I finished my salmon in 4 bites on a regular tablespoon *had it with rice and vegatables. Really disappointed with how little you get Food took really long to make we saw people dining in at Palmo next door leaving consistently However the manly dumplings were incredible. Absolutely delicious

I built my own bowl today, and all I received was: 4 slices of cucumber, 1 teaspoon of the other four vegetables and 1 cup of rice. No sauce at all. Very disappointed. It cost me $17 for basically a bowl of rice. I won't be coming back.

Ordered the aburi salmon poke bowl for lunch. Ordered around peak lunch time so it was convenient to be able to order online and then rock up when ready. Aburi salmon bowl was delicious, right amount of each toppings and spicy mayo sauce pulled it together. Generous portion size as well, ordered a large between two people and was filling.

Love this place. Rainy day and I ordered a nepalese momo soup, full of flavour and good people.

It was my second time visiting this restaurant in Manly. My second experience was better. It is located in a small ally in Manly. The menu is quite simple, we got Momo in two different sauces but they tasted the same, however it was delicious. We also got Poke ball which was good. The service was quick. The atmosphere there is great especially when you go on a weekend.

Oh god this was so good! It healed my soul on a cold winter day. I am Asian though, so I might be biased. But the dumplings, plus the soup, and the yogurt was a surprising complement! I got the Manly style mixed dumplings of mushroom and chicken, and I actually liked the former better! I think they have other branches so highly recommend for others to try this out where accessible!

I love this place. Super friendly service. The food is clean, healthy and full of flavor. Good size portions. Highly recommended.

Momo bar was excellent, they do gluten-free dumplings which we'd never found before and they tasted amazing. Grabbed two bowls and took them to the beach, perfect!

Ordered the Aloha Combo (aloha bowl with dumplings and water) Aloha Bowl: very little salmon. Could not have been more than 2.5 ounces. I would call it a garnish. Did not provide a powerful flavor profile. Very basic. Lamb dumplings: lamb in a dumpling, that's about all I have. Add some soy sauce.

Delicious Poke Bowls, but be careful to watch your food as birds will come by and snatch up your meal. If you're wanting some refreshing and healthy food, Momo bar is certainly your choice!

Literally the worst place I've ever been to in my life. Ordered some dumpling and got soup... they added a bunch of things to my order because I'm not from here. Worst service ever and they need salt on everything. Awful awful awful

I really wanted poke bowls after a long morning of surfing, and there were not many places nearby offering them. Very glad we found Momo Bar. The "build your own" option was great. The spicy mayo really had a kick. The wasabi mayo was less so. Fish was so fresh and perfectly chopped for the optimal sauce to meat ratio. The dumplings can also be customized by cooking style. I really liked the Nepalese style, with a more spicy soupy option. Wait was a bit long for something that should've taken no more than a couple minutes after you order at the counter. The seats were self-service and basic, outdoors in a courtyard. None of that detracted from how great the food was.

All the ingredients were fresh and delicious but my poke bowl was almost dry and when I asked for more shoyu house sauce (which I was told is just soy sauce) they were going to charge me for more! With bowls being around $20 or more, it would be nice to get some flavor on it.

The food here was way overpriced for what they give you and they need to add more spices. They also gave me a bowl of water with dumplings in it... and they ALL fell into a mush. I asked to get them without the water but they refused. They charged me an extra $2 for water (broth) without asking me because they wanted extra money. The workers were college students who don't care about customers.

Decided to check out Manly Beach for the day. This place was on a recommended list so we decided to stop by. It was crowded so usually a good sign? SERVICE - Ordered at the counter and they brought you the food. FOOD Chicken Dumplings - My husband ordered this the manly style. We never had this style of dumplings before so it was unique for us. The dumpling itself was very tender and juicy. The soup/sauce it came with was packed full of flavor. Ahi Tuna Bowl - Everything was very fresh. I liked that you could customize your own bowl. The sauce was delicious and gave the bowl that Asian flare. Loved the crunch on top as it gave the bowl texture. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch here!

While my friends were getting their smoothie bowls next door, I opted for a poke bowl. I did the create your own with brown rice, salmon, cucumber, carrots, red onion, edamame, avocado, sesame sauce, wasabi mayo, crunchy shallots, and sesame seeds. For 17.90, I thought it was great that we could pick 5 toppings. I ordered it for take away so I could eat it on the beach. They really did not skimp, so the bowl was very filling. I couldn't finish it in one sitting. Everything was super fresh and tasted great all mixed together. I love poke bowls, because I feel like they are relatively pretty healthy but super flavorful. Recommend to anyone who loves sushi! Want to come back and try their dumplings!

