Google
Good homemade pizza and great service! Came out quick. If you are looking for pizza on molokai, this is your place!

Google
Surprisingly good pizza spot for a remote island like Molokai. While the pizza isn’t anything that will blow your mind, they do have a good selection of toppings available and they don’t skimp on the cheese, to say the least. They also have a fair number of pizza alternatives in the menu (and as specials), although I can’t speak to how good they are. The service was excellent, our server was so friendly and helpful, stopping by a few times to see how we were doing. The interior is a little old school but very clean and appealing. We definitely enjoyed our pre-flight pizza!

Google
Amazing pizza! This is a locally owned restaurant and the pizza is excellent. We got the Maunaloa (meat lover’s) pizza in medium and this is plenty for two people. Reasonable prices considering this is Moloka’i. Easily located in the town of Kaunakakai across from the Moloka’i Burger restaurant off of Highway 450.

Google
Had a Maui pizza.. pepperoni, onion, red sauce and subbed black olives for green peppers. Service is exceptional. Welcoming, genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Pizza was hot, sauce had great flavor....I would order extra sauce next time. There is ample parking and handicap spaces.

Google
The Oahu pizza (pepperoni, peppers, onions, mushrooms) was SO good! The large fed our family of 2 adults and 2 kids just fine. It was the perfect thing to grab on our way out to the airport. Not greasy, flavorful, and perfect amount of toppings.

Yelp
Come hungry, but be prepared to relax and not be in a hurry, remember, this is Molokai (which is great)! The pizza was delicious, with a sauce that was a bit sweet, not greasy and cooked just right. Our waitress really hustled to take care of everyone and was really pleasant as she worked hard to serve us all. A real treasure of a location!

Yelp
I hate to give a bad review. This place, the pizza looked amazing but sadly we didn't try it. I got the wings, they were horrendous. I wish I got a picture, because even the look was quite displeasing... probably my fault for not getting pizza at a pizza place. Just warning people not to get the wings. The service is great and the staff is SUPER friendly. Would be happy to go back and try the pizza.

Yelp
Molokai Pizza defies the odds of staying alive after all these years. Located at the end of the Kaunakakai Wharf and the main crossroad, right next to Moloka'i Burger, it offers plenty of parking. The menu is inexpensive, simple, concise and matches what residents need: hand-fabricated pizzas, basic salads, entrees, sandwiches, burgers, a "canned" fountain of soft drinks, and daily specials. The overall ambiance is very clean, hung with decorative Hawaiian themed pictures and artifacts, with both sit down full service, and a take out counter for pick ups. It fills up quickly after 6pm with groups of families and deuces. Service is friendly, quick and polite. Between the two of us we ordered a large simple salad and medium "Molokai" pizza. The basic salad included roughly chopped iceberg lettuce with a smattering of thin-cut halved tomato slices, fat pieces of cucumber, and thick sliced onion pieces. The dressing we selected was individual packs of Kraft Ranch. Being some of the first customers on a Saturday night the freshly made pepperoni and cheese pizza came out fast, piping hot and very attractive delivered on a stand. The medium sized pizza hit the spot and was more than enough for two with breakfast leftovers. If you are seeking simple, quick, tasty and healthier food options this is a place to consider. Yes, sometimes menu items run out, but due to limited barge deliveries, inclement weather, and lack of consistent staffing, it is fortunate that the few remaining Molokai restaurants survive and flourish.

Yelp
We had a consistently positive experience here, trying several different items from the menu, and everything was delicious. Pizza - yum! The salads were my favorite. Beyond the great food, the staff truly made the experience special. The cashiers were always friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The restaurant itself was spotless, with employees constantly cleaning and maintaining a tidy environment. It's worth noting that no alcohol is served here, but the overall quality of the food and service more than makes up for it.

Yelp
We always stop here when we come to town Yumm. It's open later most other places here.

Yelp
Pizza was fine. The crust was a little soft. If I order SHEIN I will ask for a crispier crust.

Yelp
Molokai Pizza Cafe really improved their food this year 2025! Amazing Service and Having more options on the menu is great!!

Bman ..

Yelp
The food was great and customer service is always pretty good, but they need to separate their orders because my cheesy bread always gets stuck to the parchment paper.

Yelp
The best part about this place is the team. They do a phenomenal job and make you feel right at home. Pizza is good. I wish the crust had a little more "umph" Hit it when you are on island!

Yelp
Ordered the Teriyaki Wings and a Turkey and cheese pita. The wings were a solid 2.5 out of 5, tasted kinda old! The pita was good, not the best but not bad, solid 4. Service was great, our waitress was very friendly and accommodating.

