I came here on New Year’s Eve with my family, expecting nobody to be working and for the restaurant to be closed. To our surprise there was an amazing employee who gave us just such a lovely experience. He was a younger Asian guy that was just so polite and friendly that we all walked away happy with our ice cream impressed by the service we were provided. He even adhered to health and food-safe guidelines and wore a mask while serving ice cream, making me wonder why other employees at ice cream shops aren’t required to, but that’s a different conversation. This just shows how above-and-beyond this worker is. On top of being someone that worked on the holidays so the business could still run, the server was extremely patient and caring, showing us that he was really just happy to be serving others and giving customers amazing and memorable moments of connection. Being that Molly Moons is a business that does not accept tips from customers, their other locations have suffered in customer service. However, though knowing he would not be able to accept a tip from my large family our server at the Queen Anne location still provided us with such great service, accommodating to all our requests without once making our large order feel like a burden, something many customer service employees naturally fall victim of. This all just shows how hardworking and genuine this person is! We were given many samples, many recommendations, and large portions, all from a great-spirited attitude. He was also very quick, efficient, and had great communication skills, making him even better at his job. Applause to whoever hired him, and more importantly to the guy himself! Thanks!
