Came by on my last night in Canberra before heading home. Staff are super friendly and love/have fun with what they do! Regulars are welcomed just as fondly as newcomers are! For anyone who is seeking to enter, head through the open door in the laneway and head up the stairs on your right. I highly recommend this place, fantastic drinks, amazing atmosphere, the best bar staff! P.S: I recommend the Bootsy Collins, favourite drink of the night!

Recently had my 21st birthday party in the vault function room, 1920s themed. The staff were lovely and helpful as always, shout out to Michael our bartender for the night, food and drinks were delicious, atmosphere and music was perfect for the 1920s vibe, and overall a memorable night!! I always love going to Molly’s to listen to the jazz and have a cocktail, it’s definitely my favourite place in Canberra 🥰

I've regretfully not taken any pictures of the cocktails as I enjoyed it that much! Molly is what you may call a speakeasy. It was well hidden that I'd walked past it twice. Once inside, you're almost taken back to the 70's vibe. The range of whiskeys are simply incredible. The bartenders are nice and loves a good chat. Also, they provide pretzels on the house. I'd highly recommend Molly to anyone visiting Canberra and is possibly one of the better bars I've visited.

Incredible, no other words. If you've been to Baxter's inn, in Sydney, then your will vibe with Molly. Very very good, exceptional staff, exceptional cocktails, magnificent whisky selection 👌

Cool spot for the speakeasy effect. But a big disappointment for a bar that whisky section takes up most of the menu- the bartenders know next to nothing about the whisky/bourbon they have, and didn’t even bother to look up answers to my questions. Couldn’t provide opinions or recommendations either. (We sat at the bar and there were only 1 or 2 other guests in the bar.)

Okay, it IS a challenge to find - but worth the effort! Great atmosphere, moody and sexy. Plenty of seating options and there appeared to be a separate area for functions/?larger bookings perhaps. We didn't have food but the cocktails were great! Staff and service excellent. Highly recommended!

Truly the best Jazz and Cocktail bar in Canberra. Wonderful Jazz Tuesday - Friday. Great atmosphere and the bar staff are incredible. Give them free reign to craft the perfect drink for your taste and enjoy the night. Lucas, Liam, Cameron and the team take pride in finding the right drink for your pallet. Molly very quickly becomes a home.

These guys know their shit. Shoutout to Liam for recommending the very lovely Kilchoman Islay 9 year old. He could tell you everything about the distiller down to what they ate for breakfast. Top stuff. TLDR; Let the bartender talk about why they love a drop and you’ll love it too. Music was on point for an after work have-a-chat. No notes. Cheers, Molly

Super cool hidden speakeasy. It is almost impossible to find, but worth it once you get there. Long copper bar, nice lighting and well made drinks.

Nice smooth drinks as welcoming as the atmosphere, which can be romantic, fun, raucous or relaxed depending on your mood. Dim lighting, comfortable seating and just as nice by the bar as it is on the tables near the small stage. A great place for an old fashioned and a good long talk with your date or your friends.

Loved this bar. Great ambiance, part of the fun was looking for the bar. I ordered their weekly martini, and this week's was one with 40% alcohol (a little too strong for me). The bartender noticed I didn't really touch my drink and offered to replace it with something else. Very good service.