Prepare yourself for the biggest, best poke around for just under $18. They have a few pre-set options to choose from, or you can build it yourself entirely. You get to choose a protein (sashimi-grade fish), 5-6 toppings, 1-2 sauces, and 1-2 crunchy toppings to round it out. There's a wide selection of goodies to add to your bowl, and appreciate the fact that it doesn't cost extra to add avocado to your bowl! Note that it does come mashed up rather than in slices, which obviously doesn't change the flavour at all but I prefer it sliced typically! Poke bowls are always going to be a more expensive lunch compared to other options around Manly, but you get a huge portion, making it a great deal overall. Note that it gets very busy at lunch time though so it doesn't hurt to get it to takeaway and find a nice spot on the beach to eat at! Definitely will be coming back when I need my poke fix, although I may be tempted by the dumplings they offer as well, which looked amazing too!

Solid choices for poke bowl. Did takeaway. Super fast. Tasty Fresh. Friendly staff. Good price for serving size. Would def go again

The momos - a kind of dumpling - were spectacular. Lamb, chicken, pork or veggies- or get a mix. I got them by themselves and shared some of my friends broth. You can't go wrong though - each combination or flavoring is delicious in its own way. We slurped up the soup at the end.

Grabbed some chicken dumplings here while holidaying in Manly. They were tasty but dripping in oil. Service was perfunctory and a touch disinterested. Popular place. Cheap fast-food.

The best salad I've ever had. Great location and the food was delivered fast ! Choose the tiki bowl! Be prepared to get through a big bowl!

The make your own bowls are full of delicious ingredients of your choosing. This was the most delicious bowl I've had in a long time. And you can buy a beer at nearby Liquour Land to enjoy with your bowl. Very friendly service!

These poke bowls are no joke!! Everything is fresh and delicious! The line to order can be long and service is not quick but if you have a little time and want a good fresh lunch this js am excellent spot.

So tasty!! Awesome for to-go food. Not a lot of seating, but great if you can grab a seat on the cute (but small patio!) Friendly staff and all of the food looks really fresh. I've only tried the vegan dumplings (which come with 10, making them quite filling!l) and they were delicious. Will be back ASAP. Thanks, Momo Bar!

When my friends and I went to Momo bar - we ordered the " Aloha Bowl ", whilst out other friends ordered the " Volcano Bowl ", with NO tobiko. As we looked over to the preparation table, where raw fish is stored in the same module as vegetables, ( which is CROSS CONTAMINATION ), we saw the employees stick their hands in into our bowls, to remove the tobiko that they accidentally placed inside. No gloves were worn on this incident, and we were angry at the amount of human hair that was found, including an eyelash. There was a pool of soy sauce at the bottom of our bowl, and we felt as if our rice was floating in the sauce. Overall, we would NOT COME HERE AGAIN, due to the poor hygiene, over use of soy sauce, and although the staff was very nice, the flaws over powered the positives.

Top quality food and service, and a fantastic location. The staff were really friendly and the place looked modern and fresh. Food is delicious, everyone on our table enjoyed, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasty meal at good value. Would go back again!

I went to this place to try their two vegetarian momos but they had neither. So I got a custom bowl instead. The guy making the food was super distracted and on the phone - he messed up the order of the person in front of me and messed up mine TWICE. The second time I didn't bother to get it corrected because I didn't have the time. Despite the mistakenly omitted ingredient, my bowl was good. But there are better bowls to be had close by.

Not the biggest sushi fan- am now a HUGE poke bowl fan!!!! If I could give Momo Bar more than 5 stars I would. I got the small bowl & it was more than enough! So delicious & full of flavor- I will be back for the dumplings (heard they're out of this world) YUM!

The Manly MoMo Bar is a healthy, fresh, yet quick place to get a bite to eat, plus it's BYO! This bar is a great place to eat with outdoor seating. You can create your own bowl if you want vegan/vegetarian options or there are preset bowls to choose from. If you are feeling lazy they offer delivery! There is not a lot of seating but Momo Bar is definitely environmentally friendly: perfect if you're walking your dog and decide to stop or having a stroll with your kids. They offer lunch and dinner and it's a great location - close to the beach and surrounded by many other restaurants.

What a wonderful place. Definitely has what seems to be the freshest of ingredients. Simple menu. The momos are super. The lentil ones were delicious. And the bowls are gigantic and super satisfying.

The dumplings are absolutely delicious I can't wait to come back from the us. The poke bowl was also amazing. I had the tuna with many fresh and tasty topping.

Heaven in a bowl! Delicious, fresh, healthy and flavoursome. Today I went for the brown rice, tofu, carrot, cucumber, nori, avo and coriander bowl with sesame dressing and wasabi mayo. The crushed wasabi peas added some heat and crunch. Great atmosphere in this little lane way too. My second visit and I'm already looking forward to the next one. See you soon Momo.

I ordered the chicken dumplings at momo bar. I'm sure they would have been delicious, but by the time I got home I realised that they gave me the PORK dumplings! Not impressed by getting the wrong food. This could have been much worse had it been an allergy related problem.
