Bristol, thanks to Kian. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. Kian’s knowledge, timing and care elevated the whole experience and made us feel truly looked after. The food was exceptional – beautifully cooked, full of flavour and easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Bristol. Every detail felt thoughtful and well executed, and the service matched the quality of the food perfectly. A huge thank you to Kian for making the evening so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending Mollie’s (and Kian!) to everyone.

Lovely rooms. Good quality products e.g. shampoo etc. Dyson hair dryer, ghd straighteners. Ate the diner and food was excellent. Emma our server was first class. Really enjoyable experience. Will definitely return

Spent an evening at Mollie’s Diner tonight for a spontaneous Valentine’s Day dinner and I can’t rate it high enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. Our server Emma was such a bubbly, warm and kind hearted person and made us feel so welcomed and homely. She quickly sorted out an issue with our order (we didn’t get our extra chilli beef but she went to the kitchen and got us some asap) and constantly checked on us to ensure we were doing okay, if we needed more drinks etc. Another lovely staff member removed my first empty glass from the table and she noticed right away and asked if I had gotten my second drink, which I said that I had. Emma genuinely had such an amazing personality and was so caring towards her tables. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a diner experience, the food was fabulous and the staff made the evening. Thank you Emma for your hard work and service 🎉✨💕

Emma was a great server and made me feel welcome as a sole diner. The flat iron steak portion was large and the fries were good. Less good were the broccoli and spinach. The broccoli didn't taste great and had some kind of seasoning. The spinach was seasoned nicely. They looked like they had sat for a very long time. First world problems, was too tired to ask and get in a discussion. Overall, great experience and will be back if staying locally.