Yelp
Really good pizza and friendly people. We got the Big Island Pizza. We like that they slice in small slices.
google avatar

Yelp
Solid pizza on Moloka'i! Comes out piping hot, and has a family-friendly atmosphere. My main regret is that they don't serve beer. A pie without a pilsner is like a Hawaii without a waterfall, or a dozen.

Yelp
Super friendly Nice pie with generous toppings Prices are fair on a very expensive food landscape
google avatar

Myriam B.

Yelp
Good choice of pizza, burgers, salads, pastas or diner plates. We ordered pizza, pasta and ribs for take out. Service is around 20 min. There are games for kids and Molokaï´s souvenirs to buy. Tables for eating inside and food is very good.
google avatar

Yelp
Friendly staff, very tasty pepperoni pizza. The bottom crust could have been crispier. It was perfect when reheated in the oven.

Yelp
We are here twice on our recent visit to Molokai. Pizza was very good as were the wings. The next night we returned and had hamburgers. We waited an hour for our order of 3 burgers. Burgers were not worth the wait. Buns were dry. No sauce of any kind. I ordered a teriyaki burger with sautéed onions. I finally found 2 or 3 pieces of onion. Definitely pizza is the star here. Our servers both nights were charming which was a plus.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I shared a whole pie and ate the whole thing in one night. I don't know what it is, but everything tastes better on Molokai!!!

Yelp
I always get takeout so I can't comment on the dine in service. You have to put into context that this restaurant is in Molokai and you don't have any other options for Pizza. We always get the large Maui pizza which gives you 16 slices which is good to feed to adults and two small kids. Easy to call in the order and the workers are always friendly. Look for coupons in the dispatch (newspaper) for some discounts but other than that food is well priced and tastes pretty good after a day at the beach.

Yelp
Pies that Rock! As a local, pizza is my comfort food and for the youngest among us: the holy grail. Molokai Pizza Cafe delivers the food, service, and ambiance to satisfy all generations. I understand the Cafe is under new management which shows via increased employee friendliness and better customer service, on-time-pickup delivery (I call ahead), and taste. I dig Friday Specials. And any pie with white sauce is a winnah. For the 5 to 12 age group, the birthday parties rock at affordable prices.

Yelp
Scratched an itch I've had a for a very long time. Reminds me of my Pizza from my childhood in the best possible way. Love this place

Yelp
I still eat here when I'm short on time. Takes about 25 minutes to get your order. When your order linguine they give you a pretty good size portion. It can make 2 meals.

Valerie P.

Yelp
unwelcoming to tourist and made us wait 2 hours for pizza and serving everyone else but us. people that got there well after us and that ordered the same things, if not more. extremely rude and kept telling us 35 minutes and laughing. didn't give us the pizza till we asked for a refund and the pizza sucked. they were out of everything.
google avatar

Kelsie T.

Yelp
I'm from Oahu but was craving pizza and ordered a medium pepperoni mushroom. The cheese hits different. not bad for the price!

Courtney E.

Yelp
We love the pizza and the staff. Super friendly and the environment is awesome. We look forward to eating here again.

Yelp
Molokai Pizza Cafe Opened in 1992 Featuring: Molokai Fresh Dough Pizzas Incredible Bread Stix Cool Crisp Salads Popular Pasta Dishes Barbecue Baby Back Ribs Chicken Dinners Kids Meals Daily Specials *Molokai's original pizzeria My best friend and I ordered the 10" Big Island pizza: Pepperoni, ham, bacon, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, and onions. We also ordered the 12 piece Hot Buffalo Wings. My friend says, "the pizza & wings satisfied her hunger." I enjoyed the retro theme atmosphere & overall deliciousness of the food. I highly recommend eating here. P.s. There's an old school PAC Man Arcade Machine. 50 ¢ per game

Joe C.

Yelp
We have eaten here 3 times. The pizza is very good. The servers are very attentive and happily answer any of your questions. We had heros today that were also very good. It is a quiet location with some background music, mostly from the 60s. Overall a good experience.

Yelp
When we went to Molokai pizza cafe we ordered at the counter and got our pizza brought to our car about 10 minutes later. It was a super quick process and very minimal contact. Very clean too! We ordered the Maui pizza which is a veggie pizza. It was absolutely delicious! We brought it to the beach near our hotel and ate it there. It was a very nice experience!

Yelp
Discreet little pizza place with very good pizza. The one we tried, Big Island, was like the works. Pepperoni, ham, bacon, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, onions, Italian sausage and ground beef. I'd rank it above average fast food variety. The Teriyaki wings were also good, tasty and not dry. We also had fresh made lemonade that was super refreshing and finished with soft serve ice cream.

Liz N.

