Momo Bar in Manly is an absolute must-visit! The vibe is relaxed and friendly, and the team there makes you feel right at home. The service is warm and efficient, and you can tell they genuinely care about the food and the experience. The momoz (dumplings) are packed with flavour — fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Whether you go for steamed or pan-fried, they’re seriously satisfying. Their poke bowls are also a standout — colourful, healthy, and delicious with generous portions and top-quality ingredients. It’s a perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner by the beach. Fresh, tasty, and full of good energy — highly recommend Momo Bar for anyone in or around Manly looking for something tasty and different!

Oh god this was so good! It healed my soul on a cold winter day. I am Asian though, so I might be biased. But the dumplings, plus the soup, and the yogurt was a surprising complement! I got the Manly style mixed dumplings of mushroom and chicken, and I actually liked the former better! I think they have other branches so highly recommend for others to try this out where accessible!

I wish I could have had a better experience at Momo Bar Manly, but sadly it was a letdown from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I wasn’t even greeted—no “hello,” no “welcome,” just radio silence until I navigated the self-service kiosk myself. I chose dine-in, only to be told to grab my order at the counter with zero instructions on where or when. My poke bowl was equally underwhelming: mostly plain rice with almost no sauce or seasoning, and when I asked for a squeeze of lemon to brighten it up, staff informed me they were out “today.” Friendly service and balanced flavors are what I look for in poke, but Momo Bar fell far short on both. I certainly won’t be returning...

The dumplings are amazing especially Manly style but they skimp you on the poke bowls (only 3 skinny cucumber slices). Their order kiosk wouldn’t take any payment methods and we were stuck waiting forever to order. You can potentially find better spots to eat if you are looking for something more than their dumplings.

Delicious Poke Bowls, but be careful to watch your food as birds will come by and snatch up your meal. If you’re wanting some refreshing and healthy food, Momo bar is certainly your choice!
