MoMo's Kuala Lumpur

uh-mazinggggg! genuinely love the night I spent here. Stayed in room 310. Got an upgrade from crashpad to city view room. Receptionist name Sarah was very polite, kind and respectful. Greeted with sincere smile and tried to fulfill every requests in kind manners. She truly deserves recognition (or even a bonus). Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Mostly, loveeee the hotel scent from the lobby! Calming. Hotel areas were clean as well. We parked at the Ormond Hotel with RM15 per day. Parking area felt safe even for girls. There’s other nearby parking but it was scary. Ormond’s parking have lights! Safer. However, of course there’s a room for improvement.. 1) please please please, add bidet in the toilet:( bare minimum in Malaysia… Hesitated to book at first because of this weakness. 2) there’s an issue with the shower head, that the water started to splashed at mirror area. 3) Aircond took awhile (1-2hrs++) to feel like an aircond. Given the room size, air circulation should not be a problem, so the air conditioner not being cold may be caused by another issue. 4.9/5 for me! Will stay at the ormond next time when they added bidet 😭

This hotel is very budget friendly and great value for money. I love that the room, just nice for solo traveler or couples perfect for a short staycation. The room comes with its own toilet and is clean and hygienic, which made the stay comfortable. The soundproofing isn’t very strong. The lobby and catering area have a really chill vibe. I especially loved the bar lighting and the Christmas decoration, they added a nice, cozy touch. Service wise, I was truly satisfied. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is another plus during my stay, within walking distance to the LRT and monorail stations, making it super easy to get around and travel to the heart of KL. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would recommend for a short trip!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every part of my experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions and public transport. I was also impressed by the facilities and overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would love to come back again in the future.

located by the roadside but hidden by the plants. accessible to mrt. book the bunkies room for one night just for fun with my sis. staffs was sooo helpful and very polite and nice. both bed got a plug and sleeping lamp by the bedside. aesthetically pleasing and its calm in the morning but at night there will be some noise pollution by the mat rempit i guess. provides kiblat direction for muslims but the toilet bowl got no bidet luckily the shower is near hm another regret i booked with notes to provide me an iron but it was always not available (reason:the other guest used it??) at the end i checked out with my outfit kinda crumpled up 😢 parking was kinda near but depends on your luck too 🤣cafe was also aesthetic haha breakfast was delicious and it was freshly made on the spot. worth the wait. its okay. everything was so good. will recommend and definitely will come again.

The room was compact but well-designed, with everything needed for a short city stay.||Breakfast was simple but convenient, especially for mornings when we wanted to head out early. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and ride-hailing services, making it easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the overall experience pleasant. Would definitely recommend MoMo’s KL for a short stay or weekend trip.

Overall, MoMo’s Kuala Lumpur is a great value for money and an excellent choice for solo travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a cool atmosphere. Stylish and cozy stay for a couple’s getaway! My partner and I stayed at MoMos Hotel KL for a short city getaway, and we really enjoyed our time here. The hotel has such a cool, modern vibe — playful yet comfortable, with a lot of attention to design and detail. The rooms are compact but smartly laid out, perfect for a short stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the lighting and decor gave it a cozy, intimate feel. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and they made us feel right at home. We also loved the common areas — the MoMosite café/lounge is such a great place to chill, grab a drink, or just people-watch. The location is excellent — close to lots of great food spots, nightlife, and attractions, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The only minor downside is that the room space is quite limited, so it might not be ideal if you have a lot of luggage. But for a weekend stay or a couple’s city escape, it’s honestly perfect. We’d definitely come back again — MoMos has a fun energy that makes the whole experience feel fresh and memorable!

Very clean and cosy rooms! Suitable for people who are on-the-go and need a reliable place to crash. Customer service was great! Make sure you get their breakfast and lunch sets as well – really good and at a great price. Very Instagrammable spots as well, so it’s a plus if you like to take photos. Great place, would definitely stay here again!