Yelp
Overall, not great but only option on a Sunday when everything closed. Food: pizza was not the worst I have had. One step above Totino's frozen pizza. Service: bad. Waited an hour for one 10" pizza. We were initially told to sit down for dine-in service but no one came to help us so we ordered at counter and after 50 min of waiting someone came to tell us to get out of the table if we were not dining in. I don't understand why we had to leave table. The place was empty and we had initially been instructed to sit there. Ambiance: meh. Nothing special.

Yelp
M- a home town hero. Pizza pie is done well and they have a line out the door most every night. Service is slow because of the online ordering. But they have a friendly atmosphere. Not fine dining by any means but you won't leave hungry. Save room for ice cream it's the best spun in town.

Yelp
This place has AMAZING pizza! I was visiting from Oahu and this is one of the best pizza places I've had in Hawaii and I tried a bunch! I told my husband that we need to visit again, even if it's just for pizza. I love that they have the video games too. We ate here a few times and also wanted to try subs, but they were out of a bunch of stuff. Such is island life, but it seemed like they were out of more than I would expect, even for Island life. But it didn't matter too much because the food we did get was so good. The seating was nice and quiet too. We even got another pizza to go on the way to the airport. Thank you!!!

Yelp
Visited here for the weekend and ate at Paddlers, Molokai burger, and the pizza cafe and this was by far the favorite! Family friendly ambiance. Great pizza even better service good breadsticks really tender and delicious chicken! The sauce was great and the price was definitely worth it. Got our food and water our super quick! I love Molokai and this place has definitely earned a return visit :)!!

Yelp
We went there yesterday for lunch while we were on Moloka'i for work. One of our Moloka'i office's ladies took us there and it was awesome. Two of us shared their seafood alfredo pizza and our other coworker had their meatball sub. We also ordered their breadsticks. Everything was so 'ono and their customer service was excellent. I will be definitely be eating there again the next time I go to Moloka'i for business or pleasure. Oh by the way, they accept CASH only but they have an ATM in there.
google avatar

Yelp
Molokai is definitely a different island than the rest of the Hawaiian chain (especially if you're a mainlander like me). On our day trip to Molokai, our tour guide brought us here to grab a quick bite for lunch. The town didn't have much variety so pizza was as good as anything. This establishment only takes cash so be prepared. The menu is your standard pizzeria - pizza, pasta, wings and some basic salads. Our group got a few salads while the kiddies got some pizza. The pizza was met with decent reviews (although I'm not sure if it really tasted good or they were just starving). The crust was super puffy so if that's your thing, that's a plus. Salads were meh - your basic iceberg lettuce along with some tomatoes and cucumbers along with dressing in a pouch. Staff here is really friendly but since its Molokai, things will take a tad longer to come out so be patient. Worth trying if you're in the area and looking for familiar tastes.

Yelp
I am such a fan of good pizza and had Pizza from this place twice during a three day stay. The first day, I shared a pizza with my host and was lucky to take home the leftovers for dinner at the hotel. We had dine in service, and apparently this is one of the rare places that has air conditioning. If you like cheese more than crust, ask for it with no crust, which means the cheese goes all the way to the edge of the pizza, yum! The second day, I made a phone order for a Molokini- a personal sized pizza and it was ready when I picked it up. Remember it is a cash only spot, but they do have an ATM inside. They also have a change machine if you want to play any of the crane games inside. Yummy pizza, and friendly service. Oh, and don't forget the AC!
google avatar

Lilia T.

Yelp
I drove here from the West side (far) to see a sign on your door that states you're "closed" on wed/thurs, Booo!!! Please update your website as it states you are "open" everyday! I did also call many times. Phone kept ringing! Please update & add a voicemail notifying your customers of times/days & updates. Food is always "great!!!" Mahalo!!!

Yelp
Sorry no pictures, gobbled up my food so quickly. I always look forward to going to Molokais only pizza place. When you enter there is someone squirting hand sanitizer on your hands which I appreciate. Dining in is an option, but I chose take out. They also dont take credit cards cash only. My favorite is the Maui pizza with no sauce and no crust. I mean really why even have crust. They have a great buttery garlic bread stick that yummy dipped in ranch. They offer pepperoni breadsticks as well. I also liked their turkey pocket. A good size large enough to share. A pitta pocket filled with turkey, tomatoe, onion and lettuce. You can also have it toaster. Comes with chips and a pickle. Their food consistantly taste the same from over 20 years ago.

Yelp
Super clutch when in a pinch for some food on the island. Really good pizza... meat was nice and savory and the cheese was delicious. But... the food was quite expensive and the large wasn't like California large. But considering they were understaffed it was pretty damn good
google avatar

sandy b.

Yelp
Didn't realize just had rare AC is on this Island. This place is clean and service was okay. Not that many choices to eat out but the food was ok and though the dressing was out of a packet I managed. They also accepted a credit card to pay our bill for 2 meals, another phenomenon.
google avatar

Isha B.

Yelp
The staff is friendly and accommodating. We ordered the veggie pizza and didn't want tomatoes on it. They quickly asked if we wanted to replace it with any other veggie and were patient enough to run through all the available options. The place only allows four guests to enter at a time. Would definitely recommend ordering the pizza on phone.

Yelp
It looks like a rather non-descript place from the street but the workers are very welcoming and helpful. The menu has a lot of variety with salads, burgers, and pasta as well as pizza. I had the mushroom burger and it was ono. It looks like they bake their own buns -- these were wider than normal which did very well accommodating the wide patty and loads of mushrooms and cheese. My nephew also had a mushroom burger and they were quite willing to wrap it in lettuce instead of the bun since he is sensitive to gluten.
google avatar

Paul N.

Yelp
Molokai Pizza Cafe has a variety of pasta and pizza options, but they do not take credit cards (cash only!). I had the linguini with marinara sauce and it wasn't bad at all. As expected, things are pretty expensive here on Moloka'i, but the food overall is pretty decent. Whether you dine in or take out, it'll probably take about 20 minutes or so to get your food after you place your order. Customer service was pretty good as well. This restaurant is located in Downtown Kaunakakai right near the entrance to the harbor.

Yelp
Molokai Pizza Cafe is a must stop place to eat on Molokai Best pizza ever, great service, and friendly atmosphere

Yelp
I'm giving them 5 stars, because it seems they've made great improvements based on their past reviews. Excellent service for my first visit and appears to be upgraded inside with new menus on flatscreen TVs. Girl at the register was very friendly and PATIENT with my city slicker ass requesting iced coffee from a pizza joint (who does that?). She's never been a barista in her life and suddenly I had her searching for chilled coffee (used in their smoothies) and pouring that over ice. Then she showered me with mini packets of cream and sugar to appease my Starbucks craving. Wish I got her name. Very petite local girl with dark hair and fair complexion. Anyway, girl, if you're reading this, you're customer service skills are on point! Kudos! We ordered take out on our way to the airport and our two medium pizzas were done within 20ish mins. I dot have pizza pics, because we inhaled the pizza in 30 secs. Pepperoni pie was fresh, cheesy, soft crust, cooked well. Not sure why people criticize the place. Moloka'i eateries are sparse. I'm thrilled this place is making quality pizza! Besides, I was eating raw fish and deer meat for three days in Mana'e. Pizza was heavenly! Cafe has a cute little arcade area with an old school Pac-Man and Galaga game combo (Yasssss)! Only $0.50 to play and they have a change making machine. There's also an ATM inside since they're cash only. Free parking. Open on Sunday! Yay! I'll be back :)

Brian P.

Yelp
Very good pizza. Service was fantastic. The house salad although large leaves just a little to be desired. Lettuce cucumbers onion and tomato. Would definitely go back for the pizza and service
google avatar

Julia S.

Yelp
Molokai Pizza Cafe has good pizza and relatively fast service (most orders done in 20 minutes or less). It is also is the only restaurant open on Sunday nights. Highly recommend the meatball sub if you're craving something other than pizza! Make sure you have cash on you as they are a cash only establishment!
google avatar

Adrienne C.

Yelp
Do not order the chicken Alfredo under any circumstances. Worst ever total disappointment. The pizza with pepperoni and pineapple was good.
google avatar

Shipra B.

Yelp
Decent joint to satisfy your pizza cravings in an island where you won't find any chain restaurants and very less options for fast food. This place has something for everyone. Maui pizza is pretty good for vegetarians and my bf liked the Big Island which is a good option for meat lovers.

Yelp
I love pizza & knew I needed to give this place a spin. We headed over at 4:45 on a Sunday to grab a pizza and head to the pier to catch the sunset. I had already checked out their menu on yelp so I kind of knew what they had to offer for pizza choices. There was no one in line which was pretty nice. Placed our order for "Molokai" pizza: which is straight up pepperoni and cheese. I got the large so that we could eat leftovers for lunch the next day. I think it was around $17 for a large. She told us the wait would be about 20 minutes. We sat outside and let the chickens entertain us. As promised, 20 minutes later our pizza was ready. She knew we were heading for the harbor and offered paper plates, napkins and packets of red peppers and Parmesan cheese. The pizza was good. Both my husband and I ate more than we should have, probably due to the fact we were really hungry and it was pretty tasty. We ate it quickly and then watched the sunset! This is a definite must do if you are visiting Molokai!
